
Cloud accounting provides an approach to the problems of medium-sized and small enterprises in handling accounting. But whether this could be carried out in a deep-going way still needs to be reviewed further. This text analyses ERP and accounting computerization. Also, it makes a contrast with them, concluding advantages of cloud accounting. Through deep analysis on data security and cost, a way can be found to solve the built-in problems of cloud accounting.
In recent years, with the development of Web2.0, Online Social Networks (OSNs) have gained unprecedented popularity, which had a great impact on people's life and work. So it is concerned by scholars worldwide. This paper reviews the researches on OSNs' definition, classification, structural characteristic, and user behavior. The direction of future research on OSNs is discussed.
In order to improve compression ratio in image processing, vast amounts of algorithms have been offered and acquired desirable results by many eminent researchers. For example, Fractal Coding and Block Truncation Coding both can obtain higher compression ratios than other approaches, but on the other hand, some drawbacks also be brought with these algorithms such as longer time consumed in coding course, the accuracy of image reconstruction, and so on. Although these disadvantages may be impede, some practical applications of relevant methods, researchers still find some effective implements just rely on their advantages, especially in image retrieval. In this paper, we deploy BTC during the coding course of Fractal Code to decrease the coding time and image retrieval time, through classifying image blocks of Fractal Code into two groups. Experimental results show that this hybrid method is fruitful to compare single method.
Vertical farming saves space, saves water, and eliminates pesticides, herbicides, spoilage, and transportation costs. Moreover, thanks in part to LED lighting, vertical farming is becoming profitable in certain applications. This new industry can sustain itself and finance continued growth. We present important factors that enter into cost-of-ownership comparisons for particular cases. The analysis reveals how LED lighting contributes to economic feasibility and helps to explain why certain applications may be self-sustaining while others may not. Liturgy.
Dielectric loss angle is one of the effective means of estimating the insulation performance of high voltage electrical equipment. Accurate extraction of harmonic voltage and current signals is the key to the detection of dielectric loss angle. Based on improved ITD algorithm and the Least Square (LS) method, in this paper we proposed a detection method for dielectric loss angle. Above all, extract the harmonic voltage and current signals by using improved ITD. Then obtain the phase of harmonic voltage and current by using the LS method to achieve high-precision detection of dielectric loss angle. The improved ITD-LS method is validated by simulation. When the true value of dielectric loss angle, frequency fluctuations of fundamental voltage, and the three harmonic ratio change, the DC component proportion, sampling points change, respectively. Finally, the simulation results demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
By tracing literatures on effectiveness of Border Tax Adjustments (BTAs) on mitigating loss of domestic competitiveness and carbon leakage, this paper analyzes effects of BTAs on China. It shows that BTAs would make China's welfare drop a little, would cause China's export and output fall up to one forth, especially for manufacturing products, and would be inefficient to reduce China's carbon emission. Meanwhile, BTAs would change ratios of high energy consumption manufacturing goods and processing goods in China's total exports. Besides, BTAs would force China to decrease energy consumption intensity and thus hinder China's industrialization process. This paper puts forward four measures to counter effects of BTAs on China.
We consider a multi-modal constrained routing problem arising in emergency evacuation situ-ations. Given a three-dimensional geometric structure of the evacuation network related to an area, such as a high-rise building or a city area with tense population, an emergency evacuation route is a sequence of move-ments of people away from the threat or actual occurrence of a hazard (e.g., a fire or a hidden bomb) to a safe exit of the area. The multi-modality condition corresponds to different possible ways and modes of evacuation (ambulances, trucks, helicopters, planes, etc.) and dictates specific demands to the solution algorithms. We provide a new pseudo-polynomial-time dynamic programming algorithm to solve this problem. Based on this algorithm, we construct a Fully Polynomial-Time Approximation Scheme (FPTAS), providing "almost-optimal" solutions in real time.
This paper puts forward a new method based on Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition (EEMD) and Kernel Independent Component Analysis (KICA) for de-noising to extract the Partial Discharge (PD) signals against narrow-band noise. At first, this method used EEMD to decompose the detection signal to get Intrinsic Mode Function (IMF) components which would be the inputs of KICA algorithm, then KICA could extract PD from the detection signal. The method is introduced to separate the PD signals against the narrow-band interferences of multifrequency and multiamplitude. The method can alleviate the mixing mode phenomenon in detection of PD and have a better detection result. It also has advantages such as the antinoise ability and small waveform distortion. The proceeding result of simulation model and signal from field test pro---+ves its effectiveness.
Benzene concentration measured in the vicinity of industrial area of Thailand was analyzed using Positive Matrix Factorization (PMF) to identify its potential emission sources. Measured data used in this study were obtained from seven monitoring receptors during January 2009 to December 2013. Results indicated that benzene concentrations were due to both mobile and industrial sources. In general, mobile source was the major emission source with its contribution of more than 50% of total benzene concentration. Industrial source contribution was estimated around 21%-35% of benzene concentration. Results of this study indicated that it is quite important to understand contribution of potential emission source to set up appropriate measures in controlling of air pollution in the area.
In view of frequent urban water crisis and internal waterlogging, poor drainage and accumulated dirt for many years are to become a threat to people's livelihood in China that we visited some American cities such as Chicago, Dallas, Miami, San Antonio to learn from their lessons and found that many factories in these cities have moved away from the urban water area, so that pleasant water landscape makes the city become beautiful blue economic zone. China should learn the experience from the United States in protecting urban water area to improve national happiness.
Owing to the precision faults of underwater robot navigation and position which is caused by prior statistical characteristics and actual inconsistently, extended Kalman Particle Filter (EPF) federated filtering algorithm is put forward. Federated filter is established for SINS/DVL/DR integrated navigation system. Use EPF localized filtering. SINS/DVL/DR simulation experiments show that this algorithm confirms higher filtering precision and robustness.
It was observed that a large number of landslides continued to occur in the years following the Wenchuan earthquake. This paper investigates the dynamic patterns of landslides in Pingwu County, Sichuan Province through the interpretation of high-resolution satellite images in 2008, 2011, and 2013, and explores the relationship between the distribution of evolving landslides and their original susceptibility right after Wen-chuan earthquake. A landslide susceptibility model was built based on environmental variables and calculated Newmark displacement by using random forest algorithm. The results show that the susceptibility model provides accurate landslide prediction not only for co-seismic landslides but also for landslides occurred a few years later. The non-landslide areas still are more likely to evolve into landslide hazard areas given some disturbances such as severe precipitation and aftershocks in the following years after major earthquake.
This paper proposed a normalized, automatically adaptive stochastic resonance Sub-Synchronous Resonance (SSR) detection method. In reality, the purpose is to detect the SSR early signals quickly and accurately. Based on stochastic resonance theory, the paper is for the signal's greater frequency and small amplitude characteristics. The steps of the method are (a) make the stochastic resonance equation do normalization transformation; (b) realize the large parameter signal detection; (c) adjust the parameter automatically adaptively; (d) get the optimal value of the output signal-to-noise ratio. The simulation results show that this method is easy to implement and has good antinoise and a wide range of advantageous detection frequency.
Message-oriented middleware becomes an important and universal tool. Especially, WCF (Windows Communication Foundation) exploits a loose coupling methodology to develop the client and server operations. In this study, we build up a practical prototype of middleware to integrate with heterologous systems using WCF for accumulating our experience on connecting different system platforms.
This study was to examine the optimum Hydraulic Retention Time (HRT) for POME fermentation to achieve high Volatile Fatty Acids (VFAs) production. Two sets of POME fermentation (with and without Sodium Dodecylbenzene Sulfonate (SDBS) addition) were conducted. Each set composed of four lab-scale anaerobic digesters operated with HRTs of 6, 15, 30 and 60 days, respectively. In case of no SDBS addition, the highest VFA yield of 0.28 mg/mg of influent SCOD was found when operating HRT was 30 days, while the HRT of 15 days showed the second high yield of 0.27 mg/mg of influent SCOD. Similarly, the HRT of 30 days presented the highest VFA yield (0.31 mg/mg of influent SCOD) when SDBS was added with the dosage of 0.02 g/g of TSS. Nevertheless, the HRT of 15 days that provide the second high of VFA yields were recommended as the optimum HRT due to economical reason.
Most part of the sea oil pollution is caused by unintentional and intentional discharges from ships and offshore platforms. Being a serious threat of the marine ecosystem, tools that offer wide area coverage and 24h/day monitoring capabilities are needed. With development of Vessel Traffic System (VTS), the number of VTS centers and radar coverage is the larger and larger. The traditional VTS system does not have the function of oil spill detection. This is a waste of resources. In this paper, we research the key technology of oil spills by VTS radar. It is proved that there are good results by using x-band, vertically polarized antennas. It describes some methods of clutter control from hardware and software. In order to obtain specific information of ship of the oil spill, VTS and AIS data fusion technologies are used. Based on the above analysis and examples the VTS radar in the construction of the coastal water oil spill monitoring and surveillance system in China will be affirmed.
A new method was proposed based on permutation entropy toward detection to the instantaneous voltage disturbances signal. At first, it used the CEEMD to decompose the signals to get the Intrinsic Mode Function (IMF) components, and then figured out the permutation entropy of each IMF component to test the randomness to estimate whether the IMF component is an abnormal signal. Afterwards, refactoring the normal IMF components to get the de-noised signals of the instantaneous voltage disturbances, it can be preferable to persist the disturbance characteristics of the disturbance signal; permutation entropy curve can get mutations of power quality at the beginning and ending of the perturbation moment. The results of simulation show that the method has advantages such as antinoise ability, small waveform distortion, and exact extraction of disturbance characteristics; it can be applied in de-noising and location of the instantaneous voltage disturbances.
Jane harmonic detection technology is an important content of power system harmonic governance, the paper proposes an improved ITD method combined with singular value difference spectrum of fast high precision detection. By improving the ITD method it can directly according to measured data with feature information contain system parameter identification. First, using singular value different spectrum system order, and then using ITD improved directly on the noise signal accurately detect the actual frequency of each harmonic, using the Least square method (further Squares, LS) on the amplitude of harmonic component between accurate detection. Improve ITD method with SSI method of covariance matrix (Toeplitz) as the input data, and overcoming the data processing method is not accurate, the error of the parameter identification precision is improved. Compared with the method of SSI, improved ITD method accuracy does not decrease, at the same time shortens the calculation time. Simulation results show that the method calculating speed, high precision, strong ability to resist noise, verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
With the development of ecological tourism, the research on its classification and value plays an important role. Hubei owns as the "province of thousands of lakes" reputation, which means not only the broad wetland area, but also the rich ecological tourism resources. However, with the development of tourism in recent years, the wetland ecotourism resources development and utilization degree are relatively low. According to the resource properties, the classification of Hubei wetland ecological tourism resources are divided into natural wetland tourism resources and humanistic tourism resources, seven sub-types, and qualitative research methods are adopted to analyze those values. The results show that development and utilization of wetland ecological tourism resources in Hubei are prospect.
