This paper focus on modifying zeolite used microwave and NaCl to treat the plating wastewater contained heavy metal ions to address the pollution status of environment by plating electroplating wastewater. Under the condition of static state, effects of microwave power, radiation time, reaction temperature, contact time, the p H, particle size, dosage and the other factors were studied and analyzed. The results showed that after the plating wastewater was treated by the modified zeolite particle, the contents of Cu2+、Zn2+、Ni2+ in plating wastewater were markedly lower and the removal rate of heavy metal cations all reached 93.6% when the conditions were microwave power 490 W, radiation time 6 min, reaction temperature 40℃, p H value 6, reaction time 30 min,particle size 0.15~0.18 mm and dosage 8.0g/L.
Based on a new road which located in Xundian county of Yunnan province slop status and the actual geological conditions, the slope stability is analyzed. By using series software of geotechnical engineering, stability safety factor and force of sliding prevention is calculated.So as to judge whether it is stable or not. Reasonable measures is made to provide theoretical basis for Landslide treatment.
During composting process, temperature was important in the activities of microorganisms, which was the main factor of composting. The aerobic composting experiment for different proportion of attapulgite which were added into chicken manure was carried out to measure the temperature. The results suggested that the speed of increasing temperature compost in 3:7 and 4:6 in mass proportion of attapulgite to chicken manure was faster than other treatments, and the standing time of pyrolytic period in 50~60℃reached 12 days which was significantly longer than other treatments. Addition of attapulgite can extend the composting pyrolytic period and increase the temperature of compost, ameliorate ferment period, improve quality of compost. The results were helpful for harmless composting of animal manure.
The calcium silicate was grinded though fluidized bed jet mill that was designed and modified by laboratory. The effect of frequency of classifier and induced draft fan on the particle size of calcium silicate was studied. The modification method was proposed based on the measuring data. When the frequency of classifier and induced draft fan are separately 50 Hz and 40 Hz, the particle size of powder product is mix- mum and the output of production have best result.
In this paper, it was studied that tourmaline powder was modified with three kinds of cationic surfactant. Experiment results showed that the modification effect of cationic surfactant was rather low obveriously comparative to reactive agent, coupling agent, non-ionic surfactant and anion surfactant. The results give a clear message to tourmaline surface modification and its comprehensive utilization.
Using the deoiled residue oil shale as the raw material, a polymeric aluminum ferric chloride(PAFC) flocculants was prepared by the process of acid leaching, hydrolysis, polymerization, aging, etc. Parameters of acid leaching process of the PAFC preparation were particularly studied, and the optimum conditions were obtained: activation temperature 850℃, concentration of hydrochloric acid 20.2%, acid leaching temperature 110℃, acid leaching time 2 hours, ratio of liquid to solid 4:1, and the leaching rates of Al2O3 and Fe2O3 was 90.6% and 91.7% respectively. The structure of PAFC was studied by IR and the test of flocculating ability was carried out. The results show that flocculating ability of PAFC flocculants was better than poly aluminum chloride(PAC) under the same condition, and it was feasible to manufacture PAFC flocculants based on deoiled residue oil shale.

In this paper, the intercalated modification mechanism of kaolinite is analyzed, traditioncal methods of kaolinite's intercalated modification, as well as, several new methods in recent years are summarized, especially microwave-assisted intercalated modification and sonochemistry intercalated modification. In addition, the potential applications of kaolinite's organic intercalated composite are described in aspects of ceramic, optics, electricity, environmental protection and structural materials.

Regional metamorphic graphite deposit is China's major industrial graphite deposit types,large quantities and reserves.This type of deposit is mainly distributed in the Sino Korean and Yangtze paraplatform, uplift of Jihei and Qinling fold system, which prolifics in the Precambrian and the deep metamorphic rocks.The ore body mostly outputs at bedded, stratoid and lenticular.The main ore types are graphite gneisses and graphite schist.The sourse of graphite carbon mainly is biological carbon,which is organic origin.
The middlings processing mode of graphite ore flotation purification was mainly based on the content of graphite in the middling coenobium and the quality requirements of the final concentrate. At present the common processing modes of graphite middlings are focus return, step by step to return, handling alone and a variety of joint handling process and so on four ways. As rich and easy dressing graphite resource become less and less, poor, fine and difficult dressing ore is being the main problem faced now, a variety of joint handling process will become to the main process to deal with the poor, fine and difficult dressing ore.

This paper introduces the process of preparing construction gypsum by by-product calcium sulfate of lactic acid fermentation. The key factors of influencing gypsum quality were studied and the optimum technical conditions of preparing gypsum were presented.
Decolorizing treatment of methyl orange from simulated wastewater by using granular bentonite-based compound adsorbent cooperated with surfactant was carried out in this paper. The effect of dosage of surfactant and adsorbent, contact time, temperature and pH on the decolorizing rate was examined. And the reuse of adsorbent was also investigated. Results indicated that the decolorizing rate of methyl orange wastewater by applying above compound adsorbent and surfactant could be up to 96%. The initial concentration had little effect on its decolorizing rate while the solution temperature had great effect under the test condition. Acidic condition was better for the decolorizing treatment of methyl orange. The compound adsorbent could be reused for at least twice with higher removal capacity when cooperated with surfactant. During decolorizing treatment methyl orange could be removed mainly through flocculation together with a certain adsorption, so the above treatment method had a broad application prospects.
A technological experimental research on a fluorite ore in Inner Mongolia was carried out. Through a IR spectrum analysis of their modified collector, the structure of its functional group was determined, hence the reason why the medicament could stand up low temperature condition was explained. And by measuring the surface potential of fluorite and quartz before and after accession to collector, the appropriate flotation p H was identified and explained. At the same time, the reason why acid water glass could depress the quartz was analyzed.

This paper reviewed the processing and application of magnesium-containing minerals in the last five years(2009~2014).The minerals include magnesite, dolomite, bischofite and so forth. The present products are magnesia, magnesium hydroxide, magnesium carbonate, magnesium chloride, magnesium sulfate and magnesium metal. Typical processing technologies for magnesiumcontaining minerals are carbonization, precipitation method and acidification method. The future development of processing technologies and products of magnesium-containing minerals are discussed.
Using the Ca-bentonite from the Hubei Ezhou, bentonite as the raw material and the Na-based bentonite modified with Na2CO3 has been prepared, the semi-dry wheel-rolling method was adopaed to investigate the influence of the particle size of raw material, the dosage of sodium carbonate, the moisture of the modification, the time, the ageing time, and the modification technological conditions were determined. After the Na-modification, the physiochemical performances of the bentonite were improved greatly and could meet the requirements of palletizing as adhesive used in the metallurgical industry.
This paper reviewed the overview of phosphate ore beneficiation technology and reagents systematically. The processing methods of phosphate ore including gravity separation, flotation, chemical beneficiation and their combined flowsheet,photoelectric separation, biological dressing and selective flocculation, ect. Different treatment processes apply to different phosphate ore. The focus of the present research is silicon-calcium phosphate ore which flotation is the preferred method, and in the future the tendency is the combination of flotation and other kinds of processing methods. In the aspect of reagents, develop high-efficiency and low-toxicity reagents to reduce the dosage, achieve room temperature flotation and improve beneficiation indicators, and eventually be coordinated in efficient, economic and environmental aspects, will be the key direction of flotation reagents research.
