To promote BLE in teaching and learning in the Institution, an action plan was crafted by the researcher. Revisiting and intricate revision is recommended for the viability of the said action plan for future academic endeavours.

The result revealed that the variable is able to influence satisfaction, with the total influence value from the largest to the smallest were relationship quality (39.77%), service quality (12.75%) and product quality (8.01%). And variables that influence trust are started by relationship quality (29.55%), service quality (17.78%) and product quality (12.39%), as well as the influence of meditation variables satisfaction and trust to loyalty commitment with score of 17.01% and 50.30%. Mathematics is one of the difficult subjects for senior high school in Indonesia. With an experimental design; the two different research treatments, was carried out in Senior High School (SMA) 3 Padang Sidempuan, South Tapanuli Regency of Indonesia. It compared the students' learning result in learning the functional composition between who obtained group and individual assignments in the second grade of Senior High School (SMA) 3 Padang Sidempuan academic years 2016-2017. The test scores that have obtained were analyzed the t-test statistic formula. With an ideal score of 15; the average class score of students in second grade of Senior High School, The experimental group got the average score = 10,14 with variance = 2.201, standard deviation = 1.483. In contrast, the control one was = 8.64 with variance = 3.201 and standard deviation = 1.789. It concludes that the group work make students average in Mathematics is better that that of individual one.
Human capital has become important because knowledge is a critical ingredient for gaining competitive advantages, particularly in the New Economy era.It has been described as becoming the preeminent resource for creating economic wealth. To date, several studies have been conducted to determine the relationship between human capital and company performance. The relationship between human capital and economic growth has been explored. However, past literature reveals that artificial intelligence techniques have not been utilized in understanding the effect of human capital on economic growth.Artificial intelligence techniques such as neural networks have been successfully applied to business and financial problems. To this end, the neural networks approach was used to determine the impact of human capital on the New Economy. This paper discusses the results of the exploratory study for predicting demand for human capital. Data from 1971 to 1996 was collected for this study. The variables used for the prediction were based on Canadian’s Human Capital Measurement as suggested by Laroche and Merrette (2000).The exploratory study indicated that neural network is a potential approach for predicting the GDP based on human capital. In conjunction with neural network approach, statistical methods were also used to explain the relationships between variables in the study.
