The paper proposed a dynamic model of the structural-functional synthesis of transport telecommunication network (TCN). The model provides a consistent solution for problems of the choice of topology and channels bandwidth in TCN, flow distribution, and determine the order of connection fees to the nodes of the TCN. Development of model allowed to formulate the task of structurally-functional synthesis of TCS in the form of the mathematical task of optimum control.
This paper presents a method for sorting and separation of normal oocytes in optically-liquid devices based on optically induced dielectrophoresis. Combining gravity with dielectrophoresis forces induced by dynamic image that is projected from LCD, separation productivity can be increased by reducing the frictional forces acting on oocytes which are large and heavy under the influence of the gravitational field. Increasing the velocity difference between normal and abnormal oocytes can help us to separate normal oocytes. This method can be useful for the development of complex devices for automatic selection of normal embryos.

The investigations of solutions of the synthesis problem for a plane rectangular array according to the prescribed requirements to the power directivity pattern (DP) dependent on two physical parameters describing the electrical and physical sizes of aperture and spatial angle, in which the necessary DP is given, are presented. It is shown that the non-uniqueness and bifurcation of solutions are characteristic features of this class of problems. The equation on finding such set of values of parameters, at which bifurcation of solutions occurs, is derived. Numerical algorithms for finding the optimal solutions of the synthesis problem are constructed and the numerical examples are given.
