Based on Learning Characteristics of students in private colleges and universities,breaking the traditional teaching mode in order to enhance students' interest in courses,actively involved in teaching,better access to knowledge for the purpose of the content,closely followed by the pace of economic development,highlighting the theory with practice,the international trade theory and practice courses are divided into three parts,namely,the theory of international trade,international trade policy and international trade practices.According to the characteristics of each part of the teaching content,the different teaching methods are used to effectively complete the teaching objectives and improve the quality of the classroom teaching.

In order to promote the development of Bupleurum tenue Buch.-Ham.ex D.Don natural resources, this paper expounded its effective components and investigated the chemical constituents.Eight compounds were isolated from the Bupleurum tenue and their structures were identified as kaerophyllin (1),isokaerophyllin(2),coffee acid ethyl ester(3),saikosaponin F(4),quercetin(5),kaempferol 3- O- glucose(6),rutin(7) and-sitosterol(8) by the chromatographic and spectroscopic methods.The Compounds(1),(2),(3),(4),(6)and(8)were isolated from the Bupleurum tenue for the first time.
The survey,research and exploitation of Impatiens germplasm resources were introduced in this paper.It was revealed that the germplasm resources of Impatiens were very rich in our county,but the investigation,exploitation and utilization of Impatiens were in primary stage.It was worth paying more attention on Impatiens.
This paper studied empirically the situation of TNCs' RD investment to the western's economic development by using the method of influencing mechanism analysis,unit root test,Granger causality test and ECM based on the data from 1992-2011.The results showed that there was a long-run stationary relationship and Granger causality test between TNCs' RD investment and the western's economic development;TNCs' RD investment in Guizhou stimulated the growth of Guizhou economy,and the growth of Guizhou economy also drove the TNCs' RD investment.Finally,this paper gave corresponding suggestions based on the research conclusion.

The key photoperiod pathway genes CONSTANS-like(CO or COD were isolated and its expression was studied from Cymbidium sinense ' Qi Jian Bai Mo',Cymbidium ensifolium 'Jin Si Ma Wei' and Cymbidium goeringii.The three genes contain two exons and one intron,encode 327 or 328 amino acids(AAs),belong to the CO-like protein families,and share high identity with CO of other plants such as Phalaenopsis.Under short or long day conditions,it was showed that the transcripts of the three genes have the rhythmic expression patterns in each 24 h-period.
The effects of ascorbic acid amount,H_2O_2 amount,solution pH value,reaction time and reaction temperature have been investigated(using H_2O_2-ascorbic acid system to treat methylene blue solution). The results show that,in this experiment,the optimum conditions are as follows:temperature is 50℃,ascorbic acid is 0.9 g,30%H_2O_2 is 1.2 mL,pH value is 2～4 and the processing time is 40 min.
In this paper,through the analysis of the errors of inertial navigation system,error correction compensation models were built in accelerometer and gyroscope,and then a dynamic neural network was built to realize the navigation system with error correction compensation by using the neural network and error back transfer,strong nonlinear processing ability,and correction and compensation to accumulated error of INS to realize the correction of the vehicle space coordinates.
This thesis selects the official systems in the history of Cold-food Qingming Festival-as the subjects of the research.Through investigating the official systems and folk customs of the contemporary society,the thesis analyzes the role of the official systems in the rise and fall of the festival.After compared the rise and fall of Cold-food Qingming Festival,we can come to the conclusion that the traditional festival rises and falls,to a large extent,owing to intervene of the official.Thus it is enlightening on the reconstruction and revival of the traditional festivals of China.

An Agrobacterium mediated transformation system was used to evaluate some factors influencing transformation with the strain LBA4404 in broccoli varity Lv Xiu(using transient and stable transformation assays).These included the precultivation time,the bacterial density,the inoculation duration time with Agrobacterium tume faciens,the concentration of acetosyringone,the delay selection and the concentration of kanamycin in selection.Using cotyledons with 1mm petioles as explants,the best transformation parameters were:OD600 0.3 of bacterial density,five minute infection with Agrobacterium tume faciens,100μmol/L acetosyringone in the cocultivation medium.Stable integration of the transgenes in the plant genome was demonstrated by PCR and Southern hybrization analysis.Expression of the transgenes was confirmed by GUS staining.
