
The statistic of World Health Organization shows at one year about 287000 women died most of them during and following pregnancy and childbirth in Africa and south Asia. This paper suggests system for serving pregnant women using open source based on Android technology, the proposed system works based on mobile GIS to select closest care centre or hospital maternity on Google map for the pregnant woman, which completed an online registration by sending SMS via GPRS network (or internet) contains her name and phone number and region (Longitude and Latitude) and other required information the server will save the information in server database then find the closest care centre and call her for first review at the selected care centre, the proposed system allowed the pregnant women from her location (home, market, etc) can send a help request in emergency cases (via SMS by click one button) contains the ID for this pregnant woman, and her coordinates (Longitude and Latitude) via GPRS network, then the server will locate the pregnant on Google map and retrieve the pregnant information from the database. This information will be used by the server to send succoring to pregnant woman at her location and at the same time notify the nearest hospital and moreover, the server will send SMS over IP to inform her husband and the hospital doctors. Implement and applied this proposed system of pregnant women shows more effective cost than other systems because it works in economic mode (SMS), and the services of proposed system are flexible (open source platform) as well as rapidly (mobile GIS based on Android) achieved locally registration, succoring in emergency cases, change the review date of pregnant woman, addition to different types of advising according to pregnancy. Harlequin ichthyosis (HI) is a devastating skin disorder with an unknown underlying cause. Abnormal keratinocyte lamellar granules (LGs) are a hallmark of HI skin. ABCA12 is a member of the ATP-binding cassette transporter family, and members of the ABCA subfamily are known to have closely related functions as lipid transporters. ABCA3 is involved in lipid secretion via LGs from alveolar type II cells, and missense mutations in ABCA12 have been reported to cause lamellar ichthyosis type 2, a milder form of ichthyosis. Therefore, we hypothesized that HI might be caused by mutations that lead to serious ABCA12 defects.

Therefore, in this study we are trying to disclose the environmental compliance status & challenges on mitigation measures.

Phobos has 48 septillion joule of kinetic energy above a mean zenith of 6000 km.We can convert this kinetic energy into seismic energy by deploying phobos at a significant coordinate near the equator of Mars.Hence it will create a Mars-quack of amplitude 51.84 for a time interval of 5 years to terraform.It gives an outcome of convection current about 669A during my simulation.It was enough to drive the tectonic plates of Mars to enlarge the magnetosphere as well as to erupt Olympus mons and Elysium mons.During this simulation I also noticed that it activated the Dynamo effect of Mars accordingly in the direction of Magnetic field lines.The presence of magnetosphere is a responsible discovery to sustain humanity on Mars before the age of Asteroids and coronal mass ejection from our Sun.The simulation showed that after volcanic eruption on Mars ,air-aqua-atmosphere came into existence naturally. Smart cities are becoming the ideal solution for urban settlements to address the issues and challenges of the future. India also adopted various missions and agendas to be a part of this sustainable journey. The Smart Cities Mission, adopted in light of this development, is one of the largest missions concerning urban development. The mission has been ongoing for the past six years in the country, but the citizens are likely unaware of its progress.The study examines the disparity between 'on-paper and 'on-ground reality' in four of the one hundred Smart Cities proposed by the mission.
Fruit-based agroforestry systems (AFS) can assure food security towards Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and improvement in carbon sequestration, soil qualities of low-fertile degraded land. Those were revealed through observations on farmers’ practices, literature reviews and results from different agroforestry arrangements of mango with gamhar and eucalyptus; and sweet orange with gamhar for two years (2017-18 to 2018-19) of alley cropping with pigeon pea, green gram, cowpea and toria in ongoing AF experiments at Regional Research Station (Red & Lateritic Zone), Bidhan Chandra Krishi Viswavidyalaya, Jhargram, West Bengal, India. Total carbon stock as well as potential food energy production were higher in AFS than either in sole silvi tree, fruit tree or plots under alley crops, because of better performances of all tree and crop components in AFS. Mango with eucalyptus-based AFS gave higher carbon stock (62.33 t ha-1 yr-1) including improvement in degraded acidic soil pH (6.20%), SOC (11.86%), available N (9.09%), available P (13.97%), available K (11.64%) contents in soil. In that way, fruit-based agroforestry systems can be used as a viable alternative land use to improve soil health, diet and livelihood security even of resource-poor farm families throughout the year, especially during their impoverished needy times in a year.
This is an android application software that alerts users with an automatic alarming system for medication and dosages. Most of the time patients cannot remember the exact time when they need to take the medicine. This app will alert patients about the time of medication, description of medicine, before-after meals, and so on. The alarm can be set with different types of pictures with the name of the medicines to overcome any kind of difficulty in reading. To develop this project, an incremental development strategy is followed to support customer requirements. Android Studio IDE, Java, and XML tools will be used for the implementation of the project. The system focuses on easy navigation and a good user interface. Many systems have been developed where new hardware and data storage is required but, in our work, we have made an attempt to develop a system that is economical, time-saving, and supports medication adherence.

This study was done to assess the nursing knowing among nurse-patient workload by stratified random sampling. A total of 100 samples was selected and given the self-designed and pre-tested questionnaire. The data was collected and analyzed by using percentages and frequency. It is found that there is positive communication among Nurse- Patient. There is no significant (p<0.005) relationship between communication with age, sex, and education. But there is a significant relationship of quality of communication with the number of times patient was admitted in tertiary care Hospital
Rural areas encounter numerous challenges, which include poverty, food insecurity and unemployment. Declining productions in agribusiness plays a critical impact in having more individuals to partake in agricultural non-farm activities in the rural area to support their livelihoods. This study sought to identify the different kinds of rural non-farm enterprises (RNFEs) that support the agricultural sector in Kiambu County and their relative success. Ann epistemology philosophy was adopted. The target population was all non-farm small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Kiambu County who have prevailed by supporting agrarian related exercises. This population of RNFEs came from every one of the 12 sub-areas: Gatundu North, Gatundu South, Thika, Juja, Githunguri, Ruiru, Kiambu, Kiambaa, Kabete, Kikuyu, Lari and Limuru. The study investigated five rural non-farm undertakings occupied with the accompanying regions: agribusiness activities, rural industrialisation ventures, transport services, the travel industry activities and development ventures. The study used questionnaires and interview guides for primary data collection. The findings indicated that what made most of RNFEs to begin the business was to bring in cash and utilized as a type of revenue. The study correlation results between the diversity of RNFEs that support the agricultural sector and rural livelihood outcome was positive and significant. The regression model depicted a positive and significant relationship between the various kinds of RNFEs that support the agricultural sector and rural livelihood outcomes. The inferential statistics demonstrated that the relationship between various types of RNFEs that help the effect of country non-farm undertakings on rural business results are significant. Therefore, is the study concluded that the help of RNFEs occupied with farming does affect rural business results in rural regions. Besides operating related rural-based commercial activities including agro-processing and ancillary commercial, it is possible to introduce activities to provide services to facilitate the adjoining agricultural commercial activities such as sale of fertilisers, insecticides or improved seeds. This research we proposed the knowledge, attitude and practice towards solid waste management among Mogadishu residents – Somalia. Solid waste management is one of the major challenges faced by many countries around the globe. Inadequate collection, recycling or treatment and uncontrolled disposal of waste in dumps can lead to severe hazards, such as health risks and environmental pollution. Similarly there is problem in Africa. Africa is facing a growing waste management crisis. While the volumes of waste generated in Africa are relatively small, compared to developed regions, the mismanagement of waste in Africa is already impacting human and environmental health. Specially in Somalia show that solid waste management is a growing crisis that engulfs all urban centers within the country, because of a turbulent history, especially over the last quarter century. The purpose of this study is to assess the knowledge, attitude, and practice of recycling solid waste management in Banadir region, Mogadishu – Somalia. However, this study is used quantitative approach conducted in Shebelle campus, Km4 campus and Gaheyr campus in Mogadishu Somalia. The numbers of students in all faculties from batch five to batch eight are 4,467 Students and the sample size will be 367. Findings of the study Knowledge level of the Majority of respondent 330 (89.2%) were have knowledge. While the most respondents 134 (36.5%) were finding over TV. The relationship between the knowledge, attitude and practice was significantly positive as the respondents majorities have said. This study is significant for staff and students by Increasing their safety and health, Reducing and eliminating adverse impacts of solid waste materials on human health and the environment surrounded. Finally recommend to be aware that improper waste disposal is a threat to environment.
The research paper is about parental guidance and the proper rearing method of a child to make them more creative. In the perspective of Bangladesh, children are less creative and only follow the rules and regulations of an institution. Moreover, children rearing methods are less to be followed by parents in Bangladesh. Some parents may not know about the types of parenting styles and the different characteristics of children. Furthermore, there is social deviance workforce in Bangladesh that triggers parents to be anxious about their children most of the time. Besides, class differentiation between families and children's rearing process differs by limiting knowledge and other opportunities. The job opportunities also precipitate the parents' expectancy over their children to be a better someone in the future, causing them to become stressed if they cannot achieve success according to their parents' aspirations. There is extreme competition in the primary level school as the government forcefully imposes the new examination system on children aged 8 to 15. This also increased the dropout rate, although the question method solely judges the creativity level. This research paper aims to recognize the need for parenting style and the types of children and establish proper guidance of parenting style to build a better tomorrow.
The usage and management of renewable energy have become a topic of interest since existing literature suggests that it would replace fossil fuels. In this study, an analysis of a closed-loop hybrid geothermal-solar energy system is introduced to control air temperature. This can be used in different air-conditioning applications including greenhouses, living quarters, and buildings. Such a case study was carried out in Damanhur city, Beheira Governorate, Egypt. First, the air produced from the proposed hybrid system conditioned the air of a room with the dimensions of L 2m x W 2m x H 2m. Geothermal energy was used to transfer heat to/from an air stream flowing inside a 5 m long, 2 inches in diameter, and 5.3 mm thickness PVC pipe. The pipe was buried 2 m below the ground’s surface and was supported by a solar chimney during the winter for the natural draft of air stream. In addition, a numerical model was built with 9 closed-loop geothermal cases of different design conditions. The pipe’s diameter varied in different cases from 0.17, 0.35, and 0.65 m, while the total pipe length was 47, 64, and 87 m. After that, the air stream was supplied to a room with the dimensions of L 3m x W 3m x H 3m. The air was subject to a 1m long solar chimney at 45ᵒ angle on a horizontal plane. The results of the numerical model prove that the maximum room temperature difference, which is close to 5 ᵒC, can be achieved using a pipe with a diameter of 0.65 m, and a length of 87 m. The validation of the numerical model was carried out using experimental results.
This study aimed to examine factors that affecting the usage of online banking users in Kuwait. Five factors were included in the analysis, namely performance expectancy, social influence, trust, perceived risk as well as demographic variables as moderating variable of the study. The research used a quantitative approach based on primary data collected through the administration of an online structured questionnaire. Data were analyzed using regression analysis and descriptive statistics.
Spectral splitting optimization for efficient hybrid solar energy cell is studied by materials which are Na3AlF6, Y2O3, and TiO2. The Essential Macleod software is used to design this beamsplitter. Multilayer coating design consist of Na3AlF6 as low index material, Y2O3 as middle index material and TiO2 as high index material. The wavelength range of design is from 400nm to 2000nm with reference wavelength 700nm having incident angle 45 degree. Design consists of 56 alternating layers based on formula [LMHM]^14. Optimac refinement techniques is used to improve the design. It is concluded in the result that a good beam splitter is designed which transmits about 80% light in the spectrum range from 400nm to 975nm and reflect 77% light in the infrared region from 1000nm to 2000nm. The transmitted light is used for the solar cell and reflected light is used for thermoelectric generator.
Drought is generally an extended period of months or years in which precipitation is less than the annual average and results in severe water scarcity. For the Horn of Africa region, drought occurrence has become increasingly severe during the last decade, with rainfall totals of at least 50–75 % below normal encountered in most areas, amounts that are not sufficient to support crop and pasture growth for livelihood security (Nicholson 2014). The main objective of this study was to evaluate and measure the impacts of the drought on stock market, milk, fodder, and meat productivity, along with the major effects on the pastoralist’s daily life. Methodology adopted in this research was quantitative approach include questionnaire and data analysis procedure, this study was employ through explanatory research design. The purpose affecting the variables involves in this study and helped to achieve all the objectives of research. The study was conducted from the livestock sales and pastoralists, afgoye district livestock market. The researcher had selected 80 respondent(s) randomly from the population. The data analyzed was performed using statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) version 16. Result, The study clarified the reason related to poverty caused by drought in various households 46.3%. As well as The study indicated that responders 56.3% was agreed to provided feed supplements for livestock during drought while 3.8% of responders not agreed. Also The study proven that the (55%) of responders said the Shortage of rainfall experienced towards the end of 2016 and early 2017 resulted in degradation of grazing veld, while (1.3%) of responders said not resulted in degradation of grazing veld. Conclusion, The survey results and field observations indicated that the afgoye livestock market was seriously affected by drought particularly in dry seasons. According to responder`s understand towards the period of drought time, the study indicated the majority of people lose their jobs, particularly in the livestock sector. Recommendation, the study recommended to all shepherds to establish an alternative project to store water and fodder to benefit from it during the long drought. , also the study recommended the government, NGO`s in dealing with disaster management in Somalia are currently focused on either emergency health preparedness or post emergency relief. There is need for them to shift their mindsets from reaction and charity to anticipation and preemption.

In this paper we will be discussing VM migration in cloud and also I will explain the whole procedure of VM migration. The two methods through which we can perform VM migration are Live VM migration and NON-live VM migration.VM migration also helps in managing the loads of the multiple machines and with VM we can save power consumption. People have written about cloud computing and virtual machines in previous studies, but in this research, we'll speak about virtual machine migration in cloud computing, as well as the techniques that are used in the VM migration process. This article introduces the theoretical study of kinetics of kapalbhati, how mathematical parameters correlated to each other. Kapalbhati is high frequency yoga breathing (exhalation breathing rate up to 2 Hz) literally means shining forehead (kapala = cranium or forehead, bhati = shining or even knowledge in Sanskrit). It is known widely for its positive effects on abdominal muscles and overall health. Kapalbhati plays an important role to enhance the abdominal muscle strength and its muscle tone as well.
