The article analyzes the effect of different physiotherapy programs on trunk stability and functional movements in middle-distance runners. Significant changes of trunk stability, functional movement stereotype, endurance of trunk muscles, dynamic stability are shown in the charts. The article analyzes the effect of facial massage with bamboo sticks on aging facial skin. Skin evaluation criteria are presented: skin elasticity, tone, moisture, color changes, wrinkles and keratinization. The charts show the most significant changes based on the procedures performed. The article analyzes the peculiarities of youth voluntary work when choosing and carrying out voluntary activities in foreign countries in the context of the field of social work. The sources of scientific information about the motivations for choosing volunteering, international volunteering activities and the social benefits created by volunteering have been examined. The internal and external motives that encourage volunteers to choose voluntary activities in foreign countries have been investigated, the social benefits of international volunteering have been clarified and the challenges of volunteers in international volunteering have been revealed. Research methods: a qualitative study was conducted in order to investigate youth international social work volunteering. Structured interview was used as a data collection method, qualitative content analysis method was used to process the research data. Blockchain technology has the potential to revolutionize the way Higher Education operates. Blockchain is a decentralized and secure database that can store and manage digital information without the need for a centralized authority. This technology can be applied in Higher Education to improve the security, transparency, and efficiency of academic and administrative processes such as student records, credentials verification, and payment processing. Additionally, blockchainbased platforms can provide new opportunities for collaboration and credentialing that could enhance the learning experience for students. While there are still some challenges to be overcome, such as regulatory issues and the need for interoperability, the potential benefits of blockchain in Higher Education are significant and worth exploring. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the possible applications of blockchain technology in Higher Education institutions and to provide a proposal/scheme of a blockchain-based academic and career record system in Higher Education. The system being proposed is composed of three layers, which are the data, blockchain, and application layers. It is distinguished by decentralized control, secure transactions, and privacy protection.
The article analyzes the social assistance needs and emerging challenges of families caring for a person with a disability. During the research, the need for provided general social services (information, consulting, mediation and representation) and other services (financial, psychological assistance, physiotherapist services, adapted technical and household assistance, medicinal and nursing measures, communication) became evident. The need for informational, economic and geographical accessibility of social assistance and the need for inter-institutional and inter-sectoral cooperation, provision of daily social care services and continuous communication with a social worker in providing assistance to families caring for a person with a disability have been determined.
