In order to encourage more scholars to participate in this symposium, we will present a book “A Framework for Web Science” (wtritten by Tim-Berners Lee, Wendy Hall, James A. Hendler, Kieron O'Hara, Nigel Shadbolt and Daniel J. Weitzner), a special issue "Special Issue on Semantic Web and Web Science" of Communications of the CCF and other small gifts.
