THE blood vessels of the retina are one of the major target organs of diabetes. More than half the diabetic patients now living have a related retinopathy, and of these, 1 or 2 per cent have a progressive form that will relentlessly lead to blindness. Considered from another point of view, approximately 10 per cent of all blindness in the United States is currently attributable to diabetes. Objective observe the clinical application of the Bushenningxin method on the adjusting the ovarian function of women,who are deficient of yin and excessive of fire syndrome after hysterectomy.Compare the level of Follicle Stimulating Hormone(FSH)、Luteinizing Hormone(LH)、Estradiol(E2) before and after treatment.Discusses its clinical curative effect of adjusting ovarian functions.Methods Select 60 wemon who had undergone hysterectomy and are performance of the fire for Yin deficiency,and then divided them into two groups,namely,the treatment group of 30,the control group of 30.Record the changes of Follicle Stimulating Hormone(FSH)、Luteinizing Hormone(LH)、Estradiol(E2) before and six and twelve months after hysterectomy.Results The FSH and LH level of two groups raise obviously after hysterectomy(P0.05),but the FSH and LH level of treatment group raise less than control group.The Estradiol(E2) level of two groups all reduce after hysterectomy(P0.05),and the Estradiol(E2) level of treatment group reduces slightly.Conclusion The hysterectomy influences wemons'Hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis function,and makes ovarian function reduced,results in a series of clinical symptoms,such as baking hot perspiration,vertigo,upset,anxiety and impatience.The Bushenningxin method can improve the TCM syndromes obviously.and control ovarian functions.
