
By using principal component analysis to analysis the five kinds of trace elements and flavones in the fruit of Chinese wolfberry form 11 different origins,we found the relationship between the content of trace elements and flavones with quality of the fruit of Chinese wolfberry,getting a comprehensive ranking of different origins of the fruit of Chinese wolfberry.Then using cluster analysis to deal with the data,we found that clustering results of wolfberry fruit in different regions are consistent with the principal components.The Chinese wolfberry quality evaluation model which is built by principal component analysis(PCA)is stable and also can provide certain help for the research of quality evaluation of the fruit of Chinese wolfberry.
The rapid development of motor traffic in China increased the heavy metal contamination in the soil along the roads,which caused the problem of the safety of environment and food.With the soil which on the sides of Shanghuai road as the main research object,the heavy metal contents(Cu,Cr,Cd,Pb)in each of the soil sample were determined by using flame atomic absorption spectrometry.Considering the function and quality of soil and the risk,ecological risk model for evaluating heavy metal pollution in soil was developed,which combined heavy metals concentration,background values,soil quality standards and principal pollution factor.This model was applied to evaluate the risks from heavy metals in the soil along the Shanghuai road.The results indicated that the quantitative conclusion was obtained and the subjectivity of Nemero index and the fuzziness of single index and Geo accumulation index were conquered.Accordingly,this model not only assessed risks from motor vehicles but also provided the guidance for land use.

To study the relationship between solute carrier family24member5(Slc24a5)and alpaca coat color formation.We clone the partial length of coding sequence of sheep Slc24a5 gene and analyzed the expression patterns using real time PCR,western blot and immunohitochemistry.The results showed the mRNA transcript level of Slc24a5 in black sheep skin was20.53 times than that in white sheep(P0.01).The Slc24a5 protein was detected at 51 kD in the total protein and the expression level was significant higher in black sheep versus white sheep(P0.01).Additionally,immunohistochemical analysis further demonstrated that Slc24a5 staining was robustly increased in the outer root sheath and hair matrix of black sheep skin compared with white,and the expression of Slc24a5 were significantly different between the black and white sheep skin based on the average optical density in black sheep skin was significantly higher than that in white one.The above results exhibited that Slc24a5 may involve in the coat color formation in sheep skin.
Symbolic Aggregate approXimation(SAX)is a typical symbolic representation method,which is straight-forward and very simple,and it efficiently converts time series data to a symbolic representation with dimension reduction.The issues of time series data such as variable in length,and information lose during the representation,making many traditional classification methods unable to apply directly.This paper focus on the SAX discretization method coupled with the Bag of Patterns(BOP)representation in classification task,and proposed the new approach by use AdaBoost Algorithm to remedy the information loss by SAX representation.The experimental results show that,the approach improved the classification accuracy obviously.

The asymptotic behavior of ruin probabilities was investigated in a risk model based on the policy entrance process,in which the insurance company is allowed to invest a constant fraction of its wealth in a stock market which is described byageometric Brownian motion and the remaining wealth in a bond with nonnegative interest force.For this model,in the presence of pairwise quasi-asymptotically independent and dominant varying tailed claims,the expression of the wealth process was derived by the its formula,and the finite-time ruin probabilities were obtained.

Three stencil polymerizations are needed to capture discontinuous in shock problems by using the ENO scheme.However,they have dramatic differences just near the discontinuities.Based on this character,we optimize the ENO scheme in this paper so that we can reach the purposes of both saving the computing time and nearly having no effect on the computing results.Based on this idea,we take one-dimensional shock tube as an example and compute the results with the standard ENO scheme where the pressure gradient is greater than the default critical value and with the preinstall polymerization at the smooth position.The results show that the computing time of the optimized schemes is shorter than the original schemes by 30%-50%.In addition,the preinstall polymerization at the leftmost or rightmost stencil is selected as the final result directly according to the upwind character.
In this paper,using multiple linear regression,we analyzed the relationship between the number of China's world champion and four factors,i.e.China's population and GDP as external environment,and the number of more than second level athletes and the number of all levels of sports workers as internal environment.Firstly,by the gray realationsl analysis,we obtain the correlation degree between four influence factors as sub factors sequence and the number of world champions as maternal factors sequence.In order to know the function relationship further between each factor and the number of world champions,by multiple linear regression analysis,we construct the multiple linear regression model of the number of annual world champion and four influence factors,and prove that the model is in accord with the fact through the F test,providing a theoretical basis for the training of our athletes and national policy.
