
Modern enterprise group is a product of organizational innovation to adapt to the changes of external environment and internal conditions, how to realize value creation abilities and levels have become the core and key factors of enterprise group's problem. This paper discusses the value-effects of financial cooperative control of enterprise group based on cooperative game. The result shows that: Firstly, the premise and basis for enterprise group to achieve maximum value-effects are cooperation among members what can be achieved by financial cooperative control. Secondly, the value increasing of α and β can improve the possibilities of enterprises' cooperation so as to ensure the increasing of total value-effects. Thirdly, the raising of value-effect coefficient γ can satisfy the necessary and sufficient condition for game parties to select “cooperation” tactics and also can be conducive to the improvement of value-effect of enterprise group.
This paper discusses the definition of interval number and basic algorithm. It also described the problem of interval ranking and introduced interval-valued fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model. The model is more suitable for evaluation of many factors, weight distribution than the uniform case. Interval-valued fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to judge the field of driver traffic safety behavior. According to literature reviews to establish the evaluation index system and set. Then determine the weight of different factors and required basic data by the expert scoring. Finally, the results of the evaluation model is excellent. The application examples explain that the method can effectively reduce the loss of information which with good results.
This paper describes a comprehensive program of an office building intelligent systems Fire Control Linkage System subsystem design, At the same time, it describes the following: the idea of the system designing, the system components, selecting equipment, the linkage of alarming and controlling gas extinguishing, and the technical features. Projects under this program have been completed, can realize the intelligent prediction of fire, automatic fire alarm and linkage functions.
The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between life stress and job satisfaction. Participants were 6,873 residents from 154 cities and counties in China. The authors used hierarchical linear model to investigate the relationship. Results indicate a significant relationship between life stress and job satisfaction in individual-level and group-level. Additionally, life stress in cites and counties level (group-level) moderates the relationship between life stress and job satisfaction in individual-level. Limitations of the study and implications of these findings are discussed.
Chinese government and the state-owned companies built many dams in ethnic minority areas in recent years, which lead to many resettlement projects. Those projects have good experiences as well as many risks and resistances. Why those development projects have so many risks and resistances, the main explanation focus on the shortcoming of institutions and investment, the inefficacy of management methods. This paper analyses this kind of phenomena in other perspective. Using the ethnographical methods of fieldwork, the paper finds that three main stakeholders involve in those resettlement programs. Because their cognitive models are very different, the contradictions and conflicts are inevitably. Especially, the immigrant's cognitive models opposed to the anther stakeholders' models, which lead to political risks sprightly. At last, the paper provides a new tactic that resettlement projects should consider not only the institution building and more investment, but also the immigrants' cognitive models and the cultural demand.
This paper introduces the method of measuring the form errors and position errors of workpieces using computer vision technology based on LabVIEW. The coaxiality degree of watt-hour meter LD68 based on long life technology is taken as a study object. The overall design of measuring system and vision measurement module of LabVIEW is presented. The detailed algorithms and it's LabVIEW program for edge-extraction and measuring coaxiality degree are put forward. At last, the experimental results show that this method satisfies the measuring demands.
With the application of theoretical analysis, questionnaire, statistical analysis and case study, this research proposes the strategic basis of the development of rural mobile communication market from the viewpoint of demand and supply based on the latent information demand of rural consumers and the cost - benefit characteristics of mobile communication in rural area. Then the author applies the value innovation model to design the strategic framework from the microscopic aspect. Combined with the practice of construction of information system in rural area illustrated by the case of “Tianfu Agriculture Information Network”, the author develops the discussion on strategy implementation and works out a strategic system of sustainable development in rural mobile communication market in an innovative way. It is a successful business model when developing the mobile communication service in a market especially which are short of consumption capacity.
This paper focuses on the effect of the degree of separation between the control rights and the cash-flow rights has on the earnings management of Chinese listed companies. Our analysis and empirical data show that under the effective control of shareholders, as the degree of the separation increases, the more sever the earnings management behavior and the lower level of disclosure in the earnings information. The controlling stockholders who possess the specific information can exercise their control out of self-interests through the use of Stock Pyramids and Cross-ownership ties to increase the opacity of the company and to gain extra profits for themselves.

The Green Administration refers to the environmentally-friendly administration. Green administration activities aims at protecting natural resources and ecological environment, which can help to achieve sustainable development of society and economy. Using several methods such as literature review, expert interview and the theoretical analysis, the paper proposes that in the process of implementing green administration, various stakeholders should be involved, meanwhile identifies the core stakeholders of the green administration and their interests or claims, and constructs core stakeholders' role playing model in green administration. Finally, the paper makes some suggestions from the perspective of the core stakeholders in order to promote green administration.
Making a credit evaluation to bank personal customer is an essential way to eliminate the risk for banks. But most credit evaluation index systems of bank customers in most researches are over complicated and difficult to apply. The paper attempts to accomplish reduction analysis on credit evaluation index system of bank customer based on data mining method, including cluster method and decision tree method. In this paper, a common credit evaluation index system of bank customer is constructed. Moreover, the rationality of the index system is analyzed by clustering method, and according to which, the index system is reduced to 8 indexes from 18 indexes. Furthermore, the efficiency of the reduced index system is verified by decision tree method. The reduced credit evaluation index system is more efficient with the analysis cost declined.
The conditions under which Compressed sensing (CS) succeeds depend on the structure of the measurement matrix. Researches indicated that matrices whose entries are drawn independently from certain probability distributions satisfy the restricted isometry property (RIP) and guarantee exact recovery of a sparse signal with high probability. Motivated by filter-based compressed sensing, Toeplitz matrices were considered as measurement matrices and shown to also satisfy the RIP. In wideband communication systems, the output streams of random filter were periodically down-sampled to achieve reduction of sampling rate. The measurement matrix, however, change from Toeplitz matrix to quasi-Toeplitz matrix because the low-rate analog-to-digital converter (ADC) only collects a part of the measurements at the receiver. In this paper, the feasibility of quasi-Toeplitz matrices as measurement matrices is discussed. It is shown that the quasi-Toeplitz matrices with entries drawn from Gaussian distribution satisfy RIP with high probability and also ensures the exact reconstruction of the sparse signals. Simulation results validate their performance.

This paper believe that through analyzing the financial situation, preparing the cash-flow budget, establishing the financial risk index system and computational model to warn early the financial risk. On the other hand, through establishing effective capital structure, selecting correct fund-raising methods and keep the assets highly liquid to control the financial risk effectively.
The importance of the logistics industry to the regional economy development is analyzed, and the systems dynamics model has been used to analyze the relationship between logistics industry and the region economy in qualitative aspects. Take Zhengzhou as the example, analyze the contribution of the logistics industry auctioning to the regional economy by statistics, the practicability of the model and the instructional of the theory were proved.
Building energy performance indicators is the objective need of achieving energy reduction targets and providing decision support for carrying out relevant policies and measures. The article establish accounting frameworks of energy performance index(EPI) based on Logarithmic Mean Divisia Index(LMDI) decomposition technology which considering the activity effect, structure effect, intensity effect of energy consumption, and enumerate various accounting systems in the world. Then analyze the energy consumption of Beijing during 2000 to 2008 by the accounting frameworks. The result shows that the EPI is 0.815 which means the energy efficiency improving 18.5%, the secondary industry plays an important role in the energy efficiency; Moreover, improving in energy intensity has the greatest negative effect on energy consumption.

We present two different efficient quantum key distribution schemes over two different collective-noise channels. One is the phase noise, and the other is rotating noise. For the phase noise, we proposed a scheme of using GHZ state. Through the channel of the phase noise, the phase factor e iϕ can be put forward as a whole phase, with the purpose of resistance to phase noise. For the rotating noise, we proposed a scheme of using Bell state, when the noise through the rotating channel, the impact of the noise can be effectively against.
In the present, more rand more concerns have been paid to the world energy conservation and environmental protection, therefore, the development of electric vehicles are speeding up. Electric vehicles have good environmental protection performance and can taking many kinds of energy as power the prominent characteristic, and electric vehicles are considered as green transportation for the 21st century. Automotive manufacturers, governments, and environmental organizations are taking more and more care about the electric vehicle. As zero emission vehicles (ZEV), electric vehicles can radically decrease vehicles exhausting pollution to improve air environment and adjust the energy structure. So, the author assumes that electric vehicles should be developed vigorously in our country. This paper first introduces the development of the electric vehicles as well as the necessity to develop electric vehicles in China. Then the paper puts forth suggestions for China to develop electric vehicles and the countermeasures during the implementation.
The aim of this work was to examine the effect of 1-methylcyclopropene (1-MCP) on bioavailability of ‘Fuji’ apple (Zizyphus jujuba M.) during the period of shelf life. Fruits were exposed to 0.5 µLL−1 of 1-MCP for 24 h at room temperature, following storage, fruits were held up to 8 days and assessed for quality, membrane permeability, malondialdehyde (MDA), and using an in vitro digestion system that simulated the physiochemical changes that occurred in the upper gastrointestinal tract. The differences in fruit firmness, soluble solid concentration (SSC), and membrane permeability with 1-MCP treatment were manifested during shelf life period. MDA, an indicator of lipid peroxidation caused by reactive oxygen species, increased during shelf life and the contents were significantly lower in fruit treated with 1-MCP than control samples. The results indicated 1-MCP was an effective tool for quality improvement and extension of shelf life in apples, and showed that the bioavailability of tissues was tightly related to the quality of fruits and the simulated digestion appeared to be an efficient tool for studying the bioavailability from fruits and vegetables.
