
The paper presents an economic design of a bayesian chart for short-run production. Based on the static chart, we employ the bayesian method which uses sample information to update the information of the process, and the updated information is then combined with the inspection probabilistic model which is developed through the markov chain method to design the dynamic chart. The dynamic chart allows all three parameters, namely the sample interval, sample size and control limit location, to change during production. A direct search technique is applied to find the optimum parameters which minimize the expected cost function. Numerical examples illustrate that the dynamic chart has an overwhelming advantage over the static chart.
The economic benefit of small hydropower plants (SHPs) is one of the hot spots which were discussed the most today. This paper will analysis the economic benefit of SHPs from different aspects, including the power capacity, the profit ability, the debt redemption ability, the financial sustainable ability and the society contributes, combine the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis, and throw out the quantitative analysis, objectively come to a result that different small hydropower plant has the different economic efficiency, and finally obtains the various enlightenments and the policy suggestions.
In order to investigate the change of time-frequency characteristics of vehicle/track/bridge coupling system caused by wheel tread reprofiling, a coupling model of vehicle/track/bridge system is developed, the empirical mode decomposition (EMD) and Hilbert-Huang Transformation (HHT) are introduced to the analysis of vibration signal. Based on the theory of vehicle/track/-bridge coupling dynamics, vibration acceleration of coupling system of motor car moving over bridge are calculated before and after wheel tread reprofiling, respectively. Vibration signal of coupling system is firstly decomposed into intrinsic mode functions (IMFs) by EMD method, and then Hilbert marginal spectrum is obtained from Hilbert-Huang transform. Compared with Fourier amplitude spectrum, Hilbert spectrum has higher resolution power in frequency domain in the time-frequency analysis. The simulation indicates that the proposed method is effective in the time-frequency characteristics extraction of vehicle/track/bridge coupling system.

The aim of this paper is to study the loading problem in manufacturers product distribution. Owing to the order fulfillment optimization model of the manufacturer, the paper has carried out theoretical analysis and logical proof. The results indicate that the product loads order and the total cost of the manufacturer order fulfillment are mutually independence under certain conditions. This studies result makes the product loads decision-making of the manufacturer become speedy and simple and convenient.

Supply chain hybrid competition happens among two manufacturers and one traditional retailer in e-commerce age. Being a channel leader the first manufacturer's role becomes a little sophisticated. That is, being the traditional retailer's supplier and competing with the second weaker manufacturer on the internet at the same time. Besides, as an online competitor the second manufacturer's channel status could go steadily up as electronic market becomes more mature institutionally. This paper compares two kinds of game models corresponding to two different channel statuses in supply chain partners, which means a weakest traditional retailer or a weakest online manufacturer separately. It finds two models' existence conditions of supply chain partners' optimal revenues, optimal decision variables, etc. By numerical analysis it especially analyzes their products' differentiation effects. At the same time, it gives some useful managerial inspiration further.
For affecting issues of atmospheric environment of laser measurement, a new type of way was introduced. It's combination of experimental models and theories empirical formula. And discussion is made deeply on the laser measurement affecting of the refraction, scattering and absorption of atmospheric. The results showed that: refractive index of the laser measurement of the impact of close-micron level, and Rayleigh scattering error is less than or equal 1%. Atmospheric absorption of the laser energy is decrease with the distance increases. In this paper, the atmospheric environment of laser measurement impact factors is analyzed in detail.

And dynamically evaluate to risk factors by causal relationship, the influence strength level of risk factors to food supply chain system is ordered, and it can provide scientific basis for the policy-making of food supply chain risk management.
In this paper we analysis the relation between of ownership structure and performance of the city commercial banks in China. In the analysis method and chooses data, we attention the comparability to the existing research literature. It is found that the higher the proportion of government shareholding and the proportion of the largest shareholder proportion, the poorer performance of the city commercial bank is, which is consistent to the existing majority literature search conclusion. We also found that foreign capital shareholding will reduce non-performing loans ratio of city commercial bank, but the proportion of shareholding did not have remarkable influence to the performance. Therefore, the city commercial bank do not have to introduce foreign strategic investors, may also introduce the high quality domestic strategic investor. In the end, The size of banks and ROE has a positive relationship, but the size of banks and non-performing loans ratio has a negative relationship, this indicates that under the existing environment, the city commercial bank should expand their own assets scale, and reduce the non-performing loan rate simultaneously.

The paper according to the actual situation of tunnels establishes six models, line tunnel, curve tunnel, link tunnel, vertical tunnel, trigeminal tunnel and binary tunnel based on tunnel midline, designs a general data structure for different section, and the corresponding algorithm of the acquisition for cross-section data of six kinds of model based on the section method. Finally, author implements java3d to program the model algorithm, and realizes the tunnel 3D visualization, and provides a new method for building tunnel 3D model in establishing digital mining 3D visualization platform.
Energy development and utilization play an important role in Henan's economic growth. During more than past 20 year, energy use efficiency has been improved greatly, but there is still a large potential for energy and emission reduction. Firstly, using the method of Grey relevancy analysis to get the model between energy consumption and economic growth in Henan before and after 1990.Secondly, we analysis the correlation of energy consumption and economic growth from the sides of total energy consumption, energy consumption structure and elasticity of energy consumption. Finally, we got the conclusion that four factors are associated with the dominant energy in Henan Province. The correlation of total energy consumption and coal consumption are greater than unit GDP correlation and the elasticity of energy consumption correlation. It is difficult to change the status that Henan Province's completely depend on coal resources in the short term.

Analysis and compare with the controlling methods of the circulating pump of the traditional heating boiler by measuring to the existing heating boiler systems. At the same time, on the basis of summarizing manual, offer Quasi-equilibrium Temperature Difference Fuzzy Control Method of the temperature of supply and return water, and directly, find out the relationship between the supplying and returning water temperature of circulating pump and the outdoor temperature. So that it will get rid of the dependence to complex multi-parameter mathematical model of nonlinear large time delay, improving the timeliness, reducing power consumption and avoiding the energy waste.
CFD method and ICEM FLUENT commercial software were used to do numerical simulation of three-dimensional flow in the updraft free-exit-flow hydropower turbine system. The time-averaged Navier-Stokes equations were used in the calculation, standard k-ε turbulent model and SIMPLEC algorithm were chosen for the simulation, it provides pressure and velocity vector distribution inside the spiral-case and runner, meanwhile it gives good results in terms of its power production efficiency, about 86%. The numerical simulation results show that, there are major improvements in design of updraft free-exit-flow, such as decreasing internal turbine flow turbulence, lessening strength requirement of the support structure, simplifying flow control mechanism, and minimizing environmental and ecological disturbances.
