This study aims to determine the influence of compensation and communication on job satisfaction of employees of CV Pustaka Garut. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Samples were taken using total population sampling technique with 37 respondents. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis method. The research hypotheses were tested using t test and F test through SPSS software. The results showed that simultaneously, compensation and communication had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction with an effect of 89.6%. Partially, both compensation and communication have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
Sumenep Regency is the 126 islands maritime area with processing potential in the coastal and marine sectors. Fishery production of Sumenep Regency in 2020 reached 35,188.12 tons or only 25.61% of the sustainable potential. It showed the untapped fishery potential of 102,211.88 tons or 74.39% of the sustainable potential. Production in 2019 decreased by 9,353.81 tons or 6.81% compared to production in 2018. The decline in output was due to the absence of fisheries education that caused low human resources quality in the fisheries sector. The area's characteristics, partly islands with low inter-district mobility levels, require education within the region to support fisheries potential. Education in vocational high schools improves human resources quality. The study aims to determine Vocational High Schools' location to support fisheries potential in Sumenep Regency. The study uses Delphi to determine the criteria for placing the Fisheries Vocational School location. Delphi's research results show the requirements affecting Vocational High Schools' site in Sumenep Regency are the number of people whose livelihoods are the fishermen and fish cultivators, and the total population of 16-18 years old. Some other elements are the number of junior high school students around the vocational high school location, distance from sub-district centers to settlements, fishing villages, and fishpond farmers, availability of public transportation facilities, road network conditions, annual fish production around school locations, number of FHHs, and community ports or jetty around the school location. The analysis of Vocational High Schools' site uses the Land Suitability Analysis (LSA) method. The analysis results show that the suitable areas for vocational placement in Sumenep Regency are Arjasa, Ambunten, and Praga districts.
The current research insets, to verify impact of inspirational leadership as an independent variable onorganizational sustainability at headquarters of Ministry’s Agency for Federal Security Affairs in theIraqi Ministry of Interior, as well as diagnosing level of its interest in research variables and itsdimensions, to come up with a set of recommendations that contribute to improving its practices andadopting these variables, and based on modernity And researcher's keenness to diagnose therelationship of influence between two variables and its importance to agency and its employeeson one hand, and society on other hand, adopted descriptive exploratorymethodological research in completion of its current chapters and investigations, and it was appliedat headquarters of Ministry's Agency for (Federal Security) to be research community for itssenior leaders, and sample of research was Stratified intentionality, and it included (55) of theleaders of agency concerned (the director of agency the assistant of agent, thedirector of directorate, assistant, director of department, director of division), andthe main research tool (the questionnaire) was distributed to them to survey opinions about variablesinvestigated. 52 of them, while valid ones for statistical analysis were (50) views, and questionnairewas supplemented with data, observations and limited interviews, while research used statisticalprograms (S). PSS V.26 - SMART PLS V.3.3) to analyze primary data, with adoption of descriptiveand inferential research methods represented in (normal distribution test, exploratory practical analysis,confirmatory factor analysis, validity and reliability test, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, relativecoefficient of variation, The relative importance, Pearson correlation coefficient, simple linearregression coefficient, multiple regression coefficient) to test its hypotheses, a number of results, themost prominent of which were ability of Deputy Ministry for Federal Security Affairs to direct itsinspiring leaders in improving organizational sustainability, especially challenge of operations inimproving overall sustainability and commitment, and directing challenge and empowerment Inimproving level of creativity, as well as dependence of its leadership on inspiring its common vision(inspiring) in improving level of communication in it.
Islamic education that is independent of one's existence without combining it with other sciences, will not contribute to character building. Therefore, reconciliation is needed to optimize student learning outcomes. The purpose of this paper is to make a dialogue between religious knowledge (Islam) and general science. The study of religion uses the concepts of al-Jabiri, Khaled, and Soroush, while the general science that is explored is the bloom taxonomy. This study uses a library research approach which is analyzed using a philosophy of science framework approach, namely epistemology, axiology, and ontology. The findings in this study are, firstly that the taxonomic domains cannot be separated from the concept of religion (Islam) according to al-Jabiri, such as cognitive integrated with Burhani, affective integrated with Irfani, and motorbike integrated with Bayani. Secondly, Khaled's concept in the bloom taxonomy is a triadic process in terms of author (principal, policymakers), reader (teacher, parent, child), and text (bloom taxonomy). Thirdly, the Soroush concept in the bloom taxonomy shows a tug of war with the concept of qabdh wa bast religion. So that it contributes merging one domain with another and one action can develop several aspects of child development in the domain of children's education.
The purpose of this study is to find out how the effect of inflation, interest rates (BI rate), and exchange rates on stock prices of the Construction and Building sub-sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. The independent variables in this study are inflation, interest rates (BI rate), and exchange rates, while the dependent variable is stock returns. The population in this study are all companies that are included in the construction and building sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018, as many as 16 listed companies. The sample in this study was 9 companies which were taken based on the sampling technique used, namely purposive sampling by using several considerations or predetermined criteria. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. To test the hypothesis, the t-test was used for partial testing and F-test for simultaneous testing. The results showed that inflation had a significant positive effect on stock returns, the interest rate (BI rate) had a significant negative effect on stock returns. While the Exchange Rate does not affect Stock Return.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between innovative work behaviour on satisfaction, innovative work behaviour on job performance, organizational citizenship behaviour on job performance, organizational citizenship behaviour on job satisfaction, innovative work behaviour on job performance through job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behaviour on job performance through job satisfaction. This study uses quantitative methods to test and prove the hypotheses that have been made through various tests and data processing. The number of samples in this study is the first 128 samples. In this study, the sample is hotels managers/supervisors who have worked at least 1 year to experience perceptions of leadership. The survey was conducted by collecting questionnaire data from 128 managers or supervisor of hotels in Banten, Indonesia during covid19 pandemic. Covariance-based structural equation modeling was applied mistreatment PLS3 to explore the projected relationships.Based on data analysis by SmartPLS shows innovative work behaviour has significant effect on Job satisfaction, innovative work behaviour has not significant effect on job performance, organizational citizenship behaviour has significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behaviour has significant effect on job performance, innovative work behaviour has not significant effect on job performance through job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behaviour has not significant effect on job performance through job satisfaction.
The aim of the research was to define1the spiritual transformation of man through the doctrine of human duties. The1research was a documented review of duty with respect to the different conceptions that philosophers have had. The population was all philosophers starting from the Stoics, the great contributions of Socrates, Platon, Aristotle, Ciceron, St. Thomas Aquinas and these conceptions about duty are updated in philosophers of the modern age such as: Kant, Murphy, Beck, Bayon, Vecchio, Francisco Vives, who seek to formulate epistemological precisions of duty. The variables were: spiritual transformation, human duties. The different definitions of duty were used, the definitions of the Espasa Calpe Dictionary were taken, which informs us from the etymology of duty, Santillana. is a concrete term, it includes two essential elements: the material and the formal, which is nothing other than action and force, it also tells us that man is obliged to respect religious precepts, natural laws or positive laws, Duty is to fulfill what was promised, and something very important is that the duty of the government is to ensure that there is true justice in the country. It was evidenced that duty is in the life and conscience of man, which through the course of civilization, has been presented on the basis of the scale of values emerging from each place and time. It is an imminent attribute of man that determines his permanent and theoretical contradiction on his definition and discussion in the face of other epistemological attributes of the scale of human values.
While diversification of the Maldives tourism industry is integral to the economic progress, limited research has explored examining Muslim tourist behavior. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationships between destination images and revisit intention, with Muslim tourist satisfaction as the mediating variable, among Middle Eastern Muslim tourists traveling to the Maldives. 300 Middle Eastern Muslim tourists visiting the Maldives was approached using questionnaire and data was analyzed using softwares such as SPSS as well as AMOS, while structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data. This study shows that there is significant relationship between destination image and Muslim tourist satisfaction. There is also significant relationship between Muslim tourist satisfaction and revisit intention, however no significant relationship between destination image and revisit intention. This study gives out how Muslim tourists from the Middle East review the destination and how South Asian countries can use either to continue or develop destination image more to attract for Muslim tourists. With limited research on destination image and Muslim tourists, this research gives out novel contribution and the findings of this study reveal that there is no significant relationship between destination image and revisit intention, however, there is significant relationship between destination image to Muslim tourist satisfaction to revisit intention.

In the South of Vietnam, in the years before 1930, Nguyen An Ninh (1900-1943) was a figure of historical stature who made important contributions to the revolutionary cause of national liberation of the Vietnamese people in the first half of the 20th century. Nguyen An Ninh's thought on human rights was formed and developed from the objective requirements of the history - society of Vietnam and the world in the second half of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century. Besides, Nguyen An Ninh's thought on human rights was also the inheritance and development of traditional values of the nation such as patriotism and solidarity of the Vietnamese people. Absorbing the core values of Eastern culture, typically the value systems of Confucianism, Buddhism, and Taoism, especially the ideology of liberty - equality - charity of the great bourgeois French revolution and the thought of the French Enlightenment, the spirit of Marxism-Leninism. It is these things that had greatly influenced Nguyen An Ninh's thought on human rights in order to liberate people. According to Nguyen An Ninh, human rights are inviolable, the content of human rights outlined by Nguyen An Ninh is related to the following rights: the right to life; equality; individual liberties; freedom of movement; Freedom of thought includes freedom of the press, freedoms of Speech, Assembly, Association. In the process of 35 years of renovation and integration, Vietnam has achieved great and solid achievements in human rights. That is not only reflected in Vietnam's efforts in building and perfecting the legal system but also in ensuring human rights and citizenship in all fields of social life. Faced with many opportunities and challenges in the process of integration and the impact of the 4th industrial revolution, continuing to study and research Nguyen An Ninh's thought in general, including the work on human rights is meaningful and necessary work in building and completing the human rights institution in Vietnam today.
In nearly ten years of writing, Khai Hung is considered a prose writer of great stature. Studying the unique tone of Khai Hung's compositions, we can see both his journey of composition and the main inspiration of Khai Hung through each period. The article analyzes some key tones in Khai Hung's compositions. Khai Hung's tone also changes according to the inspiration of each period: from a lyrical and gentle tone; optimistic tone of confidence in the early compositions to a critical tone in the works of the next stage and in the final compositions of the career with a pessimistic, deadlocked tone. Through this issue, we can see the unique and unique features of Khai Hung's artistic style.
Educational philosophy is an important part of any academic effort. Based on socio-demographic and job-related factors, this research revealed the faculty's prevailing educational philosophy at Cagayan State University. In this study, the researcher used the descriptive correlational technique. The study's participants were CSU's full-time and part-time professors. The research includes part-time faculty members since they make up a larger percentage of the CSU teaching workforce. Findings would indicate that, based on the character of the students, the learning environment, and the needs of the curriculum, use the most reasonable philosophy at any given moment. Faculty may demonstrate a strong feeling of belonging by regularly participating in University Faculty Association events.
The current research aimed to reveal the effectiveness of employing the Padlet platform in the developmentof some critical thinking skills for a sample of Early Childhood Department students in the Faculty of Educationat Imam Abdul Rahman bin Faisal University in Dammam. One-group semi-experimental approach was usedon a sample consisting of (44) students, purposefully selected from the Department of Early Childhood level8 course in teaching. Watson & Glaser's test of critical thinking skills has also been used in the Saudienvironment (codified by Al-Ruqqass, 2012). The research results showed statistically significant differencesat the level (0.05) between the means of scores of the sample in the pre-posttest administration of criticalthinking skills in favor of the post-application. The results showed a marked improvement in critical thinkingskills due to the use of the Padlet platform and the research recommended that the technical capabilitiesof the Padlet platform should be utilized and employed in the education and training process.
The purpose of this research was to study the corroborating components of the entrepreneurialcharacteristics of undergraduate students. The sample used in the study was 1,040 students in theNortheastern region, obtained through multistage randomization. The instrument used in the research wasthe Student's Entrepreneurship Attributes Scale, a 5-level estimation scale with 69 items, with adiscriminating power range from 0.21-0.68, and the confidence value of the whole version was 0.94. Thestatistic used to analyze the data is Confirmatory Factor Analysis.The results showed that the Confirmatory Factor Analysis of the entrepreneurial characteristics ofundergraduate students consisted of six components: Internal locus of control, need for achievement,Risk-taking, Innovativeness, Proactiveness, and Autonomy. It was found to be consistent with the empiricaldata with Chi-square (χ2) of 49.68, df=41, p=.16, GFI=0.99, AGFI=0.98, RMSEA=0.01, SRMR=0.01. Thestandard component weights were between 0.49-0.94. All components were statistically significant at the0.01 level, indicating that the operator attribute measurement model could be used to describe theoperator attribute composition.
In this study the researcher take the concept of democracy with an aim to test the efficiency ofdemocratic system as an essential requirement for political stability, especially by taking case ofpolitical system which has already been adopting a democracy system since 1989. So, this study focuson the four dimensions of (Dahl, 1998a; Dahl, 1998b) definition of what the democracy does mean, hefinds that democracy has a five standards at least, “ Effective political participation, Voting equality,Enlightened understanding, Control of the agenda and Inclusion of adults”, if we take these standardsas a basic ground of what the democratic system does really mean, beside considering democracy asa basic alternative of all political systems nowadays, as much as democracy experiments are alwaysdepending on internal elements of the each one of these experiment itself, which makes the argumentsof its feasibility increasing with a multi-pointed views & opinions, this could provide uncertaintysometimes & we could say that this uncertainty about democracies comes from multiple experimentsthat have a different outputs of this process, so the outcomes will not be the same either, whichlightening the importance of each experiment separately, so the researcher tries to detect how muchthe political stability is depending on democracy (with these five standards), and how each one ofthem are influencing the stability of political system, and that’s will be measuring upon Poland after itsdemocratic transformation since 1989 and which kind of changes came up on these elements ..political system, party structure, public behavior of individuals & their tendencies towards politicalsystem throughout the elections process, public media control and judicial accountability. We takethese dimensions in a period from 1989 until the last recent changes on the democratic system inPoland with by using a descriptive analytical methodology.

In this method there is still a descriptive explanation, but the focus remains on the explanation of the relationships between variables (associative). The distribution of the sample is 98 customers, using Path Analysis, Model Test (F Test), Partial Hypothesis Testing (t Test), Research Results: service quality on customer satisfaction. Iraq has a single sea port overlooking the Arabian Gulf, and despite the poverty of the Iraqi coast on the Gulf, as it does not exceed 60 km, which is the least area among the countries bordering the Arabian Gulf, this small area represents the maritime port of Iraq on the high seas. And if used correctly, it would have great returns on the economy, as Iraq has an important strategic position in shortening the distances between East and West. And if Iraq wants to catch up with global developments, especially in the field of maritime transport and the establishment of modern and advanced ports, it must expedite the establishment of the great port of Faw and link to the dry canal, as Iraq’s possession of important commercial ports, but these ports do not meet Iraq’s growing needs, as they are internal ports with limited depths It does not directly overlook the Arabian Gulf, in addition to Iraq's link to the Belt and Road Initiative and its willingness to exercise its vital role in linking the Asian East and the European West, from the ports of the Arabian Gulf to the ports of the Mediterranean. This requires accelerating the completion of the Faw port project due to its importance in transporting trade and considering it the gateway that drives economic development and the great economic benefits that will come to it through the establishment of the dry canal and contribute to shortening the time and cost of transporting global trade.

This is a qualitative investigation with the objective to study the Shanxi Badatao music in Shanxi Province China. Shanxi Badatao is a large-scale wind set in Wutai, Shanxi Province, China. It is one of the ancient Chinese music genres along with Xi’an drum music in Shaanxi Province and Beijing Zhihua Temple music. It includes seven sets of Shengguan sets and a set of Suona sets, Is the representative of traditional folk instrumental music sets with great influence in China. The repertoire comes from four types of music: ancient music, drama music, folk songs, and temple music. Performance occasions are generally temple events, weddings, funerals, temple fairs, leisure, and entertainment, etc. Among them, the 12 pieces of music that are clearly classified in Shanxi Badatao all have strong traditional music style characteristics. As wind music, unique music style is one of its most important signs. The tone of the instrument alternates light and dark, rich and vivid. At the same time, rhythm combination is also an obvious feature of this kind of music, and the expressive power of music makes them become the soul of wind and percussion music.
