Compared with the previous dynasties, the History Centre of Ming Dynasty is not sound. Under the extremely harsh political environment, historiography of Ming declined gradually. The official compiling of historic works stalled with very few works produced. In early part of the Dynasty, private compiling of history is forbidden,therefore it is extremely rare to see privately compiled historic works; but in later period of the Dynasty, the prohibition slacked, which made it possible for such works. Compared with the Tang and Song dynasties, the Ming Historical Achievements is not high relatively, but it gave a direct impact on the Historiography of Qing Dynasty.

The Shuyuan, or academy, was a unique cultural and educational organizing mode in ancient China. In the early part of the 20 th century, the Shuyuan was gradually replaced by Xuetang, or school. As Pingding Shuyuan became officially run instead of its original private nature, the government interference gradually intensified, as a result, the Shuyuan had to be included in the system of imperial examination, its function beginning to shift. At the late period of Qing Dynasty, the system of the Shuyuan was transformed into the Xuetang,so there was a relation of close interaction between the modern educational reform and the transformation of the Shuyuan. On the one hand, the modern transformation of Pingding Shuyuan promoted the modernization of education in Pingding, on the other hand it showed a deformed relations between the educational reform and the falling of education status in Pingding. The study of the modern transformation of Pingding Shuyuan enables a review from microscopic view over China's modernization of educational system, with a special significance in China's examining her path for modern educational system and the relations between school reform and modernization of cities.
The career identity by new teachers in general senior secondary school will directly influence their career development and the teaching quality of the school they serve. By investigation on status quo of career identity by new teachers in five senior secondary schools in Jincheng City, it is shown that such identity is on comparatively high level, but their career identity of sense of belonging is on rather low level affected by work motive,interpersonal relations, material guarantee and experience of feelings in work. Therefore, to elevate their career identity, the new teachersu0027 need for career identity should be paid attention, and their salary and benefits should be improved; their professional value should be established to strengthen their sense of belonging; and their recruitment education should be strengthened to promote their specialty development.
