The implement features four stainless-steel double-moldboard bottoms in an adjustable and removable bolted configuration. Furrow depth is adjusted via a dynamic hydraulic depth control unit. It was evaluated on a 3-hectare dry clay loam field using a 50-hp tractor arranged in a two-factor Randomized Complete Block Design, to examine the operational interaction between two furrow depths and three forward speeds. Field evaluation demonstrated structural integrity, consistent 60 cm inter-row spacing, minimal soil adhesion, and safe wheel slip limits. At the lower depth setting (16.75 ± 1.13 cm), increasing speed from low to high maximized actual field capacity from 0.24 to 0.53 ha/h, improved field efficiency from 70.30% to 79.44%, and reduced effective fuel consumption from 15.85 to 11.38 L/ha. In contrast, the higher depth setting (18.25 ± 1.53 cm) reduced field capacity due to increased soil–tool interaction during deeper tillage and furrowing. Economically, the single-pass system reduces cost and improves profitability. By integrating rotary tilling and furrowing into a single-pass operation, the system provides farmers with a technically and economically sound solution for mechanized row-crop land preparation under Philippine dry-field conditions. Anchored on the Input–Process–Output (IPO) model and guided by the ADDIE framework (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation), the study systematically produced a module aligned with the prescribed course syllabus. Lessons were organized using the 5As approach (Activity, Analysis, Abstraction, Application, and Assessment) to ensure an engaging and learner-centered flow. Developmental research design was employed, involving two groups of respondents: evaluators (one from the University’s Instructional Materials Development Office, five Science Department Chairs, and two professional illustrators) and end-users (Science faculty and students of Guimaras State University). Results showed that the instructional module obtained an overall mean of 4.43 (“Strongly Agree”) based on the University’s guidelines, indicating that it was highly acceptable in terms of objectives, content, organization, presentation, and usefulness. Furthermore, the module achieved an overall mean of 4.92 (“Very Highly Acceptable”) in the acceptability test, suggesting readiness for classroom implementation without further revision. Statistical analysis revealed no significant differences in evaluations across types of evaluators, demonstrating consistent recognition of the module’s quality. The findings confirm that the developed instructional module is relevant, comprehensive, and suitable for use in teaching Environmental Science. The study was anchored on the Input–Process–Output (IPO) model and employed the Analyze–Design–Development–Implementation–Evaluation (ADDIE) framework as the primary methodological and instructional design approach. The module lessons were structured using the 5As pedagogical approach (Activity, Analysis, Abstraction, Application, and Assessment) to ensure a systematic, learner-centered, and outcomes-based instructional sequence aligned with the course syllabus. The development process involved syllabus analysis, instructional design, content development, and iterative validation. The module underwent preliminary evaluation by the University’s Instructional Materials Development Office, followed by validation from two professional illustrators and five external science experts. For implementation and evaluation, the module was assessed by faculty members and students who had taken Mechanics and Waves. Data were collected using a validated rating instrument adapted from Mission (2022), which measured objectives, content, organization, instructional presentation, and usefulness. Data analysis employed descriptive statistics, particularly the mean, to determine the level of evaluation and acceptability, and the Mann–Whitney U test to examine significant differences between groups of respondents. All statistical analyses were performed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) with a significance level set at 0.05. Results revealed that the instructional module obtained an overall mean of 4.66 (Outstanding), indicating high alignment, clarity, and relevance to the Desired Learning Outcomes. In terms of acceptability, the module achieved an overall mean of 4.85 (Very Highly Acceptable), demonstrating that it is well-structured, comprehensive, and suitable for classroom use. Inferential analysis showed no significant difference in the evaluation results when grouped according to type of evaluator (U = 1.500; p = 0.171) and no significant difference in acceptability when grouped according to teachers and students (U = 406.500; p = 0.412). The study concludes that the developed instructional module in Mechanics and Waves is valid, reliable, and highly acceptable for instructional implementation. It is recommended that the module be adopted in tertiary physics instruction and continuously enhanced through feedback and innovation to sustain its effectiveness in improving student learning outcomes. herlynapolonio06@gmail.com Isabela State University, Echague Campus, Echague, Isabela, Philippines This study was conducted to develop a smart-farming calendar for mungbean (Vigna radiata L.) production in the City of Ilagan, Isabela using the Decision Support System for Agro-Technology Transfer (DSSAT). The study utilized agroclimatic, soil, crop, and management data gathered from field surveys, farmer interviews, soil sampling, and secondary sources. Daily weather data including rainfall, maximum and minimum temperature, and solar radiation were obtained and used as primary climatic inputs for the DSSAT model. The DSSAT model was calibrated using observed yield data from 18 farmer respondents during the 2021 cropping season and validated using an independent dataset from 11 farmers during the 2022 cropping season. Model performance during calibration showed strong agreement between simulated and observed yield values, indicating good predictive capability under local conditions. Simulation results revealed that planting date significantly influenced mungbean yield. Simulated yield gradually increased from early January and reached its highest value of approximately 1,738 kg/ha during mid-April, particularly on April 17. Based on the simulation results, a smart-farming calendar was developed to guide farmers in scheduling key crop production activities including land preparation, planting, fertilizer application, crop growth stages, and harvesting. This study examined the levels of school culture, CPD, and instructional practices among public elementary school teachers in Passi City, as well as differences across demographic variables and the relationships among these constructs. A descriptive–correlational research design was employed, involving 225 teachers selected through proportional stratified sampling from a population of 515. Data were collected using a validated researcher-developed questionnaire composed of Likert-type and dichotomous items measuring school culture, CPD, and instructional practices. Data analysis utilized Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS), applying descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation) to determine levels of the variables, and inferential statistics, including the Mann–Whitney U test and Kruskal–Wallis H test, to examine differences across demographic groups. Spearman’s rho correlation was used to determine relationships among school culture, CPD, and instructional practices, with the level of significance set at α = 0.05. Findings revealed a very high level of school culture (M = 4.54), indicating strong collegiality and shared values, while CPD was rated high, reflecting consistent but uneven access to professional learning opportunities. Instructional practices were widely implemented across groups. Correlation analysis showed a strong positive relationship between school culture and CPD (ρ = .732, p < .001), a moderate positive relationship between CPD and instructional practices (ρ = .224, p = .001), and a weak but significant relationship between school culture and instructional practices (ρ = .148, p = .026). The study concludes that school culture serves as a foundational structure that supports professional development, which in turn exerts the most direct influence on instructional practices. Strengthening both school culture and CPD is therefore essential to improving instructional quality and advancing student learning outcomes in public elementary schools. Bullying remains a pervasive problem in Nigerian secondary schools, yet few intervention studies have experimentally examined strategies to improve victimized adolescents’ social outcomes. This quasi-experimental study investigated the influence of an eight-week school-based anti-bullying intervention on social interaction and self-esteem among 194 adolescent students (aged 12-18) from four secondary schools in Lagos State, Nigeria. Participants were assigned to either an experimental group (n=98) receiving the multicomponent intervention comprising bullying awareness, empathy training, assertiveness and bystander skills, cooperative group activities, and self-esteem building or a control group (n=96) continuing regular school activities. The Social Interaction Scale (α=0.85) and Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (α=0.87) were administered at pretest and posttest. Analysis of covariance (ANCOVA) revealed that the intervention group scored significantly higher than the control group on posttest social interaction, F(1,191)=152.34, p<0.001, partial η2=0.44, and self-esteem, F(1,191)=86.27, p<0.001, partial η2=0.31. Two-way ANOVA indicated no significant gender × treatment interaction for either outcome, demonstrating equivalent effectiveness for male and female students. These findings provide the first experimental evidence from Lagos State that a structured, culturally adapted anti-bullying intervention can substantially improve both social interaction and self-esteem among bullied adolescents. The large effect sizes support scaling up this evidence-based program across all six education districts in Lagos, integrating it into school counselling curricula and teacher professional development to address the persistent gap between anti-bullying policies and actual student outcomes.

This study examined the socio-demographic characteristics of eligible donors in San Carlos City, Pangasinan, and assessed their levels of knowledge, attitudes, and practices (KAP) toward voluntary blood donation. It also determined the relationships between selected socio-demographic variables and KAP. Grounded in the Health Belief Model, Theory of Planned Behavior, and Social Cognitive Theory, the study highlights the influence of individual beliefs, social norms, and self-efficacy in shaping blood donation behaviors. A quantitative descriptive–correlational research design was employed. A total of 384 eligible donors were selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire developed from related literature. Descriptive statistics, weighted means, and Pearson correlation analysis were used to analyze the data. Results showed that most respondents were aged 18–24 years (60.7%), female (57.3%), single (73.7%), students (56.3%), and Roman Catholic (61.5%). The overall level of knowledge about voluntary blood donation was very high (AWM = 4.59), while attitudes were generally positive (AWM = 3.89). However, donation practices were only moderate (AWM = 3.96), indicating that consistent and regular donation remains less frequent among respondents. Statistical analysis further revealed significant relationships between selected socio-demographic variables and KAP (p < 0.05). The findings indicate that although eligible donors demonstrate strong knowledge and favorable attitudes toward blood donation, these do not always translate into sustained donation practices. Strengthening community-based interventions that enhance self-efficacy, reduce perceived barriers, and promote supportive social influences is recommended to encourage regular voluntary blood donation. Despite global fertility decline, men remain underexamined in fertility research, particularly in the Caribbean. Using nationally representative data from the 2021 Jamaica Reproductive Health Survey of men and women aged 15–49 years, this study examines the prevalence and socio-demographic factors associated with men having ever fathered a child in Jamaica. The analytic sample included 1,313 men aged 15-49 years who had ever had sex and been in a relationship. Male fertility was measured as ever having fathered a child. Survey-weighted descriptive analyses and multivariable logistic regression were used to examine socioeconomic, sociocultural, and behavioural determinants of entry into fatherhood. The results indicate that a little over half of men (52.9%) had fathered a child. Age and relationship context were the strongest predictors of fatherhood. Men in common-law, married, and visiting unions had significantly higher odds of fatherhood than men in girlfriend-type relationships. Fertility norms linking masculinity to fatherhood were strongly associated with having fathered a child, while conditional views of readiness for fatherhood were associated with delayed entry. Earlier sexual initiation increased the likelihood of fatherhood. Education and employment were not significant predictors after adjustment. Male fertility in Jamaica is shaped primarily by life-course position, relationship context, gender norms, fertility intentions, and sexual timing, rather than socioeconomic status alone. These findings highlight the need to include men in fertility research and reproductive health policy. Strengthening male inclusion in SRH data systems is essential for advancing SDG 3, SDG 5, SDG 10, and SDG 17 in post-transition societies.
This critical literature analysis investigates interventions and outcomes related to promoting diversity and inclusion among first-year students in higher education institutions in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Utilizing a scoping review method, the study examines existing research from 2004 to 2024 to evaluate strategies implemented to foster inclusive academic environments. In higher education, particularly for first-year students, diversity and inclusion are crucial for enhancing academic success, retention rates, and social integration. The review identifies key interventions such as orientation programs that address cultural diversity, mentorship initiatives, inclusive teaching practices, and support services tailored to diverse student needs. Outcomes of these interventions include improved academic performance, heightened student engagement, and stronger sense of belonging among first-year students. However, challenges remain, including resistance to inclusive practices, inadequate funding, and the necessity for continuous monitoring and evaluation of diversity initiatives. The findings highlight the importance of dedicated institutional commitment, ongoing professional development for faculty, and comprehensive policy support to sustain diversity and inclusion efforts. This analysis contributes to the broader discourse on higher education in KwaZulu-Natal, offering insights and recommendations for enhancing the academic and social experiences of first-year students through effective diversity and inclusion strategies. The research study titled “Budget Ledger: Proposed Implementation of Blockchain to Fund Management in Barangays of Lipa City” focuses on how blockchain technology can be integrated into the fund management systems of barangays in Lipa City, Batangas, Philippines. This aimed to address transparency and accountability issues that arise in local government financial procedures. Currently, barangay fund management is challenged by inefficient manual processes and frequent issues with fund misuse or inadequate documentation, potentially undermining community trust and development. By adopting blockchain—a secure, decentralized digital ledger—barangays could mitigate these risks, creating an immutable, transparent record of financial transactions that supports sound fund management practices. The study employed a mixed-method research methodology, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative focus group discussions with barangay treasurers responsible for budget allocation and fund disbursement. This two-pronged approach is designed to provide a thorough knowledge of the potential benefits, challenges, and practical requirements for blockchain use in barangay fund administration. Survey results will quantify officials’ perspectives on present procedures and perceived blockchain benefits, while focus group discussions will provide in-depth insights into specific issues and opportunities for blockchain integration. Furthermore, the study strictly followed ethical considerations, ensuring informed consent, confidentiality, and data privacy. The study also employed statistical analysis using Cronbach’s alpha coefficient to interpret the data collected. The results showed that respondents believe blockchain technology can enhance accountability in the barangay’s budgeting system through real-time transaction auditing, improved transparency, and increased public involvement. However, challenges such as privacy concerns and a lack of technical expertise were also identified. This research provides policymakers with valuable insights into the feasibility and projected impact of blockchain implementation in the local government of Lipa City. Specifically, it examined the nurses’ demographic and professional profiles, their perceptions of factors influencing lifestyle behaviors and quality of work-life, and the relationships between these variables. The respondents were nurses working in selected healthcare facilities in Eastern Pangasinan. A quantitative, descriptive-correlational research design was employed, and data were gathered using a structured survey questionnaire to assess nurses’ perceptions and experiences related to lifestyle behaviors and quality of work-life. The findings revealed that the majority of the respondents are young, single, female nurses with limited experience in public hospitals working rotating shifts. These nurses recognize that their work schedule, lack of physical activity, poor diet, sleep quality, and emotional well-being increase their risk of lifestyle-related diseases. Specifically, early-career nurses are vulnerable to burnout and physical symptoms, public hospital nurses face restrictive environments with poor nutrition as a major risk due to time constraints, and female nurses experience unique sleep and emotional challenges. Despite being aware of the risks, these nurses lack the support to make positive lifestyle changes. Based on the findings, it is recommended that healthcare facilities should explore more consistent or shorter work schedules, like reducing the frequency of irregular rotating shifts, which could help nurses maintain regular eating schedules, improve circadian consistency, and ensure they have enough time to recover between shifts. Public hospitals, in particular, should prioritize the availability of healthy food options within the immediate work environment. Enhanced physical activity support in order to combat the time poverty and fatigue that prevent exercise, hospitals should provide on-site fitness facilities or safe spaces for physical activity, emotional well-being, and mental health programs. Grounded in the frameworks developed by Mishra & Koehler (2006) and Lee Shulman (1986, 1987), the research examines how the seven core domains of TPACK, Content Knowledge (CK), Pedagogical Knowledge (PK), Technological Knowledge (TK), Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK), Technological Content Knowledge (TCK), Technological Pedagogical Knowledge (TPK), and integrated TPACK relate to teaching effectiveness. The study adopts a sequential explanatory design, combining quantitative survey data from 245 respondents and qualitative insights from semi-structured interviews. Descriptive and inferential statistical tools, including Pearson’s correlation and multiple regression analysis, are employed to test the hypothesis that no significant relationship exists between TPACK and teacher performance. The findings reveal that while teachers demonstrate strong proficiency in content and pedagogical knowledge, their technological competencies remain limited, constrained by infrastructural deficits, resource scarcity, and limited professional development opportunities. Results confirm a significant positive association between overall TPACK competency and teaching performance, with integrated TPACK and PCK emerging as the strongest predictors of effectiveness. Qualitative data highlight challenges such as unstable power supply, limited access to digital tools, and inadequate training, while also identifying adaptive strategies used to deliver quality instruction despite constraints. This research addresses a critical gap in global literature, which has largely focused on developed nations, by providing context-specific evidence from a resource-constrained setting. The findings offer actionable insights for policymakers, university administrators, and educators, supporting the design of targeted training programs and policy interventions to enhance teaching quality and learning outcomes in Liberian higher education. This paper assesses the growth dynamics of the Saudi Arabian tourism industry using Tourism Demand Statistics 2015-2020 data, including key variables such as total tourist trips, nights, total expenditures, and average spending. The analysis specifically covers the period from 2015 to 2019, excluding 2020 data due to the massive disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. This omission would mean the study is centered on trends before the pandemic, and it would provide a better perspective on how Vision 2030 will affect the growth and sustainability of tourism. The study evaluates how Saudi tourism aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth) and SDG 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production). The results show that tourism is growing strongly up to 2018, and the number of tourist trips and spending will continue to increase, supporting SDG 8 economic goals. Nevertheless, SDG 12 alignment is inconsistent, with the increase in per-night expenditure indicating that resource consumption is growing, while there are no substantial improvements in sustainability. The 2019 recession is an indicator of the sector's susceptibility to exogenous shocks and underscores the need to implement policies that promote resilience and sustainable growth. The paper presents practical suggestions for policymakers and underscores the need for real-time surveillance of tourism and enhanced sustainable practices to facilitate its long-term development in line with the objectives of Vision 2030.

A qualitative phenomenological design is employed, involving ten nurse supervisors selected through purposive sampling. Data are collected through in-depth individual interviews to capture rich personal insights and lived experiences. Revealing five major themes, the findings highlight: (1) the multifaceted and demanding nature of the role, requiring adaptability and empathy; (2) workforce challenges, including staffing shortages, delegation difficulties, and resource constraints; (3) the physical, emotional, and psychological impact of the role; (4) coping strategies involving problem-solving, communication, and delegation; and (5) life realizations emphasizing compassion, fairness, and self-care. Concluding that nurse supervisors experience complex role demands that significantly affect their well-being and leadership capacity, the study recommends prioritizing self-care practices, strengthening leadership training programs, and enhancing institutional support systems to improve both staff welfare and patient care outcomes. Inadequate access to fire extinguishers and widespread unfamiliarity with their proper use during emergencies remain critical concerns. These gaps in fire safety preparedness often lead to delayed response times and preventable escalation of incidents. To assess the impact of integrating real-time location tracking and instructional guidance in fire safety, this study utilized the Research and Development design (R&D) to develop the Fire Extinguisher Locator with Instruction Expert (FELIX), a mobile application designed to enhance preparedness. FELIX combines two features: a GPS-based extinguisher locator and an embedded instruction system that guides users on proper usage. Testing was conducted using two smartphone brands, utilizing performance indicators such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. It involved 100 trials per device, evaluating consistency in locating fire extinguishers and providing correct instructions, followed by data collection using a confusion matrix. Results indicated a perfect recall rate for both devices, with Device 1 achieving slightly higher accuracy (0.72) and F1-score (0.84) compared to Device 2 (0.69 and 0.82). While the app’s digital tools enhanced user awareness and response time, variations in smartphone hardware slightly affected location accuracy. Findings affirm the application as a dependable and innovative fire safety tool. This study underscores the potential of mobile-based technologies like FELIX in addressing long-standing gaps in emergency preparedness. The researchers recommend further development in this domain to support safer, more resilient communities. Engineering consulting plays a pivotal role in advancing sustainable infrastructure, energy systems, and community development. However, the sector has lacked standardized, decision-useful methodologies to measure its contributions to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This paper presents a replicable, revenue-based framework to operationalize SDGs within engineering consulting, drawing on CIMA+’s implementation of SDG-driven revenue attribution. Building on the Corporate Knights Sustainable Economy Taxonomy, the framework evaluates projects against five sustainability indicators: greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction, water conservation, waste minimization, climate resilience, and contributions to Indigenous and local communities. Results from the 2024 reporting year indicate that 62.3% of CIMA+ revenues were SDG-aligned, with significant sectoral variation. Compared with existing approaches such as Ramboll’s SDG Revenue Framework and EU taxonomy-based methods, the proposed model offers greater operational flexibility, inclusivity, and integration with internal financial systems. The paper discusses methodological limitations, uncertainty, and data constraints, and outlines directions for future research, including impact quantification and cross-sector benchmarking.
The accelerating impacts of climate change continue to expose inequalities in access to information, technology, and adaptive capacity, particularly in vulnerable coastal regions. This article is based on a keynote presentation given at Unique Conference Canada’s Sustainable Development Goals 2025, and it explores how geographic insights and digital innovation can advance the principle of leaving no one behind through the example of the Guyana Coastal Analysis System (G-CAS) — a satellite-driven, web-based platform developed to monitor and analyse coastal dynamics in near real time. G-CAS integrates multi-source geospatial data to assess shoreline change, coastal squeeze, bathymetric shifts, and flood risks, offering actionable intelligence for policymakers, researchers, and communities. By providing open-access geospatial analytics, the system democratises data and enhances decision-making across multiple governance levels — from national disaster management to local community planning. This article discusses how the design and implementation of G-CAS embody inclusive development principles, blending science, technology, and community engagement. It highlights how the platform supports the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 13 (Climate Action), SDG 14 (Life Below Water), and SDG 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities), while creating pathways for data equity, capacity building, and participatory adaptation planning. Ultimately, this article emphasises how geospatial science can bridge the gap between technological innovation and social inclusion — ensuring that small states and local communities not only access but actively shape the data ecosystems that influence their future resilience.
In alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—specifically Goal 4 (Quality Education) and Goal 11 (Sustainable Cities and Communities)—Japan has witnessed a burgeoning interest in sustainable, child-centered educational environments. A primary focus of this movement is the integration of wood and natural materials in early childhood education (ECE) facilities, catalyzed by national policies such as the 2010 Act on the Promotion of Use of Wood in Public Buildings and the 2015 "Wooden School Initiative". This study investigates how wooden architecture in ECE facilities contributes to sustainable development and high-quality, inclusive education through a focused qualitative case study of a wooden kindergarten in Japan. The research employs the original conceptual framework of "Community-Co-Created Educational Design," which positions educational space as an interface between architecture, pedagogy, and local resource systems. Methodologically, the study draws on a semi-structured interview with a senior facility manager, supplemented by stakeholder interviews with the facility’s designer and play equipment manufacturer to ensure data triangulation. The findings demonstrate that wood-based design transcends aesthetics to become a socio-material vehicle for local sustainability, intergenerational learning, and social cohesion. While the study acknowledges the inherent representational limitations of a single primary informant, it provides foundational insights for global discourse on ecological awareness and child-friendly urban planning. Furthermore, identified challenges—including limited subsidy awareness, maintenance demands, and policy-practice gaps—highlight the necessity for implementation-oriented strategies to sustain these environments. ucchennacollins7@gmail.com Gullas College of Medicine Mandaue, Cebu City, Philippines Anaphylaxis, toxicological emergencies, hemorrhage, hyperpyrexia, and acute abdomen are acute life-threatening conditions that share a common feature of rapid physiological deterioration without prompt treatment. Early diagnosis and early, specific treatment are vital factors of survival, complication avoidance, and functional recovery. This review is a synthesis of evidence on various emergencies, which relies on mechanism-based intervention, with a special focus on vascular collapse, toxic load, metabolic dysregulation, and organ compromise. Evidence shows that early interventions within the critical early period, including epinephrine in anaphylaxis, antidotes in toxicological crises, rapid cooling in hyperpyrexia, aggressive hemorrhage control, and early surgical management, have a significantly positive impact on mortality and morbidity. The prehospital triage, rapid-response protocols, and multidisciplinary coordination also lead to better results. New technologies, such as telemedicine, wearable sensors, and artificial intelligence-driven decision support, offer opportunities to improve the timeliness and accuracy of care. This review underscores the importance of rapid response in life-threatening emergencies, highlighting the need to integrate clinical insight with efficient response systems to improve patient outcomes. It also provides direction for clinicians, policymakers, and healthcare systems in applying timely, evidence-based approaches in acute care. It describes the respondents’ demographic profile and assesses their knowledge of antenatal care and pregnancy danger signs, attitudes toward community-based interventions, and adherence to recommended maternal health practices. It further determines the relationships between selected demographic variables and these factors. Employing a descriptive–correlational design, data were collected from 60 pregnant women using a structured questionnaire. Statistical analyses include frequency, percentage, weighted mean, and Pearson’s correlation coefficient at a 0.05 level of significance. Findings indicate generally high levels of knowledge, positive attitudes, and moderate adherence among respondents. Higher knowledge is associated with more favorable attitudes and better adherence, while selected demographic variables show significant relationships with these outcomes. The study concludes that community-based interventions play a critical role in improving maternal health outcomes. Strengthening health education, enhancing community participation, and improving access to services are recommended.
