
For effectively preventing the disease of cucumber root knot nematode, it used contrast test to discuss the preventing effect of10% fosthiazate on root knot nematode. The test result shows that 10% fosthiazate has great effect on preventing root knot nematode disease, recommended dosing is 2.5~3.0 kg / 667 m2, suggests to apply in the production of large area.
The article is based on the rainfall data in 1951—2012 in Songshan district in Chifeng, used the method of Z index to determine the drought and flood year, and did the analysis from the aspect of seasons. The result shows that the rainfall is gradually declining year by year in Songshan district; there are 16 drought years, 13 flood years, the drought and flood rate is 46.78%, and occasionally have successive years for the situation; the variation trend of the rainfall in various seasons is not consistent, it is upward trend in spring and summer, downward trend in autumn and winter, the drought and flood rate in the four seasons is about 35%.

To add oligosaccharides of different types and amount in sweet potato starch for determining starch viscosity, starch iodine blue value and retrogradation in order to study the influence of oligosaccharides on sweet potato starch properties. The result showed that adding different types and different amount oligosaccharides had big influence on starch viscosity, starch iodine blue value and retrogra-dation of sweet potato starch;maltose had the biggest influence on thermal stability and starch iodine blue value of sweet potato starch, xylo oligosaccharides had the biggest influence on retrogradation of sweet potato starch.

To add oligosaccharide of different types and different quantities in phosphate ester sweet potato starch for determining starch viscosity and iodine blue value variation, the result showed that adding different types and different quantities oligosaccharide has big influence on viscosity and iodine blue value of phosphate ester sweet potato starch. When the adding quantity of fructo-oligosaccharides was 0.3 g / 2 g, the stability of starch was the best, and hard to age; with the increasing of oligosaccharide adding quantity, starch iodine blue value decreased, and reached its minimum value when the adding quantity of maltose is 0.5 g / 2 g.

In this study, a population of 114 RIL lines from the cross of W7984 ×Opata85 was evaluated for grain length、grain width and grain shape(the ratio of length to width). With the QTL mapping software Win QTLCart2.5 and the method of mixed-model interval mapping and composite interval mapping, one putative QTL related to grain length, two putative QTLs related to grain width and five putative QTLs related to grain shape were detected in this population and respectively located on chromosome 2A、2B、3A、4A、5B、7A、7D. The largest and most consistent grain length locus was identified on the long arm of chromosome 2A, accounting for 21% phenotypic variation.
For getting to know the efficiency of microbial fertilizer to cucumber, it used contrast test to study the influence of microbial fertilizer on the growth and the yield of cucumber. The result shows that the application of microbial fertilizer can obviously improve the growth property of cucumber; the yield is obviously increased, increased 386~516 kg/667 m2 than using regular fertilizer, increasing rate is 7.1%~8.3%.

The parallel operation of distributed generation(DG) has big influences on the safety and operation of distribution power network. The article raises improved forward and backward substitution method based on the analysis of the general DG model. With the consideration of poor ability of PV nodes treatment in the method, the reactive power correction is used; meanwhile it also analyzes the influences of DG interconnection to the system. With the process of verified feasibility in IEEE33 nodes system, the result comes out that the access of DG has influences on system voltage and power loss, the injection of a certain amount reactive power will reduce power loss.
