
Soxhlet extraction is the most commonly used extraction method. Ultrasonic extraction is an effective way to extract the materials with quick and effective component extraction,which is developed in recent years. Both methods have advantages and disadvantages. In this paper,a Chinese medicine-Zhengtian Pill is used as a sample,these two extraction methods are optimized and used to extract the effective components. High performance liquid chromatography is applied to evaluate the extraction results of these two methods. Ultrasonic extraction method shows a more efficient extraction efficiency.
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are carcinogenic,teratogenic,mutagenic micropollutants,concerns over their adverse human health effects have resulted in extensive studies on the remediation of soils contaminated by PAHs. This paper aims to provide a review of the remediation technologies specifically for PAH-contaminated soils. The remediation technologies including bioremediation,phytoremediation,solvent extraction,chemical oxidation,electrokinetic remediationand thermal treatment are discussed in this paper.

The advantages and disadvantages of ecological area planning are analyzed,the goal of building ecological region is formulated and the indexes system of ecological area planning,technical route,district planning scheme are put forward. In order to provide reference for Jiangsu province which carries out the planning of Ecological region at county level.
Learning the most complete and scientific water pollution control act and the Clean Water Act in the US,would be helpful for promoting the development of water environmental management system in China. The water quality- based approach is the important connotation of the Clean Water Act and it plays a significant role in environmental improvements. The purpose of the paper is to introduce and discuss some important programs and strategies related to the water quality- based approach and give some help in water environmental management system in China,such as establishing water quality standards,surface water monitoring,303( d) listing for impaired water bodies,developing total maximum daily loads( TMDL) and implement strategies.
Livestock breeding pollution is one of the main causes of non- point source pollution in rural areas of China. Based on the summary analysis of current situation of livestock- Poultry breeding pollution,the physical and natural- biological treatment, and industrial treatment technology,etc of main livestock and poultry breeding wastewater treatment technologies are introduced.
Using enzyme substrate method with fixed substrate; the fecal coliform was respectively determined in parallel double sample,those were the bottled mineral water,water plant water slobber,the Yangtze River water,sewage treatment plant effluent,urban river water and the outlet water from livestock and poultry farms,the relative deviation is 0 ~ 12%. Using the enzyme substrate method with fixed substrate and multiple tube fermentation method to determine the fecal coliform bacteria in the Yangtze River water,the same group samples were detected,and through paired t-test,the degree of confidence of 95%,there was no significant difference between the two methods.
There are a lot of factors affecting effective long-term operation and management of village sewage treatment facilities.In this article,all the factors were analyzed systematically. Three main categories,were project construction,late management and service population. Eleven subcategories were as follows: construction quality,pollution control process,automation run levels,property liability,model of operation and management,operation expenses,skill levels of management and maintenance staff,regulatory and reward system,environmental awareness of service population,affordability levels of service population,lifestyles of service population,and were chosen as evaluation objects,with the method of fieldwork research,public questionnaire and expert advice. The relative importance of the eleven factors was determined by AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) and the key factors were selected,which provided technical guidance for the effective long-term operation and management in all regions of Jiangsu Province.
In the spring of 2011( April 23),water quality and phytoplankton were investigated in 12 field sampling sites in the ancient Canal,an urban river connected with Yangtse River in Zhenjiang. The results of water quality evaluation showed that this river was heavily polluted under eutrophic condition,and deteriorated along the river. There were 5 phyla including 71 species of phytoplankton were identified in this investigation,with the abundance ranged from 0. 4 × 106 to 106. 8 × 106cells /L,biomass from1. 72 to 54. 65 mg /L. Chlorophyta and Cyanophyta were the predominant phyla,and the dominant species were all resistance to pollution. In different sampling sites along the river,there was great difference in the community structure indices including density,composition ratios of species,and diversity. The results of water quality evaluation by different phytoplankton indices were different.In the heavily polluted and eutrophic urban rivers,phytoplankton biotic survey for water quality evaluation should be carried out by a comprehensive index.
In order to resolve the unstable removal rates of TP and SS in township wastewater treatment plant,the removal efficiencies influenced by different coagulants,including aluminum- ferric salts,poly aluminum chloride( PAC) and aluminum sulphate were investigated. Effects of the dosage of coagulant,mix liquid sludge concentration and pH value on the coagulation efficiency and the removal of pollutants were discussed. The results showed that when the coagulant dosage CPAC = 40 mg / L,the outlet effluent could meet the reguirements of 1A discharge standard of Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant promulgated by the ministry of construction( GB18918- 2002) . Based on the feed water quality and operating parameters, when the MLSS of aerobic tank was 5000 to 6000 mg / L,the biodegradation in the aerobic tank and coagulation- sedimentation could effectively operation,and the effluent TP and SS could meet the require nerds of discharge standard. When the township wastewater was acidic( pH≤5) caused by the emissions of industrial wastewater,the outlet effluent TP and SS could not meet the discharge standard requirements only through enhanced coagulation. In order to ensure the effluent TP and SS to meet the requirements of discharge standard,the coagulant of aluminum- ferric salts should be adopted and the filtration equipment was needed in the township wastewater treatment plant.
Based on the actual problems of noise sensitive points in the process of monitoring,which ware caused by the eail transit( underg round),effects of noise sensitive points to the surrounding environment were statistically analyzed,and the improvement and suggestions on some problems were put forward.
Analysis of process design thinking of hazardous waste disposal was taken as the decision basis for the construction of the hazardous waste disposal center in an industrial park. The results show that,the system of rotary kiln incineration( the scale of 30 000 tons / year) and physicochemical treatment( the scale of 30 000 tons / year) could meet the reguirements of the park centralized disposal of hazardous wastes. Incineration of solid wastes,waste water and the line waste was equipped with a feed system,and advanced gas treatment system of the main index of flue gas emissions to meet the reguirements of EU 2 000 standard was equipped. Process design of classification of collection and treatment in the physicochemical treatment system could effectively remove organic matter and heavy metals in waste water,and the effluent was released into the waste water treatment station. Therefore,the construction of the hazardous waste disposal center was an effective way in hazardous waste treatment,which would finally realized the safe disposal of hazardous waste from the industrial park.

By in- depth study,the tourmaline honeycomb ceramics was preparated to realize the effective use of precious tourmaline resource,not only gave full play to the effect of tourmaline but also reduced the user cost. Industrial wastewater reuse and treatment technologies are introduced in this paper. The status of industrial waste water reuse in food industry,steel industry,paper making industry and leather industry is listed. The physical,chemical and biological methods of industrial wastewater treatment are also expounded,and the significance of industrial wastewater recycling and treatment technologies are explained.
A new method for the determination of tetrahydrofuran in water by using HS- GC was developed. The influence of headspace temperature,time and NaCl dosage were studied. linear calibration curves were obtained for tetrahydrofuran in range between 0. 10 mg / L and 10. 0 mg / L. The detection limit of this method was found to be 0. 02 mg / L and RSD was no less than 6. 9%. The results showed that the average recovery rate of five parallel tests was 92. 3% ~ 107%.

The index system consists of general index which is determined by department of finance,and character index according to different projects. The entire index system appears to be unified in index system and flexible in detailed index.
According to virtual private network( VPN) tunnel security technology,combined with remote desktop control program,a kind of new method of remote maintenance and diagnosis method of automatic station through the internet in air was put forward. The method not only ensure the automatic station data safety,but also reduce the cost of network and communication to promote the remote maintenance and diagnosis which is widely used in air automatic monitoring system. The key technology the composition structure and working mechanism are discussed with examples in details.
The ecological restoration technique to new man- made lake is dependent on the basis of traditional ecological remediation technique applied contaminated lake,and it was creatively used in Dayuangongyuan lake( 30°42'N,104°2'E) water quantity protection projet. The water quality data of Dayuangongyuan lake from March 2012 to April 2013 were analyzed,the following conclusions were:( 1) according to Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water,the lake water quality remained stable at II-III level;( 2) the average Secchi disk depth was above 1. 8m;( 3) according to TLI( ∑) Standards,the lake water quality remained stable at meso- trophication;( 4) Diversity of submerged plants increased. To conclude,the ecological restoration technique to new man- made lake was successfully applied in Dayuangongyuan lake. The case could provide reference for other new man- made lakes water quality protection projects.
Radioactive sources on- line monitoring system is a real- time monitoring of radiation dose,the comprehensive safety monitoring system data monitoring,video surveillance and monitoring of GIS as a whole,the radiation monitoring technology is combined with modern computer technology,communication technology,network technology and control technology so that the system can meet the requirements of the environmental protection departments of safety supervision and management of radioactive sources. In this paper,combining with the current advanced database platform,some key technologies are discussed,and the radiation source database design in detail is introduced.
