research is in theoretical condensed matter physics focused on materials property prediction using first principles theoretical/computational approaches. Emphasis is on the phonon and electron transport properties of novel materials. Current projects include identifying materials with ultrahigh thermal conductivity, coupled electron-phonon transport, and spin-lattice coupling in magnetic materials.
