
By an examination of the theory and reality, it is found that the international order in East Asia is still in the mode of stable hegemony. But the existing literature tends to accept the mode from dualistic structure to triple spiral pattern, i.e. the stable hegemony needs to be built on the reciprocal causation relationship among economy, safety and state will. In reality, the supply of pubic goods by a single country will lead to the unstable regional order as long as the hegemonic powers remain the same overall strength and state will. The developing countries must develop simultaneously in economy, safety and state will, thus forming a triple spiral pattern in the supply of public goods. Only by doing so can the hegemony be changed.
On the basis of Japan's retail trade's innovative practice in low-carbon operation, the low-carbon operational approaches in Japan's convenient stores are analyzed, and its enlightenment to China's retail trades is proposed. In detail, low-carbon operation should be based on the basic things, and the stores should be converted into an educational base in green and sustainable development.
IART algorithm is applicable to the linear tomography.A weighted SART algorithm is advanced by using weighted method of IART.The way of obtaining weight values and initial iterative values in iterative process of curve tomography is given in this paper.The results of simulation and concrete examples show that ac-curacy of computation and the quality of image reconstruction can be improved by weighted SART algorithm com-pared with conventional SART algorithm.

"Peripateticism and Biography of Chuang Tzu", a prose work written by Mr. Wang Chong-lü, a famous Chinese scholar, is a combination of biography and research on Chuang Tzu. This paper sets the earnings announcements of China's listed companies during 2003- 2012 as the study sample,and divides the unexpected earnings into the unexpected cash flow and the unexpected accruals to test the two mainstream interpretations of PEAD: underreaction and risk adjustment. The results show that between the unexpected cash flow and the future stock returns the positive correlation is stronger compared with the unexpected accruals. In addition,the predictive capability of the unexpected cash flow for the future stock returns is greater than the unexpected accruals'. The empirical evidence supports the underreaction interpretation of PEAD.
Lici in Wenxindiaolong by Liu Xie in the Southern Dynasty, is the first monograph about antithetical parallelism in the history of development of theory and criticism of Chinese ancient literature.The cultural atmosphere of advocating antithetical parallelism of the Southern Dynasty, and inherent characteristics of Chinese language, spawned the theory of Lici in Wenxindiaolong which specially and systematically studied antithetical parallelism for the first time. Liu Xie pointed out that antithetical parallelism originated in the influence of nature, application of antithetical parallelism and prose at the same time in literary creation, could create a good effect of literary language.
By using a new analytical method,modified Ishikawa iterative sequences with mixed errors approximations problem of fixed point for generalized uniformly Lipschiz asymptotically pseudocontractive mappings are studied in uniformly smooth Banach space. Under the conditions of removing the bounded restrictions of D,a strong convergence theorem are obtained,which improve and extend some known results.

The remote meter reading process on flowmeters without 485 communication interface,which were installed in early period,are specially presented. The process is controlled by PLC( programmable logic controller) and can be used to collect data from various kinds of instruments.

The existing recommendation algorithms have poor robustness against shilling attacks.In this con-sideration,in this paper we propose a robust recommendation algorithm incorporated with the difference of indi-vidual features.We first give two individual features which are user′s deviation degree of rating numbers and av-erage similarity of user′s neighbors.According to the distribution of users′ratings,we introduce the computation-al methods of individual features.Then we give the algorithm which can be used to label suspicious users based on the differences of computational results of individual features.Finally,we incorporate the matrix factorization technology with the identification results of suspicious users to make recommendations for users.Experimental re-sults show that the proposed algorithm not only improves the recommendation accuracy, but also has better ro-bustness.
China′s commercial real estate seems disordered during the undergoing urbanization.The reason is that there is not accurate index to illustrate the development of commercial real estate .This thesis analyzed the defect of the present calculating method, based on which we proposed to integratedly use three methods to meas-ure the development of the commercial real estate, such as the method of purchasing power, the method of dy-namic relative index and the method of per capita commercial area.Additionally, it also took the Jinzhou city as an example and gave some advice.
In view of the present situation of evaluation of the traditional single model cannot fully reflect the comprehensive quality of PE teachers in colleges .This paper based on the principal component analysis method and simplifies the multi variable of the high dimension space into comprehensive index of low dimension by di -mension reduction .As the basis of the definition and properties of principal component , construct the mathemati-cal model and evaluate the specific examples in accordance with the evaluation process .The process of evaluation includes calculating the characteristic value and the variance contribution rate , calculating factor loading matrix and constructing the expression of factor analysis , constructing the expression of comprehensive evaluation;The example change the evaluation of 7 teachers into 4 evaluation of principal factor and then get a result .The results of this study enrich and develop the theory of educational evaluation and play an important role in promoting the sustained and healthy development of PE teaching in colleges .

This paper investigates the state- feedback stabilization problem for a class of stochastic high-order feedforward nonlinear system. By adopting the homogeneous domination method and introducing an appropriate coordinate transformation,the state- feedback controller is constructed to render the closed- loop system globally asymptotically stable in probability. A simulation example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed design scheme.
Optimization for a class of microbial fermentation process is addressed in this paper .A steady-state optimization model is first given .This problem maximizes the concentration of product 1, 3-propanediol. Then a hybrid optimization method for solving the presented problem is constructed by using the MATLAB and 1 stOpt software toolkits .Good application effects have been achieved .
The short-voiced in Cangzhou Region of Hebei Province is distinctive in three aspects:The second tone in front of short-voiced in its eastern region is divided into first tone and third tone; there exists difference for pronunciation of second tone and fourth tone in combination of the second tone + short-voiced sound and the fourth tone + short-voiced sound; for some short-voiced sound, its pronunciation is affected by its prior tone— extension from its finish point.
