
Under the background of integration of power system,control system and communication system,in order to deal with the great challenge that the current electric power dispatching data network brings from the boom of IP business,the proposition of network model of the next generation electric power dispatching data network is imminent.According to the needs of data transmission of the complex power grid,this paper selects the appropriate technical solution based on the contrast of current popular interface technology.This paper designs the agile and reliable network topology on the foundation of the layered model of three layers network,puts forward the network mode of electric power dispatching data network under the complex power grid through the hierarchical routing strategy and special business channel deployment,and centering on effectiveness,reliability and safety.The mode provides direction and reference for the construction and renovation of electric power dispatching data network under the complex power grid.
With the continuous improvement of level of informatization,the softswitch technology will replace the traditional circuit switching technology gradually.In view of the characteristics of the electric power dispatching system,this paper proposes the principles of softswitch transformation in power dispatch system.Then this paper designs the scheme of softswitch transformation based on the proposed principles.The scheme has the high reliability and the good compatibility,which can transform the traditional switching technology of electric power dispatching system into the softwitch technology gradually under the premise of security and stability.

The high definition video conference system is the focus of research and application,but the weak current wiring for conference hall as one of its basis application is little attention.The deal of the development and change of application terminal by the foundation invariant is the problem that designer needs to consider for the weak current wiring for high definition video conference hall.According to the practical experience and the law of the video signal processing technique development,this paper proposes an improved scheme for the video terminal interface socket and its wiring.According to the application effect of the audio terminal handling technology,it proposes an improved scheme for the tone terminal interface socket and its wiring,and elaborates the application method for the combination socket and network cabling of conference hall,proposes the notes of design,etc.For the weak current wiring of high definition video conference hall,the scheme has the strong practical value.
This paper introduces the design idea and design scheme of the low-voltage meter reading system based on Bluetooth technology.Through analyzing and comparing,the communication mode of this system is more reliable than the carrier and other communication modes.It builds the Bluetooth module based on the study of the Bluetooth module hardware and software architecture.Through studying the technical problems of actual site,this paper designs the Bluetooth and RS485 mixed networking scheme and the Bluetooth networking scheme for different scene requirements,researches the data communication process of meter reading system based on Bluetooth technology.The low-voltage meter reading system based on Bluetooth technology has the high reliability and the flexible networking.It can not only solve the technical problems based on carrier and other communication modes but also reduce the construction costs.

Due to the inadequacy of urban cable duct and cable pole,the adoption of the 10 kV optical fiber composite overhead insulated cables is the most effective solution for increasing the utilization of optical fiber of 10 kV communication terminal access network,.However,it is cautious to use optical fiber composite cables in the 10 kV communication terminal access network because of the influence of lightning strike,urban renovation,accidental damage.The paper develops a type of connection-box that can permanently fix the broken-cables of 10 kV optical fiber composite overhead insulated cables.Moreover,this paper solves the adverse factors,such as th small outer diameter of connection-box and the large bend loss of remained fibers by using G.657.A2 bend insensitive fibers to produce the 10 kV optical fiber composite overhead insulated cable.According to the testing results,the performance of the products satisfies the related requirements.

The main equipment of cable fault automation monitoring system is optical time domain reflectometer(OTDR).This article introduces the working mechanism and key parameters of OTDR,designs the handle OTDR system based on FPGA,and illustrates the structural characteristics and design principle in detail.This system transmits data by PCI wire bus with the exist platform.Finally,through testing the dynamic range and blind area of OTDR,this paper analyzes the attenuation of event points and loss calculation.It has a reference value for the maintenance and repairing of electric power optical communication network.

Optical fiber composite overhead line(OPPC) sets the transmission and communication into its functions.The 10 kV line was applied in Shenzhen tiger pit power plant since 2005,was accepted by the electric power customers constantly in recent years,which had become the new favorite in the application of metropolitan area distribution network.Due to the overhead line of metropolitan area distribution network has a narrow power distribution network channel and it is easy to be covered by trees and dense buildings etc,some lines must insulate to ensure safety.The biggest technical difficulty is the whole insulation of OPPC connector box.Through analysis of the security requirements of all lines,this paper achieves the demands of fully insulated OPPC fiber connection,introduces the development process of the whole insulation OPPC connector box and its application in engineering practice,and accumulates the experiences for realizing the application in the metropolitan area distribution network.
