Under the market economy condition,facing new tasks and requirements of agricultural development in new stage,the original agricultural technology extension system shows its problems.Therefore,it is urgent for us to put forward the concrete measures for the reform and innovation of government public welfare agricultural technology extension system,in order to truly guarantee up and down connected and perfect network of agricultural technology extension system,and better play its function in county and village,we should improve organization setting,break the single pattern attach to administrative system setting,intergrate social resource,optimize functional division of labor,rationalize the management system of agricultural extension organization in county and village and build reasonable net-worked agricultural technology extension system.Hoping to provide the references for building agricultural technology extension system suitable to market economy in county and village.

The main aim of this paper is research the technology that combine enzyme treatment and petroleum ether to extract the Jatropha curcas L.seed.To get the best technology Parameters the influence on extract rate of enzyme treat conditions(treatment time,pH,extract time,temperature) was researched by orthogonal experiments and range analysis.The results show that when water content of Jatropha curcas L.seed is 15%,protease's concentration is 3%,Cellulase concentration is 3.5%,enzyme treat time is 210 min,extracte time is 160 min,the extract rate get to the highest,meanwhile the results also show that the effect of cellulase treatment is better than protease.

The breeding habits of Phylloscopus inornatus was studied in Luya Mountion from 2 to 12 months during the Year of 1959-1961,the results indicated that Phylloscopus inornatus came to this area from the end of April to the beginning of May every year,and left in the beginning of September.The earliest egg-laying time was the beginning of May,they laid one egg every day,the average clutch size was 4.4,incubation of eggs last for 12 days,it was undertaked by female birds,brooding period was 14 days.The hatching rate and nest rate was 88.6% and 91.2%.respectively.
