Objective To decide the reasonable testing time and to evaluate the distortion product otoacoustic emission(DPOAE) in neonate hearing tests.Methods The neonate were screened by DPOAE within their first 2-5 days.Results The percent of pass of first hearing screening in full-term neonate was 83.1%,and in high risk neonate was 66.7%.Conclusion The best time of first neonate hearing tests is 3 days after their births.In order to make a diagnosis as soon as possible,the hearing tests and follow-up visit after treatment to the high risk neonate should be enhanced.
Objective To investigate the depressant effect and mechanism of trichostatin A(TSA) on proliferation and being induced apoptosis of Histone deacetylase 2(HDAC2) and p53 in human endometrial cancer-1B cell line(HEC-1B).Methods Three levels concentration of TSA(100,200,400 nmol/L) on HEC-1B at different time duration(0,24,48,72 hours) were applied.The expression of HDAC2 in HEC-1B was examined using Western Blot and the data was analyzed with different concentrations of TSA at various treating time duration.The proliferation and apoptotic rates of HEC-1B and the effect of TSA on them were determined using MTT method.At the same testing condition,the expression level of HDAC and p53 in HEC-1B and the effect of TSA were determined using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR).Results TSA has significant inhibition effect on proliferation of HEC-1B,which shows the trend of time duration dependency.With the increasing of TSA dose and time duration,expression of HDAC2 in cancer cells attenuated,but that of p53 increased.Conclusion TSA had the HDAC inhibitor's character,which could inhibit the expression of HDAC2 and promote activation and expression of p53,inhibit proliferation of HEC-1B at the same time.
Objective To discuss the clinical diagnosis method and effect for DVT complicated with pulmonary embolism(PE).Methods The results of diagnosis and treatment in 18 patients who suffered from PE were analyzed retrospectively.Results Fifteen cases were diagnosed PE by CT pulmonary angiography(CTPA),3 cases by nuclein lung scanning.Fifteen cases were placed temporary inferior vena cava filter before anticoagulation and thrombolysis.Urokinase thrombolysis carried out by jugular vein catheter in 11cases.The clinical manifestation were disappeared in all patients.During the following-up of 1 to 62 months,none of the patients recurred.Conclusion CTPA is one of the effective method in diagnosing PE,and that urokinase thrombolysis carried out by jugular vein catheter in PE is safe.
目的探讨晚期肝硬化患者血清胆固醇（CHOL）、胆碱脂酶（ChE）、白蛋白/球蛋白比值（A/G）、前白蛋白（PA）、总胆汁酸（TBA）、丙氨酸转氨酶（ALT）、天冬氨酸转氨酶（AST）、单胺氧化酶（MAO）的含量变化及意义。方法采用全自动生化分析仪对53例晚期肝硬化患者及75例正常人部分生化项目进行对比分析。结果晚期肝硬化病人的CHOL、ChE、A/G、PA与正常对照组比较明显降低（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）。而ALT、AST、TBA、MAO则明显升高（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）。结论晚期肝硬化病人的CHOL、ChE、A/G、PA、ALT、AST、TBA、MAO的测定结果可发生明显异常,其中以MAO、PA、TBA为极显著异常。
Objective To observe the clinical outcome of distal tibia fractures treated by internal fixation with percutaneous locking plate.Methods The clinical data of 37 cases of distal tibia fractures treated by internal fixation with percutaneous locking plate from September 2005 to March 2008 were analyzed retrospectively.Results All 37 cases were successfully followed-up with a mean time of 9.3 months(range from 6 to 17 months).No infections or delayed bone healing occurred.All cases achieved bone healing with the average healing period of 3.8 months(range from 3 to 7 months).There were 19 excellent cases,12 good cases,and 6 fair cases according to Johner and Wruhs' standard.The rate of excellent and good cases was 83.8%.Conclusion Internal fixation with percutaneous locking plate was an effective procedure for the treatment of distal tibia fracture with the advantage of minimally surgical trauma,effective blood support protection and rigid fixation.
Objective To investigate the values of two-dimensional ultrasonography vs three-dimensional ultrasonography in prenatal diagnosis and fetal anomalies.Methods Prenatal Screening was performed with two-dimensional ultrasonography or three-dimensional ultrasonography in prenatal fetuses of second or third trimester.Results Prenatal screening was performed with two-dimensional ultrasonography or three-dimensional ultrasonography in 1 402 prenatal fetuses in our hospital from May 2008 to March 2009.The results showed that 43 cases(3.07%)of abnormal fetuses were checked out with two-dimensional ultrasonography,and 13 cases(0.92%)were misdiagnosed.With three-dimensional ultrasonography,53 cases(3.78%)of abnormal fetuses were checked out,and 3 cases(0.21%)were misdiagnosed.Conclusion Three-dimensional ultrasonography increases the accurate rate of diagnosing fetal anomaly,and it is an effective prenatal screening method.
Objective To find out the significance of the imbalance between Th17 and CD4+CD25+regulatory T cells(Treg) in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods Peripheral blood were collected from 71 patients with CHF and 27 healthy controls.The proportion of Th17 and CD4+CD25+ Treg were detected by flow cytometry.Results The proportion of Th17 cells was significantly higher in patients with CHF than that in healthy controls.The proportion of Th17 cells was significantly higher in patients with poor heart function(NYHA Ⅲ-Ⅳ) than that in patients with better heart function(NYHA Ⅰ-Ⅱ).The proportion of CD4+CD25+ Treg was significantly lower in patients with CHF than that in healthy controls.The proportion of CD4+CD25+ Treg was significantly lower in patients with poor heart function(NYHA Ⅲ-Ⅳ) than that in patients with better heart function(NYHA Ⅰ-Ⅱ).Conclusion The proportion of Th17 cells was increased and that of CD4+CD25+Treg decreased in patients with CHF,suggesting that the imbalance between Th17 and CD4+CD25+ Treg may participate in the process of CHF.
Objective To observe the curative effectiveness of thymosin α1 combined with lamivudine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B. Methods Seventy patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into treatment group (35 cases) and control group (35 cases). Lamivudine was administrated orally with 100 mg per day for 12 months,as well as other treatments in control group. Treatment group was given with hypodermic injection of thymosin-α1,twice a week for 6 months besides lamivudine treatment. Results On the 6th,12th month after treatment,and 6th month after drug withdrawal,there was no significant difference in the recovery rate of ALT and the clearance rate of HBV-DNA between two,but the clearance rate of HBeAg and HBeAg/HBeAb was significantly different between two groups on the 12th month after tretments and 6th month after drug withdrawal. Conclusion The treatment of thymosin α1 combined with lamivudine for chronic hepatitis B can improve the outcomes.
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect on chronic eczema with liquid nitrogen refrigeration and cetirizine hydrochloride tablets.Methods Eighty-four cases of chronic eczema were divided into 2 groups randomly.The A group and B group were treated with cetirizine hydrochloride tablets by oral drugs,once 10 mg,once per day,continually taken for a week.On the base of therapy above the treatment group combined with liquid nitrogen refrigeration,once per day,3 times as a period of treatment.Results The total effective rate was 97.6 % in A group and 73.8% in B group,with a significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).The recurrence rate is 17.1% in A group and 64.5% in B group,with a significant difference between the two groups(P0.01).Conclusion Liquid nitrogen refrigeration and cetirizine hydrochloride tablets on chronic eczema was effective.
Objective To evaluate the method of transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasoundgraphy in diagnosing ectopic pregrancy.Methods Fifty-five cases with ectopic pregnancy were examined by transabdominal(TAS) and transvaginal(TVS) ultrasoundgraphy,and recorded the sonographic features in and beside the uterus.Results TAS is more sensitive in the diagnosis of ruptured ectopic pregnancy.TVS is more sensitive in the diagnosis of early unruptured ectopic pregnancy.TAS is more sensitive in discovering full view exploration of the focus.TVS is more sensitive in the local focus of the ectopic pregnancy.Fourty-one cases of ectopic pregnancy patients were operated in in-patient department,the operational pathological results approve that the positive coincidence rate of combined use of TVS and TAS was 100%.Conclusion Combined transvaginal and transabdominal ultrasoundgraphy can improve accuracy in diagnosing ectopic pregnancy with high clinical merit.
Objective To explore the clinical value of bronchoalveolar lavage(BAL) using the fiberoptic bronchoscope in treatment of patients with severe pulmonary infection.Methods Seventy-four consecutive patients hospitalized with severe pulmonary infection were randomly and equally divided into BAL group and non-BAL group.In the BAL group,patients received BAL in addition to routine treatment,and those in the non-BAL group received only routine treatment.Results The total response rate of the BAL group was 94.95%,and that of non-BAL group was 62.16%.Conclusion BAL is a safe and effective treatment for patients with severe pulmonary infection.
Objective To investigate the effects of the high expression of Notch signaling pathway in injured spine on the regeneration of the endogenous neural stem cells,and explore its role in the repair of spinal cord injury.Methods The mouse Notch intracellular domain(NICD) plasmids were constructed,and integrated to dextran magnetic nanoparticles(DMN) according to the classical oxidation-reduction method.By using the Alivisatos,and Conwell methods,Nano-based target gene was built,and transfected into rat spinal cord neural stem cells cultured in vitro under the outer magnetic field.Proliferation and apoptosis of cells were detected before and after transfection.Results After the transfection of NICD-DMN into the spinal stem cells,the number of cells was increased significantly,while the apoptosis decreased(P0.05).Conclusion In combination with the outer magnetic field,the specific magnetic NICD can significantly promote the proliferation of endogenous spinal cord stem cells,and inhibit their apoptosis.
Objective To study the effects of C-type natriuretic peptide on the bleomycin (BLM)-induced pulmonary fibrosis in mice. Methods The mice were given an intratracheal injection of BLM or 0.9% saline and assigned to receive continuous infusion of CNP or vehicle,and then divided into three groups:the control group,BLM group,and BLM group treated with CNP. All animals received bronchoalveolar lavage at the 1st,3rd,7th,and 14th days. The BAL fluid was reserved for determination of the number of cells,cell differentiation,and the contents of IL-1β. Fourteen days after BLM injection,the animals were sacrificed,and the change in histomorphology of lung tissues and the content of hydroxyproline in lung homogenate were assessed. Results The pulmonary fibrosis and inflammatory reaction in the BLM mice were more obvious than in the other two groups. CNP could relieve the damage of BLM,and could increase the survival rate. Conclusion CNP can attenuate BLM-induced pulmonary fibrosis by interfering in inflammatory reaction and fibrous degeneration.
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristic,cause of disease and prognosis of the patients with hemorrhagic infarction.Methods The clinical material of 34 patients with hemorrhagic infarction were retrospectively analyzed.Results Merging coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,atrial fibillation,diabetes mellitus,hypertension and so on were the common reasons of hemorrhagic infarction.26 patients hemorrhage within two weeks after the Infarction.22 examples patients' symptoms were deteriorated after the hemorrhagic infarction.After the treatment,the prognosis is favorable in 22 cases.If the hemorrage quantity is big,they still needed surgery treatment,and the prognosis is not good.Conclusion Hemorrhagic infarction is the sercious complication which affects patients' survives,and they needs the dynamic observation with CT.The prompt diagnoses and treament can improve its prognosis.
Objective To evaluate the operative method and efficacy of Plasma Kinetic enucleation of the prostate(PKEP) with PKS in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods Seventy cases were with PKEP in this group.Gyrus Plasma-Kinatic System and endoscope system was used.Normal saline solution were used as the irrigating fluids.The prostatic adenoma was enucleated firstly in the surgicalcapsule.The indexes such as IPSS,QOL,RUV were monitored and analyzed at the preoperative and postoperative.Results All of the patients were operated successfully.The mean weight of the prostate was 50 grams.The mean operative time was 83 minutes.The catheterization time was 3.5 days and the mean postoperative hospital stay was 6 days.IPSS decreased from(26.5±3.2) to(6.3±3.6) at 1 month postoperative,the residual volume of urine dropped from(110±52)ml to(20±14)ml,Qmax increased from 8 ml/s to 20 ml/s.Conclusion The PKEP has an excellent treatment modality for BPH.It can be safe and give the patients with obstructive BPH an effective relief with minimal invasion.
Objective To discuss the treatment of the posterior condylar tibial plateau fracture through posterior approach.Methods Eight patients with this kind of fracture were treated through posterior medial or lateral approach.Lateral condyle fractures in 5,medial condyle fracture in 1 and bilateral condyle fractures in 2 cases.Results All patients were followed up for 5-26 months with a average of 13 months.According to Hohl score of the knee joint function,excellent: 6 cases;good: 2 cases.In X-ray images: the reduction of all cases were fine,without joint surface collapses.Conclusion The posterior approach can be more exposed tibial plateau latera l Condyle and provide a wider operating space which is conducive to the fracture reduction and internal fixation.
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of electronic colposcopy in early diagnosis of cervical carcinoma.Methods 249 patients who were examined with electronic colposcopy and cervical biopsy between March 2006 and October 2008 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Colposcopy detected 157 cases of normal transformation zone,and 92 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)Ⅰ-Ⅲ.The pathological examination determined 170 cases of transformation zone,78 cases of CIN Ⅰ-Ⅲ,and 1 case of invasive carcinoma.Using the pathologic diagnosis as the golden standard,diagnosis of early cervical cancer with colposcopy had a sensitivity of 93.7%,a specificity of 89.4%,a false negative rate of 6.3%,and a positive predictive value of 80.4%.Conclusion Electronic colposcopy provides great value in diagnosis of CIN.It can serve as a screening method in cervical cancer diagnosis.
Objective To investigate the clinical value of urine microalbuminaria (MA),transferrin (TRF) and β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) in early kidney in jury of Henoch-Schonle in purpura (HSP). Methods The levels of urine MA,TRF and β2-MG in 58 children with HSP were determined by immune scatter turbidimetry. Results The levels of urine MA,TRF and β2-MG in HSP group were higher than those in control group,but there was no significant difference (P0.05). The levels of urine MA,TRF and β2-MG in HSP nephritis (HSPN) group were statistically higher than those in HSP group (P0.01). Conclusion Urine MA,TRF and β2-MG are sensitive predictors to diagnose early kidney injury of HSP,and can be used as the indicators to evaluate the severity of kidney lesions in HSP.
Objective To sum up the operation experience using AF internal-fixation system in the treatment of 87 cases of lumbar fracture.Methods All of 87 cases were treated by AF internal-fixation system,and lumbar bony crest was used as the needing point.Results Fifty-six cases were followed up,and the height of vertebra were resumed by 90%.All of 17 patients with nerve system symptoms recovered completely.Conclusion In the treatment of lumbar fracture,AF internal-fixation system is an effective,simple,safe and reliable method.
Objective To explore the clinical significance of peripheral blood thymus-and activation-regulated chemokine(TARC)determination in infants with bronchiolitis.Methods The level of TARC was determined in the infants with bronchiolitis in the acute and recovery stages,and the infants with no-wheezing pneumonia by ELISA.Results TARC levels in the infants with bronchiolitis in acute stage were higher than those in no-wheezing pneumonia group(P0.01).The TARC levels in the infants with bronchiolitis in the convalescent stage were lower than those in acute stage(P0.01),but higher than those in no-wheezing pneumonia group(P0.05).Conclusion The TARC is elevated in bronchiolitis,and TARC may participate in the pathogenesis of bronchiolitis.TARC receptor antagonist may play an important role in the treatment of bronchiolitis.
