
Reservoir oiliness prediction is one of the important contents of reservoir description.The method of cluster analysis is used to identify oil,gas and water layers from well logging data.The prediction of oil reservoir is to obtain logging data at the well location and identify the oil content of the reservoir,so as to obtain an accurate understanding of the reservoir at a well location,which can make the identification more objective and obtain a complete understanding of the reservoir.In addition,selecting a suitable algorithm for attribute extraction can improve the accuracy and efficiency of the method.Therefore,this paper will focus on the identification of oil content in petroleum reservoirs based on K-Means cluster analysis.
This research uses uncertainty and sensitivity analysis methods on the mixed refrigerant refrigeration process,obtaining the range of energy consumption under the change of various input parameters and the influence of each parameter on energy consumption,providing guidance for the analysis of mixed refrigerant refrigeration processes.With the help of Python optimization algorithms,the process parameters were optimized,and the minimum energy consumption after optimization was 28497.74 kW.

After more than ten years of exploration,domestic offshore oil field technology service companies have formed their own models of offshore fracturing supported by vessels.The enhancement ships mainly based on mild integration have problems such as limited capacity,long operation time,and non-standard operation site,etc.which have limited the development of the technology services.This article compares the main parameters of multi-functional production enhancement ships,and combines the relevant characteristics of mature PSV s to propose the selection and supporting scheme of future moderately integrated multi-functional production enhancement ships,as well as the concept of expanding the supply of proppants.It also briefly analyzes the main design of highly integrated production enhancement ships in China.
Based on the raw materials,operating conditions and operating processes of oil storage tanks and process pipelines,the paper analyzes the mechanism causing corrosion of oil storage tanks and process pipelines.The equipment material of oil storage tank and process pipeline is mainly steel.Due to the constant change of the section of oil contact during use,different degrees of internal corrosion will be caused in different parts of the equipment inside.By summarizing and analyzing the corrosion characteristics of oil storage tank and process pipeline,the optimization suggestions such as strengthening protection testing during construction and regular non-destructive testing during use are put forward.
In the Bertam oil field in Malaysia,open fluid drilling was used to maximize the protection of reservoir from contamination.After drilling,a screen is run through the open hole section and a rubber breaker is inserted throughout the open hole section to remove the chemical additives embedded in the oil and gas pores during the drilling process to restore permeability in the near-wellbore area and increase oil and gas production.
With production stability,high production,increasing the reserves and tapping the production potential in Bohai Oilfield,it becomes increasingly urgent to develop and utilize non main reservoirs,such as thin interbed reservoirs,low permeability reservoirs,small lithology reservoirs,etc.In this paper,an integrated process of zonal water injection with cables was designed and developed based on the research results of reservoir geological analysis and column compatibility.In this process,a flexible zonal water injection string integrating a zonal packer and center tube was innovatively used instead of the original sand control mode(outer sand control tubing + inner water injection string)of water injection wells.Through further improvement,this process meets the requirements of intelligent water injection(testing and adjustment with cables,testing and adjustment without cable,etc.),and has obvious advantages,such as large displacement water injection,flexible zonal water injection,low casing sticking rate,short construction period,etc.This technology has been successfully applied 13 times in Bohai Oilfield,with good results.

With the deepening of petroleum exploration and development,oil and gas exploration targets are mainly based on structural exploration and gradually transferred to lithologic exploration.The exploration of lithologic traps is rather difficult,which requires higher resolution of seismic data.Deconvolution is the main means to improve resolution in seismic data processing.It is a necessary and important step in processing.The conventional deconvolution method has many limitations.Inverse Q filtering is a deterministic time-varying deconvolution method based on a certain model.An improved adaptive time-varying prediction deconvolution method is proposed on the basis of the corresponding modules introduced in the anatomy.The validity of this method is verified by theoretical records,and experiments on actual seismic data in some areas have been done,and good treatment results have been seen.As a practical technology,the effect and efficiency should be considered synthetically.

Acrylonitrile,as an indispensable raw material in the synthesis of fibers,rubber,and resins,has gradually been widely used in the production of acrylic fibers,acrylamide,nitrile rubber,acetonitrile,ABS resin,and AS resin.However,domestic acrylonitrile plants generally use propylene ammonia oxidation production technology,which results in a recovery rate of less than 90%for acrylonitrile products,while foreign acrylonitrile recovery rates are generally around 98%.The technological differences have caused adverse factors to the improvement of enterprise operating efficiency and technological development.Based on this,this article will briefly describe the current status of the recovery rate of acrylonitrile units,analyze the factors affecting the recovery rate of acrylonitrile units,and finally propose measures to improve the recovery rate of acrylonitrile units.

This paper introduces the production and application of Unipol gas phase fluidized bed polypropylene process L5D98 film material.The production results showed that ADT5100 was used as the external electron feeder of L5D98,the reactor ran smoothly,the operation performance was good,the product index control was stable,the hydrogen conditioning was increased,the activity was decreased,and the particle size of the powder product was similar to that of L5E89.By studying the production process of L5D98 film material,it has good promotion value for production control and product optimization.
Logging data is crucial for conducting logging operations,Therefore,in this article,logging data is selected as the research sample,Starting from three aspects,the depth correction method was analyzed,Firstly,the stretching and correction methods of cables were analyzed.Secondly,the correction methods for speed were analyzed.Finally,the correction methods for relative depth were analyzed,Three methods are mainly introduced,The first method is depth control curve correction;The second method is the correlation comparison correction method;The third method is the correction method for stratigraphic sequence analysis.Through analysis,it was found that,The above methods are all relatively reliable.In addition,the specific advantages and disadvantages of these methods have been clarified through in-depth analysis,This has certain theoretical and practical significance for further strengthening the efficiency of logging work in China.
Back drag force calculation is the focus of horizontal directional drilling through construction,and there are many calculation methods,and the difference is large.In the calculation of drag force,the selection of calculation methods and calculation parameters often appears,especially the large calculation error may occur in the case of complex trajectory of large height difference and multiple curve segments.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the drag force,introduces the typical calculation method and use conditions of the drag force,corrects the calculation formula of the capstan force,proposes the calculation method of the complex trajectory and verifies the drag force again according to the working condition before dragging.
The oil field construction in the beach sea area has the problem of"the onshore equipment cannot go down and the offshore equipment cannot come up",which leads to the rich oil and gas resources in the beach sea area of Bohai Sea in China but is difficult to exploit.Offshore oil onshore production technology is a special technology for exploiting oil and gas resources in beach areas.Drilling and completion technologies for offshore oil onshore production include cluster drilling technology,extended reach well technology,factory drilling technology and well cementing technology.Through the introduction and analysis of the key technologies of onshore drilling and completion of offshore oil,this paper summarizes the development status and trend of onshore drilling and completion of offshore oil in recent decades in China,forecasts the development direction of onshore drilling and completion of offshore oil in China,and has certain guiding significance for the improvement of onshore drilling and completion technology and theory of offshore oil in China.
The acidizing plugging removal technology has been widely used in oilfields,and the acid system has been optimized and improved according to the actual situation of the formation in major oilfields.This paper will introduce the application of this technology in low permeability Carbonate rock oil reservoirs and low permeability sandstone reservoirs from three aspects of acidizing principle,system classification and system application.
