
The research and application of ultra short term wind power forecasting system based on trend analysis are introduced.The physical and statistical methods combined are applied in this system,the power forecasting of single wind farm is based on historical data,real-time data and future weather forecast data for learning and prediction,while the regional wind power prediction carries on the spatial correlation analysis,considering the spatial distribution of all real-time wind data.Research results show that the prediction system for high precision,fully satisfy the requirements of dispatching for Inner Mongolia Power Grid.

From the late Qing Dynasty to The National Government of Najing,the authority of successive governments are weak,and the central bank system has not been established. Therefore,the banking industry organized the establishment of a modern Chinese association of banks. The association of banks for the stable development of the modern banks played a key role.Effectively solving the problem of the constraints between the banking and self-discipline,and strengthening the banking supervision and management improved the bank operation and management of normalization. They did everything they can to improve the external management environment of modern banks. The association of banks from focusing on maintaining security and stability of the banking sector to developing the code of conduct,prevented and avoided the risks of banks,which provided a preliminary development and prosperity of modern bank implementation system. Besides,through the joint operation between the banking sector improved the security of the bank run and the effectiveness of capital management. This made a positive contribution to the comprehensive strengthening of modern bank.
Soil respiration is an important part of the ecosystem carbon cycle.In current study,the daily dynamics of soil respiration during the growing season and non-growing season in the degraded and recovered grassland communities in Inner Mongolia were measured.The results showed that:(1)the average soil respiration of degraded community was equal to 50% of the recovery community;(2)the CO2 emission rate in non-growing season was up to about 10% of the growing season;(3)in the growing season,a significant positive correlation between soil respiration and soil temperature exist in the recovered community,while no significant relationship was founded in degraded community;(4)vegetation degradation caused by overgrazing decreased the soil respiration rate and changed the response of soil respiration to environmental change;(5)the factors and their weights affecting soil respiration in non-growing season differed from the factors in growing season.This study highlights the important impact of land use mode on carbon emissions.
Starting domestic demand is the key to promote the Chinese economic transformation.The study of panel empirical index data of 1997 to 2009showed that under the bank dominated capital system,lag of the reform of the financial markets,resulting in difference of credit financing cost with the different ownership enterprises,prompted the credit constrained firms to hire more labor,and therefore reduce the use of capital.With entering the obstacles and the desirable ideal business environment in the industry,labor relations are intensified.Even in the employment situation,the labor income share is difficult to improve and eventually erodes consumer base.Thus,the domestic demand is suppressed.Therefore,starting domestic demand must speed up the reform of the financial markets;the labor income share ought to be improved t through the balance of labor relations.
The invertibility and boundedness below problem of non-negatively Hamiltonian operator H =(A BC-A)*are studied.Furthermore,the necessary and sufficient conditions for invertibility of non-negativelyHamiltonian operator are given.
The information of 416 mRNA sequences about 45 coronaviruses included in the NCBI was collected.For every coronavirus,firstly,the synonymous codon usage bias of the mRNA sequence of each protein was calculated.Then the secondary structure of every mRNA sequence was predicted,and the stem structure,the loop structure,the average folding free energy and the specific flexibility of mRNA were calculated.After this,a database about mRNA secondary structure of coronaviruses was founded.On this basis,the correlation between synonymous codon usage bias and the four kinds of parameters of mRNA secondary structure were analyzed for every mRNA sequence.The results show that,the corresponding codon usage of 90 percent of amino acids is significantly correlated with the content of stem structure;that of 75 percent of amino acids is significantly correlated with the content of loop structure;that of 90 percent of amino acids is significantly correlated with the average unit folding free energy;and that of 85 percent of amino acids is significantly correlated with the mRNA specific flexibility.Further analysis is found,that for the codes of both significantly correlated with stem structure and loop structure,the correlation between their usage with two kinds of structure contents is completely opposite,the correlation between specific flexibility with synonymous codon usage bias is excellent in all parameters.The results indicate that there are important influences of the synonymous codon usage bias on the mRNA secondary structure.
The new- style urbanization means the coordinated development of large cities,middle and small towns and countryside. Speeding up the urbanization has great significance to social and economic development. There is a coupling relation between new- style urbanization and new generation migrant workers' returning home for business. The development of urbanization can improve business environment,provide more entrepreneurial opportunities and increase new generation migrant workers' entrepreneurial intention. Meanwhile,the returned migrant workers' entrepreneurship is the endogenetic power in the new- style urbanization. It can encourage the structural adjustment of the economy,absorb rural surplus labor force,promote citizenization of peasants,and develop the small towns. It is important to realize the role of the returned migrant workers' entrepreneurship,and optimize the entrepreneurial environment,and improve their entrepreneurial intention to promote the new- style urbanization.
With the paraffin section method,the leaf anatomical characteristics of 14 species and3varieties of genus Potentillafrom Inner Mongolia area were compared to reveal the leaf structure differences.The results showed that the leaves of all kinds of species were bifacial,which had 1-3layers palisade tissue that distributed on the upper epidermis,except P.bifurca.The upper and lower epidermis were composed of monolayer cells.However,the cells in upper epidermis had a tight arrangement pattern and they were thicker than the lower ones.Stomata distributed on the upper and lower epidermis but more on the later.All plants had multiple types of epidermal hair.These leaf characteristics demonstrated that these genus Potentilla plants had a well adaptation to their habitat.
Salix psammophilais the dominant shrub in Maowusu sandland at Ordos.In current study,the plant height(H)and crown diameter(D)of Salix psammophila were measured,combined with above-ground biomass and root biomass,to conduct regression analysis and establish biomass estimating models.Then the determine coefficient(R2),F test results and average estimated error(AEE)of each estimating model were compared to get the optimum ones,which were:1)above-ground biomass WA=0.326(HD)1.831;2)under-ground biomass(root)biomass WR=0.343(HD)1.497;3)total biomass WT=0.72(HD)1.660.These models provide a simple but practicable method to measure the community biomass of Salix psammophilain Maowusu sandland.
109species and variety of Puccinia belonging to Pucciniaceae from Inner Mongolia,China,were reported,in which Puccinia anemones-raddeanae,P.angelicicola,P.arctica,P.arenariae,P.arundinellae-anomalae,P.asparagi-lucidi,P.asperulae-aparines,P.atragenes,P.atrofusca,P.baicalensis,P.belamcandae,P.calumnata,P.caricis-molliculae,P.caricis-pseudololiaceae,P.caricis-siderostictae,P.coronata var.himalensis,P.crepidis-japonicae,P.crepidis,P.fusispora,P.isiacae,P.moriokaensis,P.oenanthes-stoloniferae,P.permixta,P.phellopteri,P.rangiferina,P.schedonnardi,P.schizonepetae,P.sessilis,P.sinoborealis,P.sjuzevii,P.tatarinovii,P.tokunagai,P.violae,P.wulingensis and P.yokotensis were reported for the first time in Inner Mongolia.A critical checklist,including host and specimen data of each species is provided.The specimens were deposited at the Mycological Herbarium of Chifeng University,Inner Mongolia,China(CFSZ),and the Mycological Herbarium of the Institute of Microbiology,Academia Sinica,Beijing,China(HMAS).
The following steps are given to search for new solutions of Gross-Pitaevskii equation in a one-dimensional Tonks-Girardeau atomic gas field.Step one,according to a function transformation,the solving of Gross-Pitaevskii equation in a one-dimensional Tonks-Girardeau atomic gas field is changed into the solving of a kind of nonlinear ordinary differential equations.Step two,a kind of nonlinear ordinary differential equations and the quasi-Bcklund transformation of the second kind of elliptic equations are obtained.Finally,new infinite sequence solutions of Gross-Pitaevskii equation in one-dimensional Tonks-Girardeau atomic gas fields are constructed by applying new solutions and Bcklund transformation of the second kind of elliptic equations.

Safflower(petals of Carthamus tictorius)is an important traditional herbal drug.The present work focuses on the isolation,structure determination,and antioxidant activity of the chemical constituents of safflower.Hydroxysafflor yellow A,6-hydroxykaempferol-3,6,7-triglucoside,6-hydroxykaempferol-3-rutinoside-6-glucoside,6-hydroxykaempferol-3,6-diglucoside,kaempferol-3-Orutinoside,kaempferol-3-O-glucoside,isoquercitin,chlorogenic acid,syringin,protocatechuic acid,pcoumaric acid,and 8Z-decaene-4,6-diyne-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside were isolated and identified.Their structures were determined by LC-MS and NMR analysis.The aglycone,6-hydroxykaempferol was obtained by hydrolysis of the major safflower flavonoid glycoside.Antioxidant test demonstrated that the flavonoid aglycones showed much stronger DPPH scavenging activity than the glycosides.The results suggest that 6-hydroxykaempferol and other flavonoid aglycones may play important roles for the in vivo bioactivity of safflower,as glycosides are known to metabolize to their aglycones in human.
With the aid of symbolic computation system Mathematica,the symmetry of(2+1)-dimension ZK equation is obtained and also is reduced.The new exact traveling wave solutions of a kind of constant coefficient equations,which are chosen from several cases of reduction,are constructed by using the extended simplest equation method.The exact traveling wave solutions with double arbitrary parameters,are expressed by the hyperbolic functions,the trigonometric functions and the rational functions respectively.When the parameters are taken as special values,some solitary wave solutions are derived from the hyperbolic function solutions.
The wave equation in the polar coordinates is firstly derived to the Hamiltonian system by choosing the appropriate dual variable.Moreover,a completeness theorem of the eigenfunction system for the Hamiltonian operator is proved by the properties of Bessel functions.Finally,the solution of the Hamiltonian system is given by the expansion theorem.
By means of line transects and fixed-radius points method,a comprehensive investigation was made on bird communities in Bayannaoer Civil Airport and the area within a radius of 8km around the airport between May 2012 and April 2013 for the purpose of preventing bird strike and reducing accidents.Integrative risk value which was based on flying heights of birds,relative quantities and time,the usage rates of habitats,the hazard level of bird communities was graded.The feasible preventive measures against bird strike had been put forward.A total of 95 species belonging to15 families and 35 orders were recorded,of which,according to 4degrees of bird hazard graded by integrative risk value,there were 8species of catastrophic hazard,15 species of serious hazard,17 species of substantial hazard and 25 species of minor hazard.Among different investigating areas,area A was an unitary habitat that had the highest diversity index in winter;area B had the highest density index in autumn;area C had the smallest fluctuations in diversity and evenness index though the whole year;among different habitats,wetlands had the highest diversity index and the lowest dominance index;residential areas had the highest density index.The habitats of airport lawns and residential areas had the highest similarity index in bird communities.Based on environmental reconstructions on both the inside and outside of flight areas,humanized anti-bird measures which harmed no birds,kept them away from the airport and also were combined with anti-bird technique and devices,were requisite to achieve an ideal clear flight environment.

Pavement performance of aeolian sand as subgrade filler in the sandy land has its particularity which is different from common filler.Based on the analysis of the basic physical properties of aeolian sand by laboratory test,the influence laws of road performance indexes of the aeolian sand which are influenced by moisture content,dry density,degree of compaction such as resilient modulus and California Bearing Ratio(CBR)are studied according to actual road engineering in Horqin Sandy Land of Inner Mongolia.There are some certain reference values for the similar engineering construction in this area.
Surface and interface phonon-polaritons in four layer heterostructure systems consisting of polar ternary mixed crystals are investigated with the modified random-element-isodisplacement model and the Born-Huang approximation,based on the Maxwellu0027s equations with the usual boundary conditions.The numerical results of the surface and interface phonon-polariton frequencies as functions of the thickness of slabs in the GaAs/Al0.4Ga0.6As heterostructure systems are obtained and discussed.It is shown that there are seven branches of surface and interface phonon-polariton modes in heterostructure systems,and the energies of surface or interface modes of the slab change with the thickness of slab,however,the other polariton modes almost not change.
