
This paper introduces the application of PLC in control system of drilling machine with multi-head.The construction,function and control conditions of the machine are analyzed,the hardware and software design of the control system are also expounded.Put forward the distribution table,and programming the automation control program.The results shows that efficiency are effective improved and the equipment maintenance workload are reduced.

In this paper,12 virtual vectors with equivalent amplitudes are constructed,and a scheme of direct torque control on three-level inverter based on virtual vectors with fuzzy logic is proposed,based on space voltage vector of three-level inverter.The virtual vectors don't introduce midpoint current in principle,so don't cause fluctuations to mid-point voltage of DC;equal magnitude designed and selected with fuzzy logic can reduce the torque ripple effectively.The control of mid-point voltage is realized by adjusting the action time of positive and negative small vectors of virtual vector odd-numbered.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by Matlab simulation,and suitable for large-capacity AC drive system.

In the design of active power filter,the real-time detection of harmonic current is the key techniques of control and compensation.In the paper,based on the theory of coordinate transformation and instantaneous reactive power,we got the value of harmonic current.Meanwhile,to verify the theory's analysis,we used MATLAB to simulate the nonlinear load which is the uncontrolled bridge rectifier with capacitive load.The simulation results showed that we could effectively get the fundamental and harmonic components of the current.

针对转向架构架生产、组装过程中温度具有非线性、时滞、随机性和动态时变等特点,提出了一种基于灰色预测的智能算法,首先,利用灰色预测的强自适应性,预测电阻炉炉温,减少了炉温滞后的影响,采用了一种参数自校正的模糊控制策略,对构架电阻炉温度进行控制;运行结果表明时效炉温度基本稳定在设定值的±5℃,经实践证明:该系统控制精度高,超调量小,能满足控制要求。
