
[Objective]Calcium is involved in a variety of physiological metabolic processes in plants and regulates the growth and development of plants.Camptotheca acuminata has poor drought resistance.This study aimed to explore the potential of exogenous calcium in improving the drought resistance of Camptotheca acuminata.[Method]The effects of different concentrations of CaCl2 on the growth and physiology of seedlings under PEG treatment were analyzed by PEG 4000 simulated drought stress.[Result]The results showed that compared with the control(0%PEG),10%PEG caused obvious stress damage to seedlings,decreased survival rate and biomass,increased relative water deficit(RWD)of leaves,decreased net photosynthetic rate(Pn),water use efficiency(WUE),intercellular carbon dioxide concentration(Ci)and chlorophyll content,increased transpiration rate(Tr),stomatal conductance(Gs)and malondialdehyde(MDA)content,and decreased SOD and POD activities.Under the action of 2-6 mg·L-1 CaCl2,the seedlings of the control treatment showed the effect of low promotion and high inhibition.When the concentration of CaCl2 was 6 mg·L-1,the growth physiology of the seedlings was significantly inhibited,while the growth physiology of the seedlings treated with 10%PEG was significantly improved.The seedling survival rate,biomass increment,leaf RWD,Pn,Tr,WUE,Gs,Ci,chlorophyll content,SOD activity,POD activity,CAT activity and MDA content were used as evaluation indexes,and comprehensive evaluation was carried out by principal component analysis.The physiological performance of seedling growth under 4 treatments of 10%PEG +0-6 mg·L-1 CaCl2 was ranked as follows:10%PEG+4 mg·L-1 CaCl2>10%PEG+6 mg·L-1 CaCl2>10%PEG+2 mg·L-1 CaCl2>10%PEG+0 mg·L-1 CaCl2.[Conclusion]The results indicated that exogenous CaCl2 could significantly improve the drought resistance of Camptotheca acuminata seedlings.Under the treatment of 10%PEG 4000,the effect of 4 mg·L-1 CaCl2 was the best.
[Objective]The response of the radial growth of Picea koraiensis to climate change was studied by using the radial growth and climate factors of Picea koraiensis in Xiaoxing'an Mountains.[Method]The methods of the chronology characteristics of Picea koraiensis in Xiaoxing'an Mountains,ring index characteristics,and Pearson correlation test were used.[Result]The radial growth of Picea koraiensis was significantly negatively correlated with the temperature at the end of the previous year's growing season(September),the current year's growing season(June),and the end of the current year's growing season(September);The radial growth of Picea koraiensis was significantly positively correlated with the monthly minimum temperature in the winter(February)and the monthly average temperature in the early growing season(April)of the current year.Precipitation had little effect on the radial growth of Picea koraiensis.The correlation between the radial growth of Picea koraiensis and the temperature at the end of the growing season(September)of the previous year had changed from a significant positive correlation before the temperature rise to a significant negative correlation after the temperature rise;The correlation between the radial growth of Picea koraiensis and the precipitation at the end of the previous year's growing season(September)and the end of the current year's growing season(September)had changed from a negative correlation before the temperature rise to a significant positive correlation after the temperature rise.The relationship between the radial growth of Picea koraiensis and the precipitation before the growing season(March)changed from a positive correlation before the temperature rise to a significant negative correlation after the temperature rise.[Conclusion]Temperature was the main limiting factor for the radial growth of Picea koraiensis,the inhibitory effect of temperature increase on tree growth was strengthened.

[Objective]Seeds are important foundation and carrier for plant reproduction.The morphological characteristics and germination rules of Acer truncatum seeds were explored to reveal the morphological characteristics and variations of Acer truncatum seeds and the germination rules of seeds,which could provide scientific basis for cultivating high-quality Acer truncatum seedlings.[Method]Using the Acer truncatum seeds from seed production stands in the Songshushan Mountain,Inner Mongolia,the morphological characteristics(long diameter,wide diameter,longitudinal diameter,shape index,size index,1 000 grain weight,etc.)of seeds were accurately measured.The allometry growth relationship of seed morphological characteristics was also analyzed using the standardized major axis estimation method.The seed germination law was then observed by means of paper germination in petri dish.[Result]The average length diameter of Acer truncatum seeds was 10.20±0.76 mm,the wide diameter was 6.77±0.40 mm,the longitudinal diameter was 4.32±0.58 mm,the shape index was 1.51±0.12,the size index was 69.10±0.51,and the 1 000 grain weight was 154.02±4.50 g.The length diameter,width diameter,shape index,and size index all distributed normally.The variation coefficients of width diameter and longitudinal diameter were 6%and 13%,respectively;while the variation coefficients of other traits were lower than 10%.Significant allometry growth relationships were observed among the length,width and longitudinal diameter of seeds.Specifically,the relative growth rate of width and diameter decreased with the increasing length and diameter.The relative growth rate of longitudinal diameter increased with the increasing long diameter.As the width diameter increased,the relative growth rate of the longitudinal diameter increased,and the seed length played a relatively dominant role in the seed morphological characteristics.The seed germination rate of Acer truncatum was 90.75%±1.89%,the seed germination potential was 47.50%±4.80%,the germination index was 18.94±0.78,and the average germination time was 6.11±0.57 days.The peak period of seed germination was 3-11 days,and the seed germination rate reached 84.75%±0.96%at the end of the peak period.[Conclusion]The Acer truncatum seeds is shaped like an irregular flat ball.The smaller the seeds are,the rounder they are when viewed from a two-dimensional perspective.However,the larger the seeds are,the rounder they are when viewed from a three-dimensional perspective.The maximum variation in seed longitudinal diameter can be utilized in seed quality grading.Meanwhile,the germination process of Acer truncatum seeds can refer to 11 days,and the germination rate can reach 85%in actual production.The results can be used to guide production practice and promote the high-quality development of the sexual reproduction of Acer truncatum.
[Objective]To analyze the trap effect of Hyphantria cunea,so as to choose the best trap method and improve the control effect of Hyphantria cunea.[Method]Taking Hyphantria cunea as the main research object,three treatments were set,namely different plant volatiles,different band LED lamp and different trapping time,to analyze the effects of different treatments on the trapping effect of Hyphantria cunea.[Result]The 6-methyl-5-heptene-2-one and β-basil formulated in 7:3 ratio can improve the trapping effect of Hyphantria cunea,and the attracting rate can reach 28.32%;360-365 nm band LED lights can achieve better trapping effect,attracting moth rate can reach 61.97%;Trapping at 02:00-04:00 can achieve good trapping effect,and the rate of attracting moths can reach 28.13%.[Conclusion]During the period of 02:00-04:00,6-methyl-5-heptene-2-one and β-roletene prepared in accordance with the ratio of 7:3,combined with the use of 360-365 nm band LED lights,the trapping effect of Hyphantria cunea reached the best.
In recent years,Corylus heterophylla×Corylus avellana has been developing rapidly.The sloppy management of hazelnut gardens and the problems of different degrees of freezing damage to trees caused by extreme weather have been highlighted,resulting in the decline of the yield of Corylus heterophylla×Corylus avellana,which has had a greater impact on the income of hazelnut farmers.Therefore,through the classification of hazelnut frost damage types and the determination of the corresponding frost damage varieties,this study adopts different pruning and fertilisation methods,and at the same time supports the garden management measures,forming a set of relatively systematic frost damage management and prevention techniques for Corylus heterophylla×Corylus avellana.Classify hazelnut tree freezing damage into three types:mild frost damage,moderate frost damage and severe frost damage.The corresponding varieties can also be classified as'Dawei'(light frost damage),'Yuzhui'and'Ping'ou 21'(moderate frost damage),'Liaozhen No.3'and'Liaozhen No.7'(heavy frost damage).The three types of frost damage were pruned by pruning annual branches,cultivating a single-trunk happy shape,and cultivating a clustered tree shape,respectively.Frost damage to a high degree of non-cold-resistant varieties can be taken to replant or grafting to change the way of direct renewal of the best,cold-resistant varieties can be used in different types of frost damage pruning,frost-hit gardens to do precise fertilization and water replenishment according to need,according to the degree of frost damage to apply varying amounts of composite fertilizers and fertilizers,the appropriate increase in foliar fertilizers,while combining with the removal of grasses and sprouts,pest control,frost prevention and other management measures,to achieve the enhancement of the tree strength,improve the yield of the purpose.The adoption of the above technology can provide reference and guidance for the problems existing in the management process of frost-damaged hazelnut orchards,with a view to reducing losses and increasing economic benefits for the majority of hazelnut farmers in the process of hazelnut orchard management.
[Objective]Regional species diversity monitoring and analysis is an important basis for the designation of conservation and management strategies.This paper aims to understand the diversity of bird and mammal species and the spatial distribution of populations in Huzhong National Nature Reserve,in order to provide a scientific basis for the biodiversity cataloguing in the Great Xing'an Mountains and the effective formulation of conservation and management strategies in Huzhong National Nature Reserve.[Method]Based on the camera-trapping monitoring data of Heilongjiang Huzhong National Nature Reserve for three consecutive years from July 2018 to November 2020,the relative abundance index(RAI)was used to analyze the species diversity of mammals and birds.[Result]The results showed that 9 species from 3 orders and 7 families of mammals and 3 species from 3 orders and 3 families of birds were recorded.Among them,5 species were listed as first-class key protected wildlife,including Gulo gulo,Martes zibellina,Moschus moschiferus,Alces alces and Tetrao parvirostris.3 species were listed as second-class key protected wildlife,including Ursus arctos,Lynx lynx and Strix nebulosa.The top three wildlife species in terms of the number of valid independent photographs,site occupancy and RAI are Capreolus pygargus,Alces alces and Lynx lynx.[Conclusion]In the future,Huzhong Nature Reserve needs to scientifically plan the layout of wildlife monitoring,gradually improve the wildlife monitoring network and system,and build a broad platform for scientific research cooperation,in order to obtain more comprehensive biodiversity information.
[Objective]To analyze the specific performance of pine seedlings under different nitrogen additions,so as to determine the optimal amount of nitrogen additions,and then promote the growth of pine seedlings.[Method]Taking Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica seedlings in Tieling county,Liaoning province as the main research object,using random area group design,the control group was set without nitrogen,four kinds of nitrogen addition,namely 10 g·plant-1(T1),20 g·plant-1(T2),30 g·plant-1(T3)and 40 g·plant-1(T4),and the effects of different nitrogen additions on the growth and physiological characteristics of pine seedlings were analyzed.[Result]Compared with the control group,T1,T2,T3 and T4 treatments could increase the seedling height,new shoot,ground stem and taproot length of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica seedlings,among which T3 treatment had the largest seedling height,new shoot,ground stem and taproot length.Compared with the control group,T1,T2,T3 and T4 treatments could increase aboveground fresh weight,underground fresh weight,aboveground dry weight,underground dry weight,root-shoot ratio and seedling quality index.[Conclusion]The nitrogen addition of 30 g·plant-1 is the most appropriate,which can significantly promote the growth of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica seedlings.
[Objective]The diversity and community structure of understory were analyzed under different forest management measures,and the appropriate forest management measures were determined to solve the contradiction between forest management and ecological protection.[Method]Taking the experimental forest farm in Xifeng county,Liaoning province as the research object,three forest management measures were set up,namely,cutting and tending,cutting and planting under the forest,and the effects of different forest management measures on the diversity and community structure of the local understory were analyzed.[Result]Compared with the control group,the three forest management measures all reduced the coverage and richness index of the shrub layer.The coverage and richness index of shrub layer under the three forest management measures were lower than that of the control group,and the coverage and richness index of shrub layer in the planting sample were the lowest.The biomass under different forest management measures was ranked as follows:planting plot<cutting plot<matching plot<cutting irrigation plot.[Conclusion]Cutting and tending,logging,and understory planting have varying degrees of impact on understory diversity and community structure,with understory planting having the greatest impact on understory diversity and community structure.
[Objective]To comprehensively understand the cultural service value of urban green space ecosystem in Tianjin,and to discuss its influencing factors and improving strategies and approaches.[Method]Taking the urban green space ecosystem of Tianjin as the research object,the urban green space was divided into the main urban area,the suburban area and the remote suburban area,and the contingent value method was used to investigate the payment intention of the cultural service value of the urban green space ecosystem.The value of ecosystem cultural services is calculated,and the factors affecting the willingness to pay are analyzed by using ordered logistic Steele's regression model.[Result]The willingness rate to pay for cultural services of urban green space ecosystem in Tianjin reached 70.57%,and the average payment amount was 59.59 yuan per year.The total cultural service value of urban green space ecosystem is 940 million yuan,of which 342 million yuan is in the main urban area,408 million yuan is in the suburban area,and 190 million yuan is in the remote suburban area.The cultural service value density of urban green space ecosystem in Tianjin was 790 yuan·hm-2,of which 19 783 yuan·hm-2 was found in the main urban area,983 yuan·hm-2 in the suburban area and 249 yuan·hm-2 in the remote suburban area.In the cultural service value of urban green space ecosystem in Tianjin,the highest proportion is leisure and entertainment value,which reaches 498 million yuan,followed by landscape beauty value,educational and scientific research value,cultural heritage and cultural diversity function,spiritual and religious function,and inspiration function.Annual income level,frequency of going to green space,educational background and age significantly affect the cultural service value of urban green space ecosystem.[Conclusion]strengthening the publicity of the cultural service,promoting residents'understanding of ecological culture and enabling residents to enter urban green space help to improve the cultural ecosystem services values of urban green.
[Objective]In order to reveal the response of soil physical and chemical properties under the Nitraria tangutorum shrub sandpile to long-term water addition,the soil physical and chemical properties under the Nitraria tangutorum shrub sandpile with different water addition treatments in Ulan Buh desert were analyzed.[Method]In the second experimental site of Experimental Center of Desert Forestry,Chinese Academy of Forestry,the soil under the Nitraria tangutorum shrub was studied with natural rainfall as the control,and four water addition gradients(25%,50%,75%and 100%water addition)were set;the physical properties and soil nutrient contents under the shrub were measured.[Result]①There was no distribution of clay particles in all soil layers under the water addition treatment,except for the control group where the soil layer depth was 70-90 cm.The sand content in the soil was significantly increased by 15.06%and 14.59%(P<0.05)in the 50%and 100%water addition treatments,respectively,compared with the control group at the soil depth of 50-70 cm.②Soil conductivity values were greater in all treatment groups than the control at soil depth of 0-2 cm,with a significant increase of 59%(P<0.05)in conductivity under the 75%water addition treatment compared to the control.③Soil quick-acting phosphorus content of each water augmentation treatment was higher than the control group when the soil depth was 0-70 cm;the organic matter content in the soil was 75%water addition treatment>100%water addition treatment>50%water addition treatment>25%water addition treatment when the soil depth was 0-2 cm.[Conclusion]The results showed that long-term water addition had a certain degree of effect on soil particle size,electrical conductivity,and soil N,P,and K contents under Nitraria tangutorum shrub,but it did not have a significant effect on soil pH value.The results can provide a theoretical basis for predicting the changes of soil physical and chemical properties under the Nitraria tangutorum shrub in Ulan Buh desert under the environment of future precipitation change.
[Objective]Analyze the effect of soil moisture content on the growth traits of hybrid hazelnut,and explore the suitable soil moisture environment for the seedling growth of hybrid hazelnut.[Method]The one-year-old"Davy"hybrid hazelnut cuttings were used as the research object.Water regulation was applied to the seedlings at 55%,65%,and 75%of the saturated soil moisture content.[Result]There were significant differences in the number of branches,growth of new branches,and biomass of each organ of the hybrid hazelnut under different treatments.The seedlings treated with 55%soil saturated water content had the highest average number of branches,which was 66.67%higher than the seedlings treated with 75%soil saturated water content.The seedlings treated with 65%saturated soil moisture had the highest growth rate of new branches,which was 29.86%and 64.38%higher than those treated with 75%and 55%saturated soil moisture,respectively.In terms of biomass,the treatment with 65%saturated soil moisture content showed total biomass higher than the treatment with the smallest biomass(55%saturated soil moisture content),reaching 195.69%.[Conclusion]A comprehensive comparison of the growth characteristics of hybrid hazelnut under different treatments showed that the growth performance of hybrid hazelnut seedlings under 65%soil saturated water content treatment was the best.
[Objective]This paper aims to further screening of new hybrid Hippophae rhamnoides varieties with good characters.[Method]Using Hippophae rhamnoides subsp.mongolica as the female parent and Hippophae rhamnoides subsp.sinensis as the male parent,a total of 9 excellent single plants were selected and bred.The ecological adaptability was discussed and evaluated by measuring the growth index of the excellent hybrid plants after 1 a and 2 a planting.[Result]The results showed that,the preservation rates of the 9 hybrid individual trees were all above 60%,the number of spines was 1-3,average plant height ranged from 137.80 cm to 223.90 cm,the average crown width ranges from 86.40 cm to 155.60 cm,the ground diameter fluctuates in the range of 20 mm to 40 mm,the number of primary branches was more than 20 after 2 years of colonization.Correlation analysis showed that plant height,ground diameter and crown width were closely related,and the three affected and promoted each other.[Conclusion]The comprehensive evaluation showed that the ecological adaptability of the 9 hybrid Hippophae rhamnoides clones in arid and semi-arid environment was moderate or even good,and all of them achieved the optimal effect.With the increase of planting years,the ecological adaptability of the 9 individual plants became stronger and stronger.
Based on the perspective of ecological civilization,this study constructed an index system for measuring and evaluating the ecological civilization of key state-owned forest areas in Heilongjiang province.The basic role of forest ecological vitality and quality,social development and coordination degree in the ecological civilization in the region was detected through the spatio-temporal measurement model established for the ecological civilization index.The results showed that from 2002 to 2016,the forest ecological vitality and quality of key state-owned forest areas in Heilongjiang province increased steadily,the degree of social development and coordination improved steadily,and the forest ecological function gradually emerged.It plays an important role in protecting species diversity,conserving water,conserving soil,fixing carbon and releasing oxygen,increasing the accumulation of nutrients in trees,and purifying atmospheric environment.It provides theoretical support for the long-term planning and sustainable development of ecological functional areas in key state-owned forest areas of Heilongjiang province,and provides theoretical basis for the protection and construction of ecological functional areas in Northeast China.
[Objective]Jiulong mountain in Beijing is not only an important natural biological germplasm resource conservation repository in the warm temperate zone of China,but also a priority area for biodiversity conservation in China.However,no investigations have been conducted so far,and there is a lack of a comprehensive list of mammals and birds.In order to understand the diversity of mammals and birds in Jiulong Mountain,Beijing and its adjacent waters,this study conducted a survey of mammal and bird species in the region from July 2018 to March 2023.[Method]Comprehensive surveys have been done to evaluate diversity of mammals and birds by using fixed line transects primarily and secondarily using infrared camera surveys.A total of 10 survey lines were set up inside and outside forest zone in Jiulong mountain,Beijing and its adjacent waters,covering a wide range of diverse habitats at different altitudes.[Result]There are 152 species of wild animals(belonging to 23 orders and 50 families),including 10 species of mammals(belonging to 6 orders and 7 families)and 142 species of birds(belonging to 17 orders and 43 families).Three species are listed as Class I national protected animals including Ciconia nigra,Falco cherrug and Emberiza aureola,while 19 species are listed as Class II national protected animals,including 2 species of the order Anseriformes,9 species of the order Accipitriformes,4 species of the order Falconiformes,and 4 species of the order Passeriformes.51 species are list in Beijing key protected wild animals,including 6 species of mammals and 45 species of birds.In addition,a total of 5 Chinese endemic birds were recorded in Jiulong mountain,Beijing.According to the analysis of faunal composition,only Sus scrofa is a widely distributed species of mammals in this region,while the other 9 species are all Palearctic species.The birds in this survey area are dominated by Palaearctic species(81 species recorded,accounting for 57.04%of the total bird species),with almost no difference in the number of Oriental and widespread species.Based on the analysis of bird residence types,the survey area has the largest number of passage migrant(49 recorded species,accounting for 39.52%),and the smallest number of winter visitor(12 recorded species,accounting for 8.45%).There is no significant difference in the number of summer visitor and resident birds.[Conclusion]The results indicate that the species diversity of mammals and birds in Jiulong mountain,Beijing and its adjacent waters is high,along with high proportions of key protected,endangered and endemic animals.In the future,it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring and assessment of wildlife population dynamics,which can provide scientific basis for the formulation of biodiversity conservation and management plans in this area and even Mentougou district.
The phenomenon of premature decay and even death occurred in the Hippophae artificial forest seriously restricted the play of its ecological and economic value in China,which has attracted extensive attention of related scholars.In this paper,the distribution of existing Hippophae resources in China was reviewed,and the recent research progress in the regeneration pattern,stress resistance and altitude adaptability of Hippophae plants in China was reviewed,so as to clarify the ecological adaptability of Hippophae plants in China,and three research directions for Hippophae plants in China were proposed:(1)Protect the existing wild Hippophae resources and establish a perfect germplasm resource conservation bank;(2)Strengthen the related research of the hidden factors causing decay;(3)The factors of ecotype should be considered,and provenance selection and superior plant breeding should be combined.The above research provides reference for fully protecting and utilizing the existing natural resources of Hippophae,rationally carrying out genetic improvement and breeding new varieties with high quality,high yield and function.
[目的]目前,针对宁夏荒漠草原上灌木群落多样性及空间分布格局的研究较少,通过探究宁夏荒漠草原固定沙地不同坡位下典型植被油蒿群落多样性和空间分布,为宁夏荒漠化防治与草地植被修复提供科学依据.[方法]以宁夏盐池县荒漠草原上坡位(L1)、中坡位(L2)、下坡位(L3)等3个不同坡位下的油蒿群落为研究对象,运用丰富度指数、物种多样性指数、均匀度及优势度指数对不同坡位油蒿群落植物多样性进行比较,采用点格局分析中O-ring函数,分析不同坡位下油蒿种群的数量特征和分布类型.[结果]不同坡位下油蒿物种多样性逐渐降低,L1(25 种)>L2(15 种)>L3(14 种),随着坡位的下降,Patrick指数、Shannon-Wiener指数、Simpson 指数与Pielou 指数呈现出逐渐降低的趋势.不同坡位下油蒿种群在0~1 m尺度范围,为均匀分布;在1~10 m尺度范围,为随机分布.[结论](1)该地区植物主要由多年生草本和灌木组成,不同坡位显著影响油蒿群落植物多样性.(2)不同坡位下油蒿种群的分布类型基本相同,但其群落优势种有所差别.随着坡位由高到低,植物物种数大小顺序为:L1>L2>L3.(3)不同坡位下油蒿种群数量特征差异显著,在 0~20 m的空间尺度上,在小尺度范围内均呈均匀分布,随着空间尺度的增大,逐渐呈随机分布.
[目的]研究白榆幼苗培育及造林技术,提高白榆幼苗在种植过程中的存活率,从而确保种植项目的成功.[方法]在幼苗培育阶段进行白榆采种、浸泡催芽并选择适宜的苗圃.在造林过程中着重改善播种土壤土质,进行作床处理,然后进行白榆幼苗的播种,最后进行灌溉排水以及播种后的管理.[结果]在最后的苗木成活率中,用氮肥施肥的白榆幼苗平均成活率为 82.15%,用磷肥施肥的白榆幼苗的成活率为 55.36%,用尿素施肥的白榆幼苗的成活率为 35.12%,氮肥施肥的白榆幼苗成活率明显较高.[结论]在白榆幼苗的培育及造林过程中,应该积极进行苗木的施肥管理,以此提高白榆造林的质量.
黑龙江干流堤防工程建设是在现有防洪工程的基础上,针对 2013 年洪涝灾害暴露出的防洪突出问题,依据防洪要求,全面谋划黑龙江干流防洪工程体系,对黑龙江干流堤防工程进行高标准达标建设,加固、新建和重建护坡、护岸等工程,该工程需要临时占用林地取土,本文从临时占用林地对生态环境和林业发展的影响最小化进行了分析,为实现林业可持续健康发展提供参考.
我国正在建设以国家公园为主体的自然保护地体系,实行"最严格保护",对国家公园的建设具有重要意义.但在国家公园理论研究中,缺少"最严格保护"制度的研究.在国家公园建设过程中,对其认识并不充分.本文通过大量的文献资料研究,对"最严格保护"要求提出的必要性以及提出背景进行整理,分别从"最严格保护"要求下的准入制度、规划制度、管理制度、游憩教育制度以及最严格保护要求下的法律保障制度五个方面解读其内涵,以期加快完善相应的制度构建,为我国环境生态建设提供助力.
