
It's something special that happens... it just gives another kind of calm, one that you cannot get elsewhere. I can change to a lower gear. I can't find the right words for it... I forget everything about my annoying colleague, or the dishes in the sink. And I'm all worn out when I get back home. I get recharged, but I'm also empty and finished, it's like a reset of body and mind.
