
According to the requirements of judicial reform, the lawyer on duty is becoming more and more important as an important auxiliary measure of leniency on admission of guilty and acceptance of punishment. However, if we want to give full play to the actual role of the lawyer on duty for leniency on admission of guilty and acceptance of punishment, we should conduct theoretical and practical research on the lawyer on duty’s role function and conditional constraints. In the current judicial environment of our country, if we want to improve the lawyer on duty, we should properly consider the human nature, objectively determine the function of the lawyer on duty, and treat the constraints reasonably. At the same time, the remuneration of the lawyer on duty should be adjusted, the system of the lawyer on duty as a defender should be established and improved, and the system of invalid defense should be established to promote the better connection between the lawyer on duty and judicial system.
The ore bodies of Mogou Au deposit in the Xiong'er Mountains,western Henan Province, are controlled by the NE faults and hosted in volcanic rocks of the Xiong'er Group.On the basis of the geological characteristics,fluid inclusions and H-O-S stable isotope data,the metal and fluid sources, and ore-forming genesis of the Mogou Au deposit are studied. The hydrothermal activities of mineralization can be divided into three stages:quartz-pyrite stage,quartz-polymetallic sulfide stage and quartz-carbonate vein stage.There are three types of fluid inclusions in the auriferous quartz veins, including the pure carbonic type, CO2-H2O type and H2O-NaCl type inclusions. Homogenization temperature values obtained from the inclusions range from 210℃ to 310℃, corresponding to salinity values of fluid inclusions of 3%~12%,and the ore-forming depth is less than 9 km.TheδDV-SMOWvalues range from -107‰ to -88‰,corresponding toδ18OH2Ovalues of-1. 7‰~4. 3‰,andδ34SCDTvalues range from -0. 98‰to 5. 62‰.H-O isotope results indicate that the ore-forming fluids are derived from metamorphic fluid,with minor meteoric water during the late stage,and S isotope data show that the ore-forming material is originated from metamorphic crystalline basement.Geological and fluid features and stable isotope results suggest that the Mogou Au deposit is an orogenic type gold deposit.
As one of the major oil and gas basins in China,the Sichuan Basin is characterized by compressive geomorphic and tectonic basin dominated by contracted structures. However,the sedimentary cover across the basin underwent extensional tectonic movement(taphrogenesis),andformed extensional structures,such as Kaijiang-Liangping and Mianyang-Changning intracratonic sags etc..The Kaijiang-Liangping sag occurred during late Permian to early Triassic,characterized by NW-SE striking deposits of deep-water carbonate facies.The discovery of Kaijiang-Liangping sag is based on the theory of the Emeishan taphrogenesis and the organic reefs exploration in the basin.The Mianyang-Changning sag occurred during early Cambrian period,dominated with N-S striking deposits of abundant Lower Cambrian clastic rocks.The discovery of the early Cambrian intracratonic sag is based on the theory of the Xinkai taphrogenesis and the sedimentary-tectonic comprehensive study.The intracratonic sags have significant influence on the oil and gas occurrences along the margin of the sags in the interior of the Sichuan basin,chiefly through its influence on the distribution of high-quality carbonate reservoir rocks and mudstone source-rocks.In particular,the intracratonic sags provide favorable conditions for the formation of assemblage of high-quality carbonate reservoir rock and mudstone source-rock and raise the efficiency and scale of the hydrocarbon accumulations.Therefore,the margin areas of the intracratonic sags are the most favorable areas of the hydrocarbon accumulations in the marine strata of the Sichuan Basin.
Geothermal anomaly in the Tengchong volcanic-geothermal area of southwest China is studied by means of remote sensing technique with application of probability distribution theories to the identification of land surface temperature (LST)anomaly.The LST anomaly in the areas is delineated with the help of elevation information and the spatial distribution of geothermal anomaly is determined according to the combined information of LST anomaly, geologic structure, and hydrothermally altered rocks.A total of eight geothermal anomalies are recognized,in which three of them are identified by this study.Assessments show that the final results are rational in comparison with other geothermal fields,hot springs,and volcanoes documented in references.It suggests that the spatial distribution of geothermal anomaly in Tengchong area is controlled by geological structures,and related closely to remote sensing retrieval information of the surface high temperature anomalies and the surrounding alterated rocks.
The Neoproterozoic granitic gneiss is reported for the first time in Yichun based on the regional geological survey in the Zhulabila river and its adjacent areas at 1∶50 000 scale.Zircon U-Pb dating yields 206Pb/238 U concordant ages of~850 Ma and the weighted mean age of 850.2±2.1 Ma,which are defined by 23 grains.This age indicates that the emplacement time of the granitic gneisses is Neoproterozoic.Meanwhile,the dating also yields the age of 499 Ma that probably suggests the newly generated zircon reformed by the later tectonic event,representing the time of the later tectonothermal event.The age of 1518 Ma should be the age of the zircon captured during the Neoproterozic magmatic event,which suggests that an ancient massif exists in Yichun.The discovery of the Neoproterozoic granitic gneiss provides a new evidence for the tectonic and magmatic evolution in Yichun.
Qipan Formation formed in a high salinity on shore marine sedimentary environment with a warm to dry climate,and in poor oxygen to anaerobic environment favorable to the enrichment of organic matter.It considers that the trace elements and carbon-oxygen isotopes parameters are closely related to the sea-level changes.The Qipan Formation shows a regressive to transgressive process with four sub-cycles,and the variation of sea-level results in the frequent occurrence of interbeds of mudstone and bioclastic limestone in Qipan Formation.
A large number of secondary geological disasters occurred during the “8 · 3 ”Ludian earthquake of Yunnan Province.The disaster is resulted from the falling of soil strength duo to pre-drought and rainstorms.For assessment of secondary geological hazards,the effects of topography, geological conditions,earthquake and drought on debris flow development are analyzed,and the assessment indexes are established. A speedy quantitative assessment of hazards sensibility is exercised by using GIS spatial analysis technology.It indicates that the high probable,mid-probable, low probable geological disasters are 6865.84 km2 ,15102.72 km2 ,9896.06 km2 ,respectively,and the high probable geological disasters distribute along the Jinsha River and Niulanjiang River.In the future,high probability of the debris flow hazard development exists under the condition of extreme climate influence.
Sedimentary facies,paleoclimate and paleosalinity of late Triassic Carnian oolitic limestone in the lower part of Ma'antang Formation,northwest Sichuan Basin are studied based on former achievements,field investigation and sedimentary facies analysis.The Carnian limestone section is composed of three parts,occurred as composite oolite,concentric oolite,radial-concentric oolite and brain-like oolite from the bottom to top,and they are mainly deposited on carbonate ramps under the condition of decreased seawater energy and deep sea water.However,the coexistence of brain-like oolite and concentric oolite on the top of the limestone and the bimodal size distribution of concentric oolite reveal that the formation of oolites is affected storm during the deposition.According to the analysis ofδ18 O andδ13 C,the paleotemperature is 24 ~35℃ and the Z value is 127 ~131 during the deposition of oolitic limestone.It implies that the northwest Sichuan Basin was an area with high evaporation and low latitudes and characterized by hot dry climates in early Carnian of the late Triassic.Oolitic limestone in the area is of great importance in the analysis and reconstruction of paleogeography and paleotemperature.
The study of statistical analysis of reservoir physical property,thin sections,SEM and mercury injection experiment data of Shahezi Formation in Zhaozhou area reveals that the reservoir of Shahezi Formation of Lower Cretaceous is a tight sandstone one,with lithic feldspar sandstone and feldspathic lithic sandstone as main lithology,and with pore-type calcareous cement and clay as main fillings.The types of reservoir space are characterized by minor primary pores,abundant secondary pores,visible cracks and occasionally intergranular holes.Pore-throat structure is characterized by micropore and microthroat, which restrained the improvement of reservoir physical property. Measured reservoir physical property indicates that it is a typical super tight reservoir.Comparing gas bearing layer with dry layer through frequency distribution function method, the lower limits parameters of effective reservoir can be determined.It shows that the limit of its porosity is 3.5% and the limit of its permeability is 0.053 ×10 -3 μm2 .Distribution of effective reservoir is controlled by sedimentary environment, diagenesis and tectonic activity. Its main controlling factors can be summarized as follows:deposition is the main controlling factor;compaction is the dominant factor;cementation makes the reservoir more compact,corrosion increases the pores,and cracks improve the permeability.Compaction and cementation reduce reservoir physical properties and tectonic activity improves the permeability of reservoir by creating cracks.In the vertical,SQ3 occurs in the secondary porosity zone of the reservoir and is the main favorable reservoir,and the SQ2 takes the second place. In the plane,the fan delta front subfacies in the west is the most favorable reservoir development area,braided river delta front subfacies in the east takes the second place.
Geophysical prediction method for investigating residual organic carbon shale content is used so as to provide evidence for shale gas exploration and development.Based on drilling well laboratory analysis and logging data,combined with multi-attribute inversion,pre-stack density inversion and pseudo acoustic inversion techniques,the shale TOC content in Jiaoshiba area of Sichuan Basin is predicted.It shows that all these three kinds of inversion techniques meet the research demand of characteristics and evaluation of TOC content distribution.Of the three technical methods,the prestack inversion needs higher quality basic data,and produces the highest precision,while the acoustic inversion and multi-attribute inversion have an extensive usability,especially the acoustic inversion technique has a wide range of application in the two-dimensional seismic work area.
Chlorite rim is the most important occurrence of authigenic chlorite as a common kind of clay cements in sandstone,and it is attracted by peoplesspecial attention because it always accompanies with the high quality sandstone reservoirs.Aiming at some debates about chlorite rim in the previous researches,this paper studies the sandstone of Chang 9oil-bearing segment of Triassic Yanchang Formation in the Zhenjing area of Ordos Basin.Through researching casting thin section,scanning electron microscope and porosity-permeability data,this paper discusses such questions again,that is,the forming stage of chlorite rim,the effect of chlorite rim on diagenesis,and the relationship ofchlorite rim with the reservoir quality of sandstone.On the basis of the research results,some opinions different from the previous research are acquired and the following conclusions are obtained.1)The chlorite rim forms at the A-B phase of earlier diagenesis stage.2)The chlorite rim can not enhanced the mechanical strength of rocks and the ability of resisting compaction.3)The reason of the ability of the chlorite rim preventing the secondary enlargement of quartz is that the pore-water forming the chlorite rim has different pH value and Sr concentration from the pore-water suitable for quartz growing.However,the chlorite rim bears no relationship with the forming of authigenic quartz.4)The chlorite rim can not enhance the reservoir quality of sandstone obviously.However,the appearance of the chlorite rim indicates the abundance of the primary intergranular pore in sandstone.

Through the researches on the field geological characteristics of the Xiachen fluorite deposit and the ore microscopic characteristics and using the activation of electron spin resonance (ESR) dating method,this paper discusses the ore-forming geological characteristics and the quartz ESR age of the fluorite deposit in Xiachen,Zhejiang,China.The results show that this fluorite deposit is a hydrothermal filling type vein fluorite deposit.Its average metallogenic age is 75.3 ±7.0 Ma.The metallogenic epoch of this ore deposit is mainly late Cretaceous.The summarization of the law of the fluorite deposits metallogenic epoch in different areas shows that the metallogenic epoch of the fluorite deposits presents multiphases in Zhejiang. Mineralization occurred in the early period of early Cretaceous,the late period of early Cretaceous,and late Cretaceous,but mainly occurred in late Cretaceous.
The component management technology based on service surrogate is proposed so as to solve the problems of distributed component management of open SaaS service platform. A system application framework is designed,and the development,deployment,runtime management and the refreshment mechanism of the component of open SaaS service platform are studied and used for the contribution of automobile supply platform.It shows that the technology predigests the program of component development and management of the open SaaS platform and improves the stability and development efficiency of the system.The application of the technology promotes the continuous improvement of the ability of the open SaaS service platform.
The Lower Cambrian Qingxudong Formation on the southeast margin of Sichuan Basin can be divided into oneⅢ-order sequences and 3parasequence sets.A parasequence set can be divided into some systems tracts.On the basis of the analysis of Qingxudong Formation sequence stratigraphic characteristics,this paper compiles the sequence lithofacies-paleogeographic map of each systems tract.During the development of TST in sq1 parasequence set,because of the continuous transgression,the open platform facies develop in most regions,and the shoal size is very small.During the development of HST in sq1,there better develop the tidal flat and lagoon deposits of the restricted platform.During the development of TST in sq2,the beach facies deposits in the restricted platform most develop,and the grain beach sedimentary body also is the high quality reservoir inQingxudong Formation.During the development of HST in sq2,the sedimentary pattern is evolved into the tidal flat environment of the restricted platform.In sq3 parasequence set,only HST sedimentary records have remained,belonging to the frequently exposed tidal flat environments.There,the gypsum rocks have most developed.sq3 parasequence set is one of the most important sets of the dense cap rock for the gas reservoirs of Dengying Formation and Qingxudong Formation.
The research of pool-forming period is always a difficult subject in petroleum geology. Apatite fission track technology and thermal history simulation are used to determine the hydrocarbon accumulation period accurately.Two apatite samples from fissured zone and fresh basement zone in Penglai 9-1 buried-hill in Bohai area are selected to analysis the length,age and distribution of track, then to obtain the thermal history by imitating via AFT Solve software.The results indicate that there is abnormal thermal disturbance because of the hydrocarbon accumulation happened during 3.8 ~2.6 Ma B.P..The unusual temperature turned to be highest when the time is 3.2 Ma.Based on the starting time of the temperature disturbance,3.8 ~2.6 Ma B.P.is considered as the hydrocarbon accumulation period of the Penglai 9-1 granite buried-hill oil pool,and the main period is 3.2 Ma B.P..
This paper discusses the speed of the classification algorithm of hyperspectral remote sensing images.The classification algorithms of SAM,SCM,SIDM and SWM are designed by the parallel reconstruction method.The parallel reconstruction method is used to process the data of the hyperspectral remote sensing images which comes from Daye County in Hubei Province.The result shows that the parallel algorithm can effectively finish the classification of the images and the speed of the parallel processing is accelerated through increasing the amount of the image data.The parallel processing speed of SAM is 25.68 times,that of SCM is 25.41 times,that of SIDM is 17.55 times, and that of SWM is 23.68 times when the amount of data is 158×382×1092.The time of processing the remote sensing images by the parallel classification algorithm is shorter than that by the series classification algorithm.
This paper studies the basic geological data of some hydropower stations built on the Emeishan basalt in the southwest of China and the regional geological background and the characteristics of petrology,petrography and chemistry of the Emeishan basalt in the eastern,western and middle basalt areas.It identifies the structural plane types of the Emeishan basalt.They are the structural planes of the different weak interbeds,the invasion and alteration structural planes of the wall rock alteration by magma intrusion,and the weathering relaxation structural planes formed by the surface rock mass because of weathering relaxation.Based on the geological geochemical characteristics and the formation environment of the basalts from different areas,this paper discusses the generative regularities and distribution features of these structural planes.In the eastern basalt area,there are many eruption cycles of basalt,many and thick tuff and sedimentary rock interlayers,and the main structural planes are consist of the inter-laminar dislocation band formed by tuffaceousinterbeds,the columnar joint of condensation and shrinkage,and the agglomerate and volcanic breccia interbeds formed by volcanic burst eruption.In the middle basalt area located in the Panxi rift focal area in geotectonic,there are frequent magmatic activities,extremely intensive tectonic movements and metamorphism,and a large number of structural planes of invasion,alteration,weathering and relaxation.In the western basalt area,because the basalt eruption environment is marine,having the violent tectonic activities of Yanshan and Xishang period,the pillow structural plane and alteration and tectonic structural plane develop best.
This paper investigates the development and the oil accumulation characteristics of a pop-up structure to provide the basis for the efficient exploration in the Kuqa area.Based on the plastic sedimentary characteristics and tectonic characteristics,the authors recognize that there is a close correlation between the pop-up structure and the imbricate structure.The pop-up structure is the result that the imbricate structure further grows.The palaeouplift is the key factor to control the development of the pop-up structure. When there is a short distance from the palaeouplift to mountains,the pop-up structure is broken in the front of palaeouplift.Conversely,when there is a long distance from the palaeouplift to mountains,the pop-up structure develops perfectly.The pop-up structure has the following advantages,that is,a good seal ability,good structural integrity,a high degree of fracture development,and a good reservoir reconstruction.The pop-up structure is one of the most favorable trap types in the area,and it is the preferred type of next exploration.
For the kinds of evidence,illegally obtained verbal evidence should be absolutely expelled.For stages,the exclusion procedure in trail stage is legislated most detailed in Criminal Proceduer Law.The confession and exculpation of the defendant and testimony of the briber are the primary evidences in bribery cases.What is more,the defence tend to apply for exclusion procedure at the trial stages.So making an empirical study on the exclusinary rules of illegally obtained verbal evidence in bribery cases at trial stage,we can analyze the implement of the most obvious exclusion rules in our country and find out the defects in them.At the present stage,the most clear exclusion rules also lack guiding effects.In order to correct the defect,standardized procedure should be legislated to guide and limite the discretion of judging organs.
