In order to achieve real-time monitoring of the cutting status of plates and profiles during the manufacturing process of the upper module,four key technologies for data networking of cutting workshop equipment are analyzed.Based on actual cases,two cutting machine networking solutions are proposed:Option 1 uses an external data acquisition card;Option 2 is based on the distributed numerical control interface of the cutting machine to obtain hardware related information.Both solutions can interact with the workshop manufacturing execution control system through a local area network,automatically receiving equipment operation status information and feedback production data through external data acquisition cards and corresponding sensors.Multiple numerical control cutting equipment can be monitored simultaneously through a central control room computer,visually displaying electronic information such as equipment status,current processing tasks,and staff,achieving networked control of cutting equipment.
In order to realize the whole life cycle management of offshore oil and gas platform products,in-depth analysis of the manufacturing characteristics of offshore oil platforms,the basic common technical and normative requirements of intelligent workshop production,the research and development and design of production technology standards and system frameworks for offshore oil platform intelligent workshops,the establishment of offshore oil and gas platform intelligent workshop manufacturing architecture from all elements of shipbuilding resources,system collaborative integration,interconnection,multi-source data fusion and manufacturing execution,and the standardization of intelligent manufacturing from multiple key business links.Through the establishment of the production standard system of the intelligent workshop of the offshore oil and gas platform,the vertical integration from the equipment layer,the control layer,the management level and other levels in the intelligent workshop manufacturing process of the offshore oil and gas platform has been completed,as well as the horizontal integration of the production network across the manufacturing area,and the end-to-end integration of the whole life cycle of the product in each production stage.
In view of the problems such as high complexity of welding equipment, difficult monitoring of welding operations, and delayed feedback of welding information in sheet section workshop, the procedure flow and procedure parameters of T-beam welding robot in sheet section workshop are studied, and an online monitoring system of T-beam welding robot based on OLE(Object Linking and Embedding) for Process Control Unified Architecture(OPC UA) technology. The system is mainly used to conduct the online monitoring of production progress, equipment running status, and intermediate product quality of T-beam welding robot, to realize the real-time data collection and production process monitoring and analysis, which can eliminate the information island phenomenon among equipments, realize the production transparency in the workshop, improve the production efficiency, and ensure the welding quality.
In view of the problems that the shipbuilding fields lack real-time sensing system, the shipbuilding workshops do not construct the communication system for data transmission to work station, and so on, with the network construction technology and information acquisition and transmission technology, the ship intelligent sensing workshop network is constructed to realize the “man-machine-material” interconnection in shipbuilding workshop, achieve the multi-source heterogeneity and real-time of data acquisition, and improve the comprehensive equipment utilization rate and shipyard management level.
