Introduction: The expansion of the multi-professional team in Primary Health Care (APS) input professional categories that have traditionally worked in the service of medium and high complexity. The lack of knowledge on the assignments of these new jobs can be an obstacle to effective interdisciplinary and sharing practices. Objective: The study aimed to analyze the professional healthcare team understanding on the Family and Support Center for Family Health (NASF) and the practices of Occupational Therapy in APS, as a member of NASF team. Method: This study is characterized as exploratory and qualitative field, with data collected individually, through semi-structured interviews with professionals of a Family Health Team and a NASF team. We used content analysis for data processing. Results: We identified that the understanding of the teams on the role of the occupational therapist is partial, linking their practices basically with mental health and rehabilitation, confusing their duties with the other team members. Conclusion: It was difficult to differentiate occupational therapist own practices, even when the work is shared. This suggests the need to implement strategies, such as matrix-based strategies to overcome the gaps in knowledge between the team and the specifics of each profession engaged in APS.

Results: The results suggest that adolescents with WBS have a good quality of life despite presenting greater possibilities of psychiatric symptoms. These results are valid considering that quality of life is measured from the opinion of the assessed individual. Conclusion: We hypothesized that adolescents with WBS can present a distortion of reality regarding the positive/optimistic factor, possibly based on some characteristics of the syndrome such as being always cheerful and smiling, which are factors associated with intellectual disability.

Objective: This study aimed to understand the trajectories of aldermen health representatives representing the users and discuss the popular participation and political culture in the reality of a medium-sized municipality of Sao Paulo. Method: Therefore, we carried out a qualitative and exploratory research, with the proposition of the pursuit of knowledge by reconstituting life trajectories, inspired by the method of oral history. Interviews were conducted in depth with five directors through broad issues roadmap to encourage the free narration. We then performed the analysis of the trajectories the light of two concepts: popular participation and political culture. Results: The trajectories pointed motivations and deadlocks, as the satisfaction in charge of the occupation, the rise of a user presidential council and the critical lack of financial support. We observed asymmetry of knowledge and power within the board, since the board members consider themselves less able not to dominate technical and management issues. The local political culture experiences a period of transition from a traditional political culture for a democratic and participatory, however prevails to authoritarianism and cooptation of relations between managers and users. Conclusion: It is considered necessary and of great importance greater ownership by the directors of the duties of the Municipal Health Council to be held an effective social control.
