Background: Bronchial hygiene techniques (BHT) play a crucial role in the management of critically ill patients, particularly those on mechanical ventilation. These techniques aim to improve pulmonary function by promoting secretion clearance and optimizing respiratory mechanics. The impact of BHT on various clinical outcomes in mechanically ventilated patients remains an important area of study. Methods: A cohort of 128 critically ill patients receiving mechanical ventilation was included in this study. Bronchial hygiene techniques, including chest physiotherapy, suctioning, and postural drainage, were administered regularly as part of their respiratory care. The primary outcomes assessed were oxygen saturation (SpO2), the Horowitz index (PaO2/FiO2 ratio), inspired oxygen fraction (FiO2), and arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2). Results: Post-intervention analysis revealed significant improvements in all measured outcomes. SpO₂ increased from 89.5 ± 4.1% to 94.7 ± 3.2% (p < 0.001), PaO₂/FiO₂ ratio improved from 235 ± 58 to 296 ± 72 (p < 0.001), FiO₂ decreased from 0.55 ± 0.12 to 0.45 ± 0.09 (p < 0.001), and SaO₂ increased from 90.3 ± 5.1% to 95.1 ± 3.3% (p < 0.001). Additionally, ICU stay duration was reduced from 10.2 ± 5.6 days to 7.3 ± 4.1 days (p = 0.002), and mechanical ventilation duration decreased from 8.5 ± 3.8 days to 6.2 ± 2.7 days (p = 0.004). Conclusion: The implementation of bronchial hygiene techniques in mechanically ventilated patients led to a significant enhancement in pulmonary function. The observed improvements in oxygenation parameters, including SpO2, SaO2, and the Horowitz index, suggest that BHT plays an important role in optimizing respiratory status in critically ill patients. These findings support the use of BHT as a valuable adjunct to routine critical care management in improving respiratory outcomes.

Stress and anxiety have been implicated as contributors to many chronic diseases and to decreased quality of life, even with pharmacologic treatment. Efforts are underway to find non-pharmacologic therapies to relieve stress and anxiety, and yoga is one option for which results are promising. The focus of this review is on the results of human trials assessing the role of yoga in improving the signs and symptoms of stress and anxiety. A significant decrease in stress and/or anxiety symptoms when a yoga regimen was implemented;however, many of the studies were also hindered by limitations, such as small study populations, lack of randomization, and lack of a control group. Biochemical and physiological markers of stress and anxiety, but yielded inconsistent support of yoga for relief of stress and anxiety. Evaluation of the current primary literature is suggestive of benefits of yoga in relieving stress and anxiety, but further investigation into this relationship using large, well-defined populations, adequate controls, randomization and long duration should be explored before recommending yoga as a treatment option.

Introduction: The implementation of efforts to prevent the rapid community spread of Covid-19 slowed the spread of infection, however it also affected the routine antenatal care as well as emergency obstetric care. This study was planned to find out the number of obstetrical emergency admissions and their outcomes in the form of procedures done, maternal mortality and intrauterine dead fetus in our rural tertiary care center during Covid-19 pandemic and compare it before Covid-19 pandemic in India. Material and methods: This study was a retrospective observational study conducted over a period of 1 year (6 month during Covid-19 pandemic in India from April 2020 to September 2020 and 6 months before Covid 19 pandemic). All the patients who were admitted in the Covid-19 labour room as well as in the non Covid-19 labour room of our institute were included in the study. Ethical clearance for the study was taken from ethical committee of institute before study. Data was collected from hospital record and patients case sheets. Comparison of data before and during Covid-19 pandemic was done by using chi square test and p values analysed. Results: During the total study period of 12 months including 6 months during Covid-19 pandemic and 6 months before pandemic the total number of admissions in obstetrical emergency ward were 7630 out of which 5806 admissions (76.1%) were before Covid-19 pandemic and 1824 admissions were (23.9%) during Covid-19 pandemic and it showed significant reduction (p value <0.001) in emergency obstetrical admissions during pandemic. Out of total admissions, the number of cesareans were more during Covid-19 pandemic as compared to before it. Thus it showed significant increase in (p value < 0.001) number of caesarean deliveries during Covid-19 pandemic at our institute. Maternal mortalities were 0.89% (52 in 5754 admissions) of obstetrical emergency admissions before Covid-19 pandemic whereas it was significantly increased during Covid-19 pandemic to 2.63%. Total number of Intrauterine death and still births were 180 in 2652 vaginal deliveries (6.7%) before Covid-19 pandemic which was also increased significantly to 108 in 842 vaginal deliveries (12.8%) during 6 month of study period during Covid-19 pandemic. Conclusions: In this study we observed significant reduction in number of admissions in obstetrical emergency ward whereas significant increase in maternal mortality and intrauterine dead fetus and stillborn babies during Covid-19 pandemic. We should educate the women that delay in seeking health care can have more dangerous complications than Covid-19 infection if they will follow the Covid-19 prevention protocols. More multicentric studies should be done in India to know the effect of Covid- 19 pandemic on maternal health care services so that effect of Covid-19 pandemic can be minimized and maternal and child care can be resumed earliest as before.

The present world is data world; without this data cannot survive in present stage. This data produced more from social media; this media data is public data; This public data not have good security; so to overcome this issue we apply the Salsa method. This method easily hack the data from the hackers. RBJ32 method has 5 steps. 1. Applying the key and multiply that key; 2. To apply the prime number in the S 2 and T 2 ; 3. To calculate the EA1 and EA2; 4. To swap the EA1 and EA2 in matrix EnA; 5. Apply the column operations. The proposed method provides good security while comparing with Salsa method.
