The selection of feature weight is a basic link of text categorization.First,the traditional TFIDF feature selection algorithm was introduced in detail.Then we presented an improved TFIDF feature selection method based on information entropy.Finally,simulation examples indicated the presented algorithm is effective.The theoretical analysis indicates that the presented algorithm has the obvious advantage compared with the traditional TFIDF model and it can improve the accuracy of text categorization.
The economic development of the Tusi Chieftain period in Tujia area along Wujiang valley has the following three features: the steady development of agricultural production,the slow growth of industrial and mineral production,and the normal development of business and trade.The geogrphical environment,policies and measures,immigration and ploughing,the promulgated technology and improved transpotation prompted the economic development at that time in the area.We may draw four inspirations from the economic development in this area at that period in the process of developing the economic growth in minority area nowadays: 1) the issue of polluted human settlement enviroment;2) the issue of economic developing subject;3) the policy for deveolping economy;4) the talents for developing economy.This essay probes the cause,features and inspiration from the economic development of the Tusi Chieftain period in Tujia area along Wujiang valley so that people may get a clearer idea of economic development of the Tusi Chieftain period in this area and change the backward situation in the course of prompting the national economy in this area.
Objective To evaluate the treatment of ureteropelvic junction obstruction.Method 27 cases of ureteropelvic junction obstruction underwent Anderson-Hynes operation in which stent and pelvis drainage stent were placed.The ureter and pelvis were sewed up.Results All cases were successfully relieved and no nephrohydrosis or stenosis of the anastomosis site had been noted.Conclusion Anderson-Hynes operation is an effective method for the treatment of ureteropelvic junction obstruction.

Objective To observe the influence of the preoperative interview on analgesia effects in patients after surgery.Methods Eighty patients were randomized into control group and experimental group by number(n=40 in each group).One day before operation,nurses of operating room through training provide knowledge on operation,anesthesia,nursing to experimental group patients.Control group were not carried out preoperative interview.VAS pain scores at 12,24,48hours after surgery were evaluated and analgesic dosage in 48 hours in two groups were compared.Results VAS pain scores of the experimental group at 12,24,48hours after surgery and analgesic dosage in 48 hours were significantly lower than the control group(P0.05).Conclusion The preoperative interview could elevate analgesia effects.
The local parasitoids of Hemiberlesia pitysophila Takagi were investigated in Pine-Ecosystem of Fujian province.The results showed that there were 4 species parasitoids which were identificated at present,including Aphytis huidongensis Huang,Encarsia fasciata(Malenotti),E.amica Viggiani et Ren and E.citrina(Craw).While A.huidongensis was a new record and E.fasciata was newly discovered to parasite H.pitysophila in Fujian Province.Then their morphological characteristics were described and compared to direct the protection and application of local natural enemies in the future.
Objective The aims of this study was to determine the prevalence of coexistence of with and their association with survey items in a group of patients with epilepsy.Methods Five hundred fifteen adult patients were prospectively screened for by means of a structured interview.Those in whom was clinically suspected were monitored for a full night by using polysomnography(PSG),and was diagnosed when they had an Apnea/Hypopnea Index(AHI) greater than five;and recorded their seizure information and clinical feature;then,the effect of continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP) on seizure was prospectively analyzed after treatment of a interval(2～11 months) from the diagnosis of OSA.Results Coexistence of with was found in 96(18.06%) in all investigated patients.The seizure frequency of the OSA with epilepsy patients were more higher than merely epilepsy(5.2±2.5 vs 3.3±1.2)(P0.01),.After treatment of CPAP,the seizure frequency decreased significantly(P0.01),Both Epworth Sleepiness Scores(ESS) and Apnea/Hypopnea Index(AHI) also decreased significantly(P0.01).Conclusion The prevalence of coexistence of with more higher than general population;its association may be cause and effect,that is to say can cause seizure,however,epilepsy seizure can also aggravate OSA;After treatment of coexistence of OSA,the seizure frequency can improve control significantly.

Objective To investigate the effects of ISO-1,a selective MIF tautomerase activity inhibitor,on the proliferation of the colorectal cancer cell lines and its probable mechanisms.Methods The human colorectal cancer cell lines Lovo,SW116 and the mice colorectal cancer cell lines CT26,were treated with series concentrations of ISO-1(0.01mol/L to 100μmol/L),while those in the control group were treated with the corresponding concentration of dimethylsulfoxide(DMSO).MTT assay was used to evaluate the inhibition ratios.The tautomerase activity of MIF was measured using L-dopachrome methyl ester.MIF protein levels were determined using ELISA.And the expression of IL-8 mRNA was detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results ISO-1 inhibited the proliferation of Lovo cells in a time-and-concentration-dependent manner,and ISO-1 also inhibited the proliferation of SW116 cells and CT26 cells.The MIF tautomerase activities were significantly inhibited after ISO-1 treatment,and positively correlated with the proliferation of the colorectal cancer cell lines affected by ISO-1(Lovo: r=0.54,P=0.005;SW116: r=0.683,P0.01).The expression of IL-8 mRNA was obviously reduced after ISO-1 treatment.(Lovo: 0.1541±0.019 vs 0.2081±0.030,P0.05;SW116: 0.1509±0.017vs.0.02354±0.01,P0.05).Conclusion ISO-1 can not only inhibit the proliferation of the human colorectal cancer cell lines Lovo,SW116 but also inhibit the proliferation of the mice colorectal cancer cell lines.The mechanism may be involved in the inhibition of the tautomerase activities of MIF and the down-regulation of IL-8 levels.

Objective Investigate the anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities of Jiubaichui(JBC) Decoction and its function of improving the haemorheology.Methods The adjuvant arthritis model of rats was induced by complete freunds adjuvant;the mice auricle swelling method and the hot plate test was used to study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of JBC Decoction and its function of improving the haemorheology.Results The swelling degree of rightposterior part of pediphalanx in JBC Decoction group was obviously lower than model group(P0.01).blood rheology indexes in JBC Decoction group decreased obviously compared with the model group.The degree of mice auricle swelling reduced obviously than that of the normal saline group;the pain threshold was higher in JBC Decoction group than normal saline group.Conclusion JBC Decoction has a quite evident effect of alleviating pain and anti-inflammation as well as improving the haemorheology.
