Now-a-days the ease of using ecommerce encourages the customers to buy using ecommerce. It runs on the basis of innovation having the ability to enthral the customers with the products, but with such a large raft of products leave the customers confused of what to buy and what not to. According to business , a company may create three segments like High ( Group who buys often , spends more and visited the platform recently ) , Medium ( Group which spends less than high group and is not that much frequent to visit the platform) and Low (Group which is on the verge of churning out ). This is where Machine Learning provides a crucial solution , several algorithms are applied for revealing the hidden patterns in data for better decision making. In this paper we proposed a Customer segmentation concept in which the customer bases of an establishment is divided into segments based on the customers’ characteristics and attributes. This idea can be used by the B2C companies to outperform the competition by developing uniquely appealing products and services and make it reach to potential customers. This approach is implemented using “k-means”, an unsupervised clustering machine learning algorithm.
The article presents the results of the empirical analysis of the system of training future heads of educational institutions under the master's educational program, which showed that quality management of future leaders depends on setting standards, updating educational programs, highly qualified staff, quality organization of the educational process and effective management. The study empirically confirms and theoretically proves that it is very important for a higher education institution to really see the levers that it can manage -internal resources, as well as to understand the factors that are outside the sphere of influence -external threats.

Gaucher disease, the most prevalent lysosomal storage disease and transmitted as an autosomal recessive trait results from an inherited deficiency in the enzyme glucocerebrosidase. The enzyme substrate glucocerebroside accumulate in the patients spleen, liver and bone marrow. The resultant accumulation in several tissues and organs leads to numerous manifestations like anemia, hepatosplenomegaly, thrombocytopenia, growth retardation and skeletal disease. Three clinical forms of Gaucher disease have been described: Type 1 non-neuronopathic, Type 2 acute neuronopathic, and Type 3 subacute neuronopathic. The gene responsible for glucocerebrosidase is GBA, located on chromosome lq21. There are 11 exon and 10 introns are present in the gene. The exon 9 and 10 is the hot spot exon of said disease in Asia and also reported in worldwide. The current study was about on exon 10 because its most common exon. In current study, 7 families were involved for sequencing and molecular analysis. For sequencing, genomic DNA extraction was done by the phenol- chloroform method and PCR reaction were done. Sequencing of 7 patients revealed 12 different variants including 5 polymorphisms (Homo/hetero). 3 variants out of these 5 were nonsynonymous. The other 7 variants were predicted to be disease causing mutation by mutation taster. 4 out of 7 mutations were non-synonymous, while 3 were synonymous. 6 novel mutations were found, 02 of them were homozygous and 04 are heterozygous mutations, and one already reported mutation c.1152G>A with rs12747811. While we found 4 novel polymorphisms, 02 heterozygous and 02 homozygous polymorphisms and one of them was already reported polymorphism that is chr1:155205170A>G having rs143255568. This shows comprehensive picture of molecular properties of GBA gene and related phenotypic variations in the patients. We need further evaluation of remaining exons in order to determine the carrier ratio of Gaucher disease in our population or whether we should screen our neonates for such lysosomal disorders.
The restructuring of conventional form of academic tests creates a new technological bubble during the pandemic period. The technology-oriented teachinglearning environment may substantially improve the efficiency of both the teaching and learning ends. Even though the E-learning pedagogy has the potential capabilities of cost effectiveness, reduced logistics requirements, minimal manual efforts and improved accuracy of marking schemes driven by advanced systems. Still it feels some sort of leakages in the efficiency of the ongoing evaluation methodology. This study specifically focuses on the perspectives of the teaching community regarding their assessment on the impact of online examinations and quality of information acquired by the student community and how they performed during the online tests as compared to the traditional method. It also assesses the chances of malpractices can be done by the candidates and how it may affect their end results and effectiveness of the online examinations. The attempt creates platform for the academicians to craft in-depth awareness to the student community as well as to suggest valuable recommendations to formulate exams which is free from loopholes and misconducts. For the purpose of testing the hypothesis the proposed study uses basic econometric tools and other quantitative techniques which are proficient to produce accurate test results.
In this article, a study is carried out based on mathematical methods of experiment planning. The seam seams of a shuttle stitch made on a JK-6588BD sewing machine were examined. Stitch samples were made on gabardine with 100% cotton fabric ref. 3232 with weights of 210 g / m2, 220 g / m2 and 230 g / m2 twill weave. The studied factors were the sewing frequency, linear density of sewing threads and seam width. The strength of the seam was chosen as an optimization criterion. When solving the problem, a mathematical model of the research object was used, i.e. an equation that connects the optimization parameter with factors. The significance of the coefficients was checked using the Student's t-test. It was found that for the accepted level of significance and the corresponding number of degrees of freedom, the mathematical model is considered adequate.
The aim of the paper is to indicate and analyze the types of semantic distinctions between synonymous adjectives in Uzbek, Russian and English, thus determine features common for the three non-related languages. Based on the broad review of the theoretical data it is stated in the paper that a synonymic row represents a specific type of word relations based on the sameness/ similarity of meaning and distinction. The distinctions which bear semantic, expressive and stylistic nuances, that serve to preserve gradation inside a synonymic row, are called shades of meaning. The comparative analysis of the examined data let us identify types of semantic distinctions in gradation, motivating circumstances, duration and frequency, nature of outward expression of the quality, range of described objects, semantic associations, evaluative attitude, logical emphasis, emotional colouring. We believe the paper findings may be useful for researchers who deal with contrastive linguistics, typology of nonrelated languages, lexicographic practice and may help those who study the English language to solve the difficulty of choosing the appropriate word in the communication discourse.
Creativity is essential for research, creation, production and promotion of facilities, food, health, transplantation and colourful life for humans living across various boundaries in the world. The current study focused on teachers perceptions about teachers humanistic role concerning students creativity. The study was conducted in the higher Secondary Schools situated in the jurisdiction of District Dera Ismail Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Their perceptions were mostly negative about the use of all variables of creativity which revealed that teachers had neglected creativity at school level because they were making students bookish. It was suggested that creativity must be incorporated in curriculum, classroom and teaching learning process to prepare students for serving humanity in the matchless way.
This research paper is a case study on the agriculture distress and farmers' protest in western India. The problems of Indian farmers have been rising ever since the start of agriculture activities in India. There have been many reports of farmers suicide every year in India, and daily it takes the toll of 10 farmers. So, this time the scenario is different as the farmers of India take up a fight against the government of India and protests the change of the farm bills. The amendment of the three farm bills infuriated the farmers of the whole of India, and major protests came from the western part of India especially, the farmers of Punjab and Haryana. 50 major protests were reported across 20 states in 9 months between January and September 2020. So, this case study will analyze and give authentic details, facts, and a conclusion of the farmers' and agricultural distress in India.
Education brings benefits both at micro and macro levels. It is the universal and basic right of every individual without discrimination. The objectives of the current research were to examine the household characteristics of the respondents; their attitude towards children education; their satisfaction regarding the school facilities and to know the teachers related issues in South Punjab, Pakistan. The researcher used the quantitative data and 975 household heads whose children were aged between (05-09) years were selected for the study. 3 Divisions of South Punjab namely (i) Bahawalpur (ii) Multan and (iii) Dera Ghazi Khan were selected for data collection by using the multi-stage sampling. It was found that poor socio-economic background of parents; negative parental attitude, poor school facilities and teacher relate concerns played a vital role in the prohibiting of children in the studied area. It is suggested that educational awareness campaigns should start at union council level in which parents should sensitize towards children education and build unbiased attitude towards sons and daughters education. The educational budget should increase, remove the schools deficiencies; hire new teachers on urgent basis and give them training for achieving the Universal educational targets.
In the wake of COVID-19, and to counter this horrible pandemic, the government of Pakistan introduced the policy of strict lockdown and to continue teaching/learning activities, online teaching/learning system was introduced in the higher educational institutes, especially in the public and private sector universities which were already devoid of cybernetic milieus. The aim of this was to explore the impact of online learning on learners self-reported satisfaction in L2 during COVID-19 in the universities of the Punjab. This research uses mixed method type and in this context a students questionnaire was circulated online among students and around 500 out of 800 students responded. Most of the respondents indicated that they find complications and problems about the course contents projected for online learning in the wake of COVID-19 pandemic as these contents are suited in face to face classroom settings and if, unfortunately this pandemic situation lasts for a long period of time the revision of the L2 course contents is inevitable otherwise the performance of the students will decrease rapidly. Similarly, a number of challenges were reported from the research population about the second question of research, as the major part of the population lives in villages, desserts, and hilly areas by which their socio-economic condition usually remains very low by which the students of these areas are devoid of economic and social resources to provide themselves internet facilities, smartphones and laptops that are inevitable to their online learning. Most of the foreign language learners during their online classes remained absent and the have different reasons in this context and their reported proficiency in various segments i.e. in assignments, presentations and quizzes program remained lesser as they were showing in traditional classroom environment. The outcomes from the research will be of great importance to the federal and provincial ministries of education, universities administrators, teachers and students in taking future emergency decisions relating to the execution of online learning programs for students in general and L2 learners in particular.
The purpose of the study was to analyze the factors involved in classroom management techniques applied by the secondary school teachers. The study was delimited to (7) male and (6) female secondary schools of Multan city. By using simple random sampling technique, a sample of two hundred (200) secondary school teachers was selected. The questionnaires were administered personally by researcher. The ratio of returning the questionnaire was 85%. Overall p-value of Z test is 0.283 which is larger than the level of significance 0.05. It means that the mean decision for both male and female are non-significant.Overall result using the test analysis of variance for testing the equality of mean decision for different level of experience of teachers at secondary level. We see that the p-value is 0.007 which is less than our level of significance 0.05, so it is concluded that there is a significant difference between the mean decision of the different experience levels (L, M and H).Overall result of pair-wise difference between mean decision of different level of experience by using LSD test among high experience, medium experience and low experience. There is significance different between mean of medium and low experience.Overall result of pair-wise difference between mean decision of different level of qualification by using LSD test among high qualification (M. Phil), medium qualification (M.A/M.Sc. /B.Ed.) and low qualification (B.A/B.Sc. /B.Ed.). It is seen that all pair have non-significant mean.
There is a consistent change in work methodologies and approaches in recent years which in turn lead to a stress and pressure on employees in general. As the private banks are recognized for the most perceived competitive area particularly because of stipulated targets and antagonistic in comparison with other jobs, absence of occupation security, with a persistent crisscrossed work nature, by and by working for extra hours without earlier data and proceeded with change causes high work pressure. For the most part banking industry have flimsy labour because of work pressure instigated by role conflict and frequent change in organisation behaviour further banks attempt to keep up their business with understaffed conditions to have a high benefit, during occupied hours, this prompts the sensations of nervousness, left unchecked, postponed workload and the low quality of work. Thus this made challenging to bank employees for maintainingtheir regular schedule, which is a fundamental issue for them on perplexing to have success and satisfaction of necessities, due to the work environment and nature of private banks prompts a lower level of life style with hierarchical conduct. The goal of this investigation is to distinguish the factors that lead to stress among employees of private banks.
