目的:探讨中医临床应用定性研究法的必要性。方法:从三方面对中医临床研究引入定性研究方法的必要性和重要性进行阐述和分析:①定性研究在医学研究中的应用;②中医临床研究中引入定性研究方法的必要性;③在中医临床研究领域应用定性研究方法的切入点。结果和结论:引入定性研究法,为解决中医临床研究中所面临的瓶颈问题提供了更好的方法。
目的:探讨金元四大家之首刘完素《素问玄机原病式·热类论》的学术思想。方法:运用分析、比较、总结的方法,对原著的文献进行研究。并以《素问玄机原病式·热类论》中转筋、霍乱、带下等病的论述为例,探讨其学术思想。结果与结论:刘完素著述中以《素问玄机原病式》最广为人知,其文以采五运六气为纲,《内经》原文以冠其首,诠释自意于后,特别重视热证的诊断治疗。
目的:探讨艾滋病与五脏的相关性。方法:从艾滋病病位、病因、病证、病机和治则等方面进行与五脏相关的分析研究;结果与结论:研究发现艾滋病与五脏系统相关联,艾滋病因五脏系统内部虚损而感染,因五脏系统内外关联而传变,最后传遍五脏系统,脏腑衰竭,免疫缺失,并发感染而死。治疗上应以补五脏之虚为主,综合论治。

Objective:To establish the determination method of polysaccharide dissolution in the Gegenqinlian pills.Methods:Using anthrone-sulfuric acid method to color,absorbance was measured at 622 nm by UV-visible spectrophotometry.Results:The dissolution of polysaccharides in 45 min reached the standard of 70%.Conclusion:The determination of polysaccharide dissolution in Gegenqinlian pill method is simple and it can provide a new reference index Benchmark for the study of quality standards of Gegenqinlian pills,but also provide a reference for the determination of polysaccharides in compound preparation.

Objective:To observe the effect and safety of shuxuening injection to treat coronary artery disease and angina.Methods:76 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group was treated in shuxuening injection on the basis of conventional therapy. The cause of treatment was 15 days. Results:the clinical curative effect and electrocardiogram had the statistical significance difference. Conclusion:the shuxuening injection has the better clinical curative effect and safety to treat coronary artery disease and angina.

The purpose is to research compound prescribe compatibility of medicines have some influence on anthraquinone which is the gentleman medicine CRC's valid composition dissolution rate in San Cheng Qi Tang. The method. Adopting respectively RP - HPLC and colorimetric method, measure the content of liberation3 methylchrysazin and 3 - methylchrysazin and combined 3 - methylchrysazin and 3 - methylchrysazin total liberation anthraquinone and total combined anthraquinone in the different decoction water liquid coming from single CRC the different decoction and compatibility of medicines method of San Cheng Qi Tang. The result: Compared with CRC single flavor decoction water, liberation anthraquinone and combined anthraquinone content show differently in the most decoction water liquid, Combined 3 - methylchrysazin and combined anthraquinone content in decoction prescribe as follows in proper order decrease:Da Cheng Qi Tang ＞ Xiao San Cheng Qi Tang ＞ Tiao Wei Cheng Qi Tang. The conclusion: Because CRC mate with different medicine material . different decoction method, liberation anthraquinone and combined anthraquinone content in San Cheng Qi Tang change. The combined 3 methylchrysazin and combined anthraquinon content variety order in accordance with its decanta bottom function.
Objective: To observe the curative effect on migraine by acupunturing Shuaigu(GB8) with tortoise′s digging earth method.Methods:70 cases of migraine were divided into 2 groups randomly,35 cases accepted Shuaigu(GB8) acupuncturing with tortoise′s digging earth method,35 cases accepted nimodipine tablets as control.Results:The total course of treatment was 1 month.The curative effect in the acupuncture group is much better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:It got a good effect in the migraine treatment by the method of acupuncturing Shuaigu(GB8) with tortoise′s digging earth method.
Objective :The experimental study was carried out to prove the efficacy of YangxinⅠcapsule on the prevention of the ventricular arrhythmia induced by BaCl 2 and the adjustment to the balance of autonomic nerve in rats. Methods :The time of ventricular arrhythmia induced by BaCl 2 in rats was examined and the concentration of plasma acetylcholine and serum norepinephrine was tested. Results :The groups of the large,moderate dose of YangxinⅠ capsule can obviously reduce the time of arrhythmia induced by the BaCl 2;The groups of the large dose of YangxinⅠ capsule and propranolol tablet were better than the group of only propranolol tablet in the index of serum norepinephrine;The groups of the large,moderate,low dose of YangxinⅠ capsule were not different in comparing with the groups of the control and positive in index of HRV and plasma acetylcholine. Conclusions :The large,moderate dose of YangxinⅠcapsule was efficient in prevention of the ventricular arrhythmia induced by BaCl 2 in rats,equally to the propafenone tablet;The large dose of YangxinⅠ capsule can improve the efficiency of the β adrenoceptor blocker in inhibiting the secretion of the norepinephrine from the adrenergic nerve;YangxinⅠ capsule can reduce the delivery of norepinephrine from the adrenergic nerve,the impact amplifying as the dose enhancing.
Objective:To study the effect of ZhuHuang Zhenjingpian on amelioration of cognition function and promotion of learning process.Methods:To observe one trail passive avoidance response and step through test in mice was used to find out the protective effect of ZhuHuang Zhenjingpian on consolidation impairment of memory in electroshock mice.The protective effects of ZhuHuang Zhenjingpian on the acquistion impairment induced by scopolamine,the consolidation disruption by NaNO2,the retrieval deficit by ethanol of memory were abserved in step down test.Results:The protective effects of ZhuHuang Zhenjingpian on the acquistion impairment induced by scopolamine,the consolidatin disruption by NaNO2,the retrieval deficit by ethanol of memory we proved.Conclusion:ZhuHuang Zhenjingpian improved cognition function.It has definite effect of promoting learning and rememberign process.
Objective :To research the mechanism of Yang Shoudan(YSD) on the prevention and treatment of AD. Methods :Established the model rat of Alzheimer's Disease(AD)induced by intraperitoneral injection of D galactose(50mg/d,for 40 days)and combined with ibotenic acid injection into bilateral nucleus basalis of Meynert (for two sides,5μg/per side,for one time)at first,and then observed the learning and probe capacity of rat by experiments on avoiding dark going through crooked road and Morris water maze test. Results :YSD can extend the latent period of learning and memory of AD rat and decrease the wrong frequency in avoiding dark going through crooked road experiment,and shorten the escape latent period of AD rat and increased the times of crossing the platform of its quadrant in Morris water maze test.This effect was much better in high dose of YSD than that in low dose and Huperzine A. Conclusion :YSD can improve the learning and memory and spatial probe capacity of AD rat,and these effects were better than that in Huperzine A.
Objective:To investigate the regulation of Ning Chang Decoction on immunological function of stressed IBS rats.Methods:The stressed IBS rat model was made by chronic bandaged-stress and inserting the end.RIA was adopted to measure the level of IL-1β、IL-2 in serum of stressed IBS rats.The regulation of Ning Chang Decoction was observed.Results:Stress increased the level of serum IL-1β and decreased the level of serum IL-2(P0.01),which suggested that the immumological function of stressed IBS rats was inhibited.While Ning Chang Decoction could decrease IL-1β and increase IL-2 in serum of stressed IBS rats.Conclusion:Ning Chang Decoction could improve the immuological function of stressed IBS rats.
Objective:The changes of the ultrastructure of hippocampi in old spleen-Yin-deficiency rat were observed to explore pathological changes of spleen yin deficiency and the possible mechanism of treating senility with methods of replenishing spleen.Methods:the young and senile rat models with spleen Yin deficiency syndrome were set up by applying mulriple factors such as abnormal diet overstrain and damage from drugs and the models were treated with replenishing spleen methods.The changes of the ultrastructure of hippocampi in old spleen-Yin-deficiency rat were observed.Results:Apoptosis happened in senile rat and replenishing spleen medicine can improve the senile condition of hippocampi.Conclusion:replenishing spleen medicine can reduce the apoptosis of hippocampi.the possible mechanism might be anti-peroxidation and regulating the macrobiosis gene expression to slow down the process of apoptosis.
Objective:To observe the effects of Xiaoyao Powder Combine Xishabili tablets on constipation type of irritable bowel syndrome.Methods:87 patients with IBS were randomly divided into treatment group(n=46) treated with Xiaoyao Powder Combine Xishabili tablets and control group(n=41) treated with Xishabili tablets for 4 week,then the curative effects between them were compared.Result:The total efficienocy of the treatment group was 91.30% while that of the control group was 82.93%,the difference between the two groups was obvious(P0.05).The short-time,long-time therapeutic efficiency and improvement of major clinical symptoms on treatment group was better than control group.No obvious harmful reaction was found in clinic.Conclusion:To treat constipation type of irritable bowel syndrome with Xiaoyao Powder Combine Xishabili tablets is superior to single dynamic drug.
The tenor on the modernization traditional Chinese medicine and materia medica(MTCMMM) has already entered into fast driveway, as while as our government has given trenchancy guarantee, hut it is not optimism. Philosophy is the guide to the development of science, so we should think over calmly. This article discusses some aspects as formed: the consanguineous contact on TCMMM with philosophy; philosophy supply the epistemology and methodology to the development of MTCMMM; the philosophic think will redound to scientific understanding and evaluation to production and achievement of MTCMMM, in order to explain the essentiality of the philosophic think of MTCMMM.
