The definition of productivity is a single ratio of output to input and then combined with various cost factors leading to a single value. Of these values we have dataset makes it possible to calculate the productivity of projects, effort, size and quality. By contrast, the concept of performance is more comprehensive than productivity. This study explores a comparison between performance and productivity and how it can affect projects by several other factors that affect its using ISBSG dataset V.12. In this research, tree data analysis techniques were applied: data clustering, neural network. SPSS was used to conduct statistical analysis and data visualization.
Language skill development academy mostly equips a computer setup where students practice in specific tool or software and improves their communication and language skill within their lab timing. This method can only make theoretical practice like examination. It involves expressions and trains communication difficulties over literature but have restrictive access towards speech and language training. Instead in our proposed method, we could enhance their level of learning by inculcating an electronic device usage along with them in their campus which restricts students to communicate only in English inside the college campus. Each and every words used for communication by the students will be recorded and analyzed day by day for the development in their language skill. Skills of language can be processed by the ability of a person to learn a passage or their capability of understanding a conversation and recollecting the important information within the conversation time. We can also find the ability of a person when they can able to converse fluently and when they stammer. Thus, the final report of a person will provide complete details about his starting phase of language skill towards his development of language skill and helps guide them at which point they have to improve.

The Hidden Markov Model (HMM) lies at the heart of the modern speech recognition systems as it provides a simple, effective and straight forward frame work to model the time varying acoustic features of the speech signals.The basic process of building HMM based speech recognition systems is a straight forward process.Nevertheless, the proper parameter estimation of such models requires large training data.Therefore, parameter tying techniques were developed to reduce the parameters of HMMs without affecting the overall system performance.This study proposes an Arabic phonetic decision tree necessary to build Tied State tri-phone HMMs.Experimental results show promising word correctness when compared with both data driven tri-phone models and phoneme based models.The maximum word correctness achieved by the proposed approach was 95.13%.Whereas it reached 78.03 and 58.45% using data driven tri-phones and phoneme based HMMs, respectively, when tested on the same benchmark database.
This paper work concentrates on augmentation of power quality in wind energy system (WES) using 3-Phase, Seven Level -Shunt Active Filter (SL-SAF). In this surroundings, the permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) based 3 kW WES is considered to implement SL-SAF. The main intention of this SL-SAF is to enhance the power quality in the proposed system, when WES output changes with the wind speed and also to the variation in load condition. Furthermore, it reduces the power loss during low wind velocity and also due to total harmonic distortions (THD) with improved power factor. In this work, the proposed system performance parameters like output voltage frequency and THD levels are analyzed for various wind velocities and unbalanced load conditions. In addition, the validity of SL-SAF is analyzed with the intelligent fuzzy logic based pulse width modulation techniques (FL-PWM). The MATLAB/Simulink modeling of proposed system is evaluated and the proportional results are used to authenticate the parameters of the SL-SAF converter. STEKOM is an institution accommodating almost 500 employees, always evaluates their performance and giving awards to achievement every year’s completed. Fuzzy logic is very suitable to be used in performance appraisal because it can process complex and variatif data, as well as uncertain to be valid data. One of the models in fuzzy logic is the Consistency Induced Ordered Weighted Averaging method system by reducing the operator Averaging Mean and assigning a consistency index value used to analyze fuzzy preference relationships, then using the results of the analysis in the preference aggregation process. This article will explain how to apply the Consistency Induced Ordered Weighted Averaging model in fuzzy logic to assess the performance of STEKOM employees by assigning weight to each attribute and variable, then from the weights and variables will be rated according to the value obtained so that the decision will be taken as a solution in giving awards and promotions to employees that can meet the principles of fairness, equality and approriateness.
