
According to the low-complexity of R22SDF algorithm, a compatible FFT algorithm is proposed. It can be used to all the 2n point FFT. The method uses pipeline architecture to meet the need in real-time data processing.

This paper introduces the design of an real-time MPEG-2 transport system over Ethernet. This system is composed of hardware MPEG-2 encoder/decoder and embedded system card based on ARM processor. The former is for real-time compression of AV, and the latter is for IP packing and unpacking. The paper analyses the impact of IP network transmission to the video/audio of MPEG-2 decoder, and provides some measurement methods for the system.
The European MHP standard is first simply introduced. And some improvements in HTML are given here. Based on these improvements, this article designs and completes a whole system, including head end and receiver. Finally, the prospect of this application is indicated.
A cyclic restoration algorithm is proposed, firstly estimating the channel impulse response (CIR) with PN-based turbo correlation detection in time domain and then using the equalization techniques to reconstruct the conventional cyclic prefixed OFDM (CP-OFDM) based on this algorithm. Simulation shows that this method can provide satisfactory performance under various multipath channel conditions in TDS-OFDM.

In foggy, cloudy and rainy weather; for the purpose of radiometric imaging; Passive MilliMeter Wave Imaging System (PMMWIS) was installed with a radiometric receiver operating at a frequency of 96 GHz which is one of the specific frequency windows for passive detection. After the installation of this system, while working, there were contractions in the motor part of the 2-axis positioner with which the parabolic reflector antenna of the PMMWIS. These contractions were mainly during upward system calibration or during normal scan of the system. Therefore, it had become necessary to make balance weights for more convenient operation. In this study; the equilibrium weights were integrated in order to synchronize the moment to the opposite direction of the parabolic reflector antenna. According to the weight and height of the parabolic reflector antenna to be mounted on the system, four different balance weights could be used. The sounds from the gears in the engine of the 2-axis positioner, indicating that the motor was contracted for every degree to be scanned (it could be 0.1° to the resolution) was indicative of the deterioration of the gears in the 2-axis positioner. Consequently; the balance weights were produced and integrated into the system. As a result; the torque of the antenna was achieved and the 2-axis positioner was able to scan the view by means of PMMWIS without any contraction in the azimuth and elevation axes.
This paper introduces the design and realization of digital television terminal in car based on Tsinghua University′s transmission protocol Terrestrial Digital Multimedia-Television Broadcasting (DMB-T) and Fujitsu′s MPEG-2 decoder. It proposes some methods for solving serious EMI in automotive application and what the users need about easy operation and high quality of audio and video. Actual tests show that this terminal has good performance in receiving broadcast signal and provides high quality audio and video output.

But it brings the big problem of that the expenses of the reconstructor for the network are costly. The N-VoD technology can order program without the network reconstructor, and this makes that the N-VoD technology is broadly applied in the CATV network. This paper, in the context of the N-VoD technology, concludes and analyses this technology's core knowledge - VoD broadcast protocols, and makes the model of the Pagoda Broadcasting protocol.
Based on the standard of MPEG-2,the cause of PCR jitter and PCR correction method in Digital Television Transmission System are analyzed. The hardware implementation of PCR correction scheme in Digital Television Transmission System based on DMB-T is realized. Finally, the effect of PCR correction is given through analyzing the data collected in practical system.

A high rate base-band all-digital receiver based on TDA8044 demodulation chip of Philip Semiconductors is designed and implemented. The highest serial data rate is 90 Mbps. Compared with the conventional analog receiver, it is not only smaller and more stable, but also has great improvement on bit error rate. The laboratory test results show that when it is used to demodulate the modulated QPSK signal without error correction code, it has 0.8 dB gain on bit error rate compared with analog receiver at 10-7, and the improvement is more distinct as the increase of the SNR.
Field measurements based on pseudo random sequence were carried out to model the channel for terrestrial digital TV broadcasting with a bandwidth of 8 MHz at UHF in several typical Chinese cities. Power delay profile(PDP) was obtained from the measured channel impulse response, and tapped delay line static channel models are developed from PDP.
For time domain synchronous-OFDM(TDS-OFDM) systems with a large number of sub-channels, this paper proposed constellation extension to reduce the PAPR of TDS-OFDM. Synchronously, because of increasing the power of guard intervals to make the average power of TDS-OFDM increase, TDS-OFDM system can achieve lower PAPR. And the simulation results are given.
The research background of near-lossless compression and 3 types of method are introduced in this paper. A near-lossless compression method for Bayer image is presented, which can be divided into low-pass filtering pre-processing, JPEG-LS lossless compression, decompression and reconstruction. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method will engender higher compression ratio for images of high recovery-quality compared to standard JPEG-LS algorithm, and it could be adjusted for PSNR in some specific range by changing the number of filtered rows.
In this paper, the authors discuss Software-Hardware Detachable Technology in STB on its key points: CA soft architecture and relationships of the application interfaces, and then propose a universal CA software architecture based on DVB-C. The architecture can make the development of the CA system and that of IRD independently, so we have solved the key issue in Software-Hardware Detachable Technology for STB successfully.
This paper analyses the new problems caused by the rapid development of digital television (DTV) and the corresponding solutions, and proposes a flexible and effective solution called System Dynamic Building (SDB) for Set Top Box (STB). Then the design and implementation of SDB are presented. After introducing two applications that are modularization download and multi-CAS supporting, we conclude that the SDB technique will strongly increase profit spaces for the related links of DTV industry chain and ensure the benefits of customers, So it is an all-win solution.

Based on the Characteristics of the channel coding scheme of DMB-T and the recently developed coding researches, i.e. the researches on soft-decision decoding(SDD) algorithms of RS codes, a new coding scheme for DMB-T is proposed, which employs the SDD algorithms of RS codes based on SPA algorithm. It is shown that a considerable coding gain is achieved with small adjustment to the existing scheme. Compared with other popular SDD algorithms, the SDD algorithm of RS codes proposed in the new scheme is more suitable for DMB-T system in some aspects.
