
After years of investigation and research,the germplasm resources and distribution of Camellia plants in Ji'an city were basically found out.Among the more than 200 species in 20 groups of 4 subgenus of Camellia,18 species in 8 groups of 3 subgenus have been found in the city so far.This paper mainly introduced the species,main morphological characteristics and distribution of Camellia plants in Ji'an city,Jiangxi province.
With the continuous improvement of the urban landscape,the garden chrysanthemum had been increasingly used in the flower borders and planters for festival celebrations,because of its round plant type,high flower density,color variety,long flowering period,strong stress resistance.The cultivation and management techniques of cutting propagation,water and fertilizer management,flowering regulation,pest control were introduced,so as to provide reference for the landscape effect of garden chrysanthemum in target flowering period.

Scallions and soybeans are major economic crops in China and are widely planted.Promoting the cultivation mode of intercropping scallions with soybeans has strong practical significance.In order to innovate new technology agriculture,a comparative experiment was conducted in Tonghua area on soybean intercropping with scallions for simultaneous sowing and staggered sowing,aiming to lay the foundation for the promotion of soybean intercropping with scallions technology in the local area.

Altay prefecture is located in the northwest border of China.Due to the influence of climate and environment,the types of fruit trees suitable for planting are very limited.Black currant belongs to the small berry category,which is rich in nutrients and can be eaten fresh or processed.Currently,the planting area of black currant in Altay prefecture is over 1 700 hm2,which has effectively promoted the local farmers and herdsmen to increase their income and wealth.Through the introduction of measures to improve the quality and efficiency of black currant,more forest farmers and enterprises can master the technical methods of improving the quality and efficiency of black currant,so as to continuously improve the output of black currant,and promote the rapid and healthy development of the black currant industry in Altay prefecture.
[Objective]The aim was to study the in vitro rapid propagation technology of Hosta plantaginea'Tickle Me Pink'.[Method]The leaves of H.plantaginea'Tickle Me Pink'were used as the explants to study the effects of different sterilization methods,different kinds and concentrations of plant growth regulators on callus induction,callus proliferation,and plant regeneration.[Result]The optimal disinfection method for explants was to disinfect with 0.5%sodium dichloroisocyanurate solution for 15 minutes,the optimal culture medium for callus induction was MS+1.0 mg/L TDZ+1.0 mg/L 2,4-D,the optimal culture medium for callus proliferation was MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.5 mg/L NAA,the optimal culture medium for bud proliferation was MS+1.0 mg/L TDZ+1.0 mg/L 2,4-D,and the optimal culture medium for rooting was 1/2 MS+0.1 mg/L NAA.[Conclusion]This study can not only enrich the resources of H.plantaginea in northern Anhui and meet the market demand,but also provide practical basis and theoretical guidance for tissue culture of H.plantaginea,laying a foundation for screening excellent clones.
The current situation of potato breeding,variety application and industrial development in Longyan city were summarized.The bottleneck problems in the innovation and industrial development of the potato seed industry were analyzes.The problems of limited potato germplasm resources,weak germplasm innovation,difficulty in seed potato breeding,and single industrial structure were pointed out,and some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to provide reference for the healthy development of the local potato industry in the future.
In order to promote the healthy development of the wheat industry in the lime concretion black soil area of the Huanghuai plain,and to understand the high-yield and adaptability of different wheat varieties in this ecological area,a screening experiment was conducted in 2021 on 12 wheat varieties.Three varieties of Zhoumai 36,Bainong 207 and Zhengmai 136,were selected for promotion in the lime concretion black soil area of the Huanghuai plain,and supporting cultivation techniques were studied,to provide scientific basis for the renewal and replacement of wheat varieties in the lime concretion black soil area of the Huanghuai plain in the future.
[Objective]To explore the effect of nitrogen on the growth and development of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica seedlings.[Method]Using a completely randomized design,used high-purity NH4NO3 as the experimental nitrogen fertilizer.The addition levels were 0 g/m2·a-1(CK),20 g/m2·a-1(N1),40 g/m2·a-1(N2),80 g/m2·a-1(N3),altogether four nitrogen addition treatment groups with different concentrations,and the soil nutrient content(organic matter,available nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium,etc.)of P.sylvestris var.mongolica seedlings were compared and analyzed.The effects of soil enzyme activity indexes(alkaline phosphatase,catalase,urease,sucrase),soil net nitrogen conversion and N2O emission rate were analyzed.[Result]The N2 treatment group had a significant effect on soil nutrient content and soil enzyme activity in the rhizosphere of P.sylvestris var.mongolica seedlings.The N3 treatment group had the strongest effect on soil net nitrogen conversion and N2O emission rate,followed by the N2 treatment group.[Conclusion]Considering the actual material cost and labor cost of production,this study concluded that the addition of NH4NO3 at 40 g/m2·a-1 was a more suitable concentration for the cultivation of P.sylvestris var.mongolica seedlings.This research can contribute to the development of afforestation technology and practice in Hulunbuir Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica forest,and provide a theoretical basis for the nursery cultivation of P.sylvestris var.mongolica seedlings,guiding the fertilization habits of forest land and the artificial tending of P.sylvestris var.mongolica forest,which can effectively solve the problems of low quantity and poor quality of P.sylvestris var.mongolica seedlings and accelerate the cultivation speed of P.sylvestris var.mongolica plantations.
[Objective]The aim was to find out the optimum concentration of green plant growth regulator GGR6 in the application of Chinese fir seedling cultivation.[Method]GGR6 was used to soak Chinese fir seeds,and the effects of three different concentrations on the germination rate of Chinese fir seeds and the growth of Chinese fir seedlings were studied.[Result]GGR6 20 mg/L concentration soaking treatment had better effect on improving seed germination rate,which could increase seed germination rate by 2.9 percentage points.Seed soaking treatment with 30 mg/L concentration had better effect on promoting seedling growth.Compared with the control,seedling height increased by 3.8%and ground diameter increased by 15.8%.[Conclusion]The use of green plant growth regulator GGR6 can improve the seed germination rate and seedling survival rate of Chinese fir,and promote the growth of seedlings.The concentration of 30 mg/L is better for Chinese fir seedling.

[Objective]In order to improve the survival rate of Phyllostachys edulis afforestation and accelerate the rate of forestation.[Method]Double-planting bamboo transplanting experiment was conducted in newly planted P.edulis forests from 2015 to 2019.[Result]The survival rate of bamboo plantation using the double-planting method was up to 100%,and the cost of afforestation and cultivation was 1 080 yuan/hm2 lower than that of the single-planting method.[Conclusion]The adoption of double-planting bamboo afforestation has a significant role in promoting the rapid establishment and maturity of newly planted P.edulis forests,and can be widely applied in production.
Zhaoqing city was one of the important peanut production areas in Guangdong province.Zhaoqing city had improved the industrialization level of local peanut through the linkage between governments and enterprises at all levels,and achieved certain results.However,the current development level of Zhaoqing peanut industry still had some problems,such as small planting scale,low seed industry level,low production mechanization degree and insufficient processing capacity.Present situation and problems of peanut production were analyzed in Zhaoqing,and suggestions were put forward for the development of peanut industry.
Polygonatum sibiricum,as a versatile plant,contains various ingredients beneficial to human health,and can be used to make food,medicine,health care products,etc.,with very high planting value.Based on the basic overview of P.sibiricum,combined with relevant learning and research experience,the value characteristics of P.sibiricum were analyzed,and its under-forest planting techniques were briefly discussed,aiming to further enhance its planting effect and promote the deepening development of P.sibiricum planting.
Dictamnus dasycarpus suffered from many cultivation problems,such as single cultivation mode available,continuous cropping obstacles,frequent occurrence of diseases,pests and weeds,and quality reduction.Based on the theory and technology in ecological cultivation of Chinese medicinal materials and the ecological planting modes suitable for D.dasycarpus,the ecological planting modes include the ecological cultivation mode in forest,bionic wild simulated cultivation mode,intercropping mode,rotation mode,and ecological landscape mode were proposed.It would provide reference for the green sustainable development of D.dasycarpus cultivation and the protection and rational development of D.dasycarpus resources.
