This paper analyzes the types and contents of ore-forming elements and symbiotic elements（associated elements） and the characteristics of quartz fluid inclusions in the Hatu gold mine. The results display, CO2-containing three-phase inclusions(VCO2+ LCO2+LH2O) and two-phase inclusions（L+V）. The homogenization temperature of inclusions is 198℃～329℃, and salinity is 0.7% to 3.51% NaClwt%, belong to the medium-low temperature, low salinity fluid. The temperature and pressure of the hydrothermal fluid are obviously reduced with the upward migration of the fluid. The oxygen isotopes δ18OV-SMOWin the ore are 20.3～21.0 and the δ18O values of the water in the ore are 8.6～14.8 Belong to the overlapping areas of metamorphic water and magmatic water. According to the geological characteristics of mineral deposits,metallogenic conditions and canonical correlation analysis of multi variatestatistical results, it is believed that the ore-forming elements and symbioticelements（associated elements） are precipitated in accordance with the geochemical activity. Forming a sub-band sequence consisting of a bottom-up halo element combination→Combination of near-mineral elements →a leading edge-halo elem-ent combination.
By using the DEA-TOBIT Model to analyze the financial anti-poverty efficiency in ethnic minority areas,this paper found that this efficiency showed a trend of slow growth--- at a low level nationwide. Differences existed in ethnic minority areas between the provinces in the financial anti- poverty efficiency--- the number of provinces with a higher efficiency being more than those of the inefficient ones. The factors of deepening finance, efficiency of financial intermediation and level of economic development produced insignificant effect on the efficiency of financial anti- poverty, while the fiscal expenditure was a significant factor. However, the dual economic structure suppressed the increase of the efficiency of financial anti-poverty. The dual economic structure in the model by stages always hindered the efficiency of anti- poverty, the remaining factors producing different effects in different periods,whereas the hierarchical model of the influencing factors had bigger differences.
Driven by technology and demand, Chinese economy is experiencing profound changes in pro-duction mode, sales channel, competition mechanism, and financial system. Information, technology and capital have become the core factors of production, and the intellectual, technology and capital elites are occupying a rising ratio of the social wealth. In the field of China's Internet economy, capital and technology are squeezing benefits of the grassroots, and the information gap and the knowledge gap are widening the social gap. How to achieve the greatest degree of social justice in the industrial change is becoming a test of the wisdom of the statesmen and managers. In the long run, China should strengthen the legal and in-stitutional development to effectively control the network economy—narrowing the wealth gap and resolve social conflicts—to offer Chinese experience to the world in addressing social justice.
The formation of Hu and Han community in China's medieval times is an important issue in the research of China's society in medieval times, which is specifically expressed by how to distinguish between Han from Hu peoples. For a long time, studies attach greater importance to the ethnic fusion and the forming process of a unified nation-state while little attention is given to the micro scenario of related issues. The concept "community" borrowed from historiography and ethnography is introduced in this paper to analyze the ethnic identity of the Hu people from Western Regions (mainly the migrant Sogdians) in China's multiethnic society.
To protect watershed resources and the environment and to promote the coordinated develop-ment of upstream and downstream regions, the compensation for the ecological beneficiaries has been widely practiced in various countries. In contrast, the compensation in international river basins is rare due to the existence of multiple barriers. It is still at the preliminary level regardless of its depth and breadth. To extend the compensation in international basins requires international legislations to establish the principle of ecological beneficiary compensation, strengthening organizations such as making corresponding changes in the form of the organization, membership and functions, and strengthening the cooperation among the concerned states to determine the rights and obligations of the parties by negotiation.
This paper examined the impact of the managerial overconfidence on the selection of private placement and on the company value by selecting as alternative indicators the managerial personal characteristics, the relative proportion of the top three executive pay and the deviation degree of yearly earning forecast to measure the managerial overconfidence on the basis of A category companies listed in Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges by private placement. The results showed that(1) a significant positive correlation exists between managerial overconfidence and the mode selection of private placement. The overconfidence tends to take the private placement as a way to reverse the acquisition of the group's assets in order to achieve the overall listing of the group. The overconfidence is one of the driving forces of the overall listing; and(2) a significant negative correlation exists between managerial overconfidence and the value of the company. The more overconfident the managers are, the worse the market performance after the overall listing will be. The assets reorganization is detrimental to the company's value.
Having analyzed the correlation between the corporate earnings management of pay motivation and the pay with the business performance, and eliminate the operating profit margin of discretionary accruals as business performance, this paper found that business performance and discretionary accruals are affected by business conditions in explaining the salaries of managers: when the operating conditions are good, the operating performance has more explanatory power for pay; when the operating conditions are poor, the discretionary accruals has more explanatory power. This research showed that the current"milestone" business performance assessment method induces a SOE manager income smoothing behavior, so that the correlation of surplus constituents with pay is affected by business conditions.
Heyueyinglingji is a poem anthology compiled in the Tang Dynasty.The extant Hanlinxueshiji,Zhuyingxueshiji,and Guoxiuji all include poems whose theme is about the frontier areas.On these grounds,it may be seen that the compilers accepted poems of this theme in the early period of the Tang Dynasty.24 poems of this theme by 9 poets are included by Yin Pan in Heyueyinglingji and Tao Han and Cui Hao are the highest valued poets followed by Gao Shi and Wang Changling.This proves how Yin Pan accepted these poems in the Tang Dynasty.In addition,7 poems by Cen Shen are in the anthology,but none are about the frontier theme.It is believed that it is that Cen Shen's poems on frontier themes were not valued by Yin Pan rather than that his poems were not spread wide enough.
In the case of a given destination location point, optimize the design parameters of crank rocker mechanism. Determine the reasonable objective function constraints, and boundary conditions based on the crank rocker mechanism model, and the establishment of a mathematical model of optimization design agency, the optimization program was compiled with ANSYS, optimization results obtained.The method of using ANSYS analysis for optimizing crank rocker mechanism being practical reference value is confirmed.
With thirty years of innovation and development of the national auditing, auditing has undergone great changes in its connotation and extension. To understand the foundational and safeguarding functions in national governance, national auditing should be redefined. This paper held that the national auditing is specialized in performing independent oversights of public accountability. Public accountability refers to the one resulting from relevant departments, units and individuals when they manage (or distribute and use) public funds, state-owned assets, state-owned resources and form other exercises of public authority. In the new historical stage, the national auditing should supervise the government to promote the implementation of good governance by playing its role of the immune system.
A graph is a Laplacian integral graph if the Laplacian spectrum consists of integers. In this paper, we find all the Laplacian integer tricyclic base-graphs H with c(H)≤6 where c(H) is the circumference of H. Next we show all the Laplacian integer tricyclic graphs of order n with at least one pendent. Moreover, we show that all the Laplacian integer tricyclic graphs of order n with at least one pendent are determined by their Laplacian spectra.
With K-H2 and CO2 mixture,a dye laser was tuned to 404 nm for excitation of K (5P) state. KH(X1Σ+, V 00=0-3) were formed by K(5P)+H2 reaction. OPO laser (pump laser) was used to excite KH from X1Σ+(V 00=0) to X1Σ+(V 00=14-21) states. A CW Ti-sapphire laser was used as a probe to further excite the (X1Σ+) states to the (A1Σ+) state. LIF of A1Σ+(V 0)→X1Σ+(V 00) transition was detected at right angles to the laser by a detector. Vibrational state total relaxation rate coefficients for KH(V 00=14-21) were measured by using an overtone pump-probe configuration and LIF spectrum. The rate coefficient is strongly dependent on vibrational quantum number.
Based on the Process Writing Method guided by the Theory of Relevance, this paper studied and compared the pre- and post- questionnaires and five batches of writing assignments of 40 students of the experimental class and 40 students of the control class from Kashgar Teachers college. The analysis showed that the average score of students' composition in the experimental class is better than that in the control class. This indicated that an integration of Relevance Theory and Process Approach can help students get the best writing information and hold a positive attitude toward writing. The teacher should therefore scientifically guide students in drafting, peer reviewing, modifying and evaluating before assigning the writing tasks in order to effectively improve the level of their Chinese writing.
Having investigated the characteristics and current psychological situation of the students majored in Mining in China University of Mining and Technology, this thesis analyzed the main factors which lead to psychological problems, such as the imbalance of sex ratio, gap of wealth, and profession fluctuations,and then put forward specifically the interventions: differentiated management, emphasis of subsidy and perfection of specialty inspection system, in the hope of providing references for related managements.
In this paper,we study the global stability of the equilibrium point for the cellular neural networks with pantograph delays under parameters uncertainties.By constructing a suitable Lyapunov functional,two new su?cient conditions are derived for the global asymptotic stability of the system.
Kumarajiva held that Buddha's flesh is extinguishable while the dharmakaya is inextinguishable.The dharmakaya permeates in all existence and expounds the texts of Buddhism. All Buddhas are transformations of the dharmakaya. Bodhisattva and Arahan also acquire it after enlightenment. The essence of the dharmakaya is svabhavata and dharmata the same as Nirvana.
The natural vibration characteristics of the dynamic ring in the extreme conditions and the high parameters will seriously affect the working performance and service life of the mechanical seal system. In this research, aimed at the study of the dynamic ring for the high parameter bellows mechanical seal system, the dynamic ring modal model was built up, and the first fifteen order natural vibration frequency, amplitude and vibration mode of the dynamic ring under the conditions of with and without heat-load was got by calculating, and its change trend was analyzed, the change rule of inherent vibration frequency for dynamic ring with the modal order number is obtained.

This paper introduces advantages and disadvantages of current dominant traditional permanent magnet direct drive and doubly-fed generator. And introduces recent emergence new wind turbines, high-voltage wind generators, hydraulic turbines, superconducting wind turbines, offshore wind power generator, etc., its principle and characteristics are introduced. Finally for the development of wind turbine generator in the future was prospected.
