The present paper first reviews the literature of social cultural theory in the fields of second language acquisition and acquisition of pragmatic competence, and then attempts to construct a theoretical model for acquisition of pragmatic competence based on the social cultural theory. The model includes three parts： the ideas of activities of acquisition of pragmatic competence, the forms of activities and the internalization of acquisition of pragmatic competence.

采用密度泛函理论方法(DFT):BHLYP,B3LYP,BP86,BLYP,在全电子的双ξ基组加极化函数和弥散函数(DZP++)基组下,计算了全氟代多环芳香族碳氢化合物:全氟代蒽(1-C14F10)、全氟代菲(2-C14F10)、全氟代芘(C16F10)、全氟代并四苯(1-C18F12)、全氟代1,2苯并菲(2-C18F12)及全氟代三苯围苯(3-C18F12)的总能量、优化几何构型、电子亲合势和谐振频率.在B3LYP水平上得到了可靠的绝热电子亲合势(Eaad):1-C14F10为1.84 eV; 2-C14F10为1.41 eV; C16F10为1.72 eV; 1-C18F12为2.39 eV; 2-C18为F121.83 eV (Ci) 和1.88 eV (C2); 3-C18F12为1.69 eV.

The roof of Hangzhou Huanglong Tennis Gymnasium is retractable.Part of the roof can slide along two parallel tram roads.For the requirements of wind resistance design for the structure,a rigid model with scale was made,and the wind tunnel test about pulsating wind pressure and mean wind pressure on the structure surface was carried out.The distribution of wind pressure on the ellipsoidal surface roof including retractable roof at different wind direction and under all kinds of work conditions including open,semi-open and close is examined.To facilitate structure design,the roof is divided into several regions,based on the structure characteristics and corresponding regional wind pressure is offered.Finally,based on the characteristics of the distribution of wind pressure at different wind directions,the most dangerous wind directions for the structural wind resistance are also presented.
Limitations of the conventional synchronous detecting method for reactive and harmonic currents in case of unbalanced or distorted three-phase voltages is discussed.Then,an advanced method is proposed to replace the phase voltage by fundamental positive-sequence voltage.Taking accout of the speediness and stability,it was carried out by TMS320VC5402 Digital Signal Processor(DSP).It can be fast and accurately detect the sum of fundamental reactive current,unbalanced components and harmonics.The theoretical analysis and simulation verify the feasibility of this method.
