In this article we find a necessary and sufficient condition under which a given collection of subspaces is a J -fusion frame for a Krein space 𝕂 . We also approximate J -fusion frame bounds of a J -fusion frame by the upper and lower bounds of the synthesis operator. Then, we obtain the J -fusion frame bounds of the cannonical J -dual fusion frame. Finally, we address the problem of characterizing those bounded linear operators in 𝕂 for which the image of J -fusion frame is also a J -fusion frame.
Genuine steering is still not well understood enough in contrast to genuine entanglement and nonlocality. Here, we provide a protocol which can reveal genuine steering under some restricted operations compared to the existing witnesses of genuine multipartite steering. Our method has an impression of some sort of ‘hidden’ protocol in the same spirit of hidden nonlocality, which is well understood in bipartite scenario. We also introduce a genuine steering measure which indicates the enhancement of genuine steering in the final state of our protocol compared to the initial states.
Analyzing shareability of correlations arising in any physical theory may be considered as a fruitful technique of studying the theory. Our present topic of discussion involves an analogous approach of studying quantum theory. For our purpose, we have deviated from the usual procedure of assessing monogamous nature of quantum correlations in the standard Bell-CHSH scenario. We have considered correlations arising in a quantum network involving independent sources. Precisely speaking, we have analyzed monogamy of nonbilocal correlations by deriving a relation restricting marginals. Interestingly, restrictions constraining distribution of nonbilocal correlations remain same irrespective of whether inputs of the nodal observers are kept fixed (in different bilocal networks) while studying nonbilocal nature of marginal correlations.
Quantum discord plays a pragmatic role in analyzing nonclassical feature of quantum correlations beyond entanglement. It is used in several information processing protocols which lacks sufficient amount of entanglement to be used as a resource. We have provided with an analytical method of detecting quantum discord of an arbitrary two qubit state. We have formulated a set of necessary and sufficient conditions for any two qubit state to be a both-way non-zero quantum discord state. As quantum discord is asymmetric in nature, we have framed the set of if and only if conditions for a two qubit state to be classical-quantum as well for it to be quantum-classical. Interestingly, not only correlation tensor but also local Bloch vector (corresponding to the classical party) plays a role for detecting the state to be a positive discord state.
Before independence of India the first companies Act was passed in 1850 based on the English companies Act 1844. After that companies Act 1857, 1866, 1913 was enacted. After independence the first companies Act was passed in 1956. The greatest corporate failure of India was the Satyam scandal which came to public on January, 2009. Under this backdrop a new rigid Act was necessary to pass in India. The new companies Act of India is passed in the year 2013. Enactment of any corporate law changes the legal and task environment of the corporate sector. There were many drawbacks in the companies Act 1956. This paper will analyze whether the new companies Act 2013 is able to overcome the drawbacks in the in the companies Act 1956. This paper intends to bring about how effectively the companies Act 2013 helps in fulfilling the corporate Governance and sustainable development by comparing the companies Act 1956 and the companies Act 2013. This paper is basically analytical in nature. For analysis, information have been collected from various secondary sources such as Published research journals, website of the ministry of corporate affairs, Government of India, newspaper articles, books and interaction with the stakeholders. It is found that different new rules have been introduced like, concept of key managerial Personnel, women director, corporate social responsibility, one person company, special court for resolving offences, class action suit etc. Provisions of some penal and punitive measures also mentioned in different sections of the companies Act 2013. The new Act confers greater power and responsibility in the governance of the company. It has been concluded that the new companies Act 2013 will be fruitful if it is properly implemented. Central Government should take rigid action to resolve the corporate scandal.
