
By the application of SIMATICS S7-200 SMART control technology and PID regulation theory,the heating system and spray system of the wet electrostatic precipitator is improved from the hardware and software of temperature and humidity control system,which overcomes the existing shortcomings. The designed control system based on PLC promotes the automation performance,anti-interference ability,convenient regulation,reliable operation and saves energy,which is of great value in application.

In order to study the safety of the construction process about loess tunnel in Niutou hill,with the ANSYS software and the shear strength reduction method,using the up and down step method,the construction process of the loess tunnel in Niutou hill is simulated,and the construction safety factor to the loess tunnel is obtained and the plastic zone of the soil surrounding tunnel is analyzed in the construction process.The result shows that the plastic zone of the loess tunnel is mainly located at both sides of the curved wall of the tunnel,and the construction safety factor is 1.873,which meets with the project quality requirements.Thus the construction safety of loess tunnel in Niutou hill is evaluated quantitatively,and a reference is provided for normal construction of loess tunnel in Niutou hill.
