Using augmented matrix to solve the correction equations in Jacobi-Davidson (JD) method, the more effective deformation of Jacobi-Davidson (DJD) method is obtained. Based on the limitations of convergence of the Jacobi-Davidson method, and combined with the convergence property of the preconditioning technique, the application of the preconditioning technique to the Jacobi-Davidson method is studied to accelerate the convergence rate, and the corresponding theory analysis is presented. The analysis of the theory and the resultsof the numerical experiment show that the preconditioning technique to the Jacobi-Davidson is effective.
In order to develop the self-service query system for the large city in China, the key part is the suitable mathematical models and good algorithms for the system. At first, we give out the background of the problem and analyze the vital factors for the process of solving the problem. Based on the data and the algorithms about the shortest path and adjacent matrix on graph theory, we set up the multi-objective programming models where three important factors are crucial which are cost, time and transfer number. Then in two different cases, we put forward the corresponding multi-objective programming models and fine algorithms. Numerical results show that our models are suitable and have good effects.
We assume that the risk of insurance company follows a jump-diffusion process, and the insurance company purchases proportional reinsurance dynamically and invests in a financial market, which consists of one bond and one stock, whose logarithm of the stock's price follows a jump-diffusion process. We also assume that Brownian motion that impacts the risk of the insurance company and Brownian motion that impacts the price of risky asset are of linear correlation. With guidance of mean-variance criterion, the problem of optimal reinsurance strategy and optimal investment strategy is studied by optimal control theory in the paper. In the end, we get the closed and explicit formulas for the optimal reinsurance strategy as well as the optimal investment strategy and the efficient frontier.
The banks' overall net profits have increased year by year since the start of banking reform in our country in 2003. It has caused great concerns in at home and abroad. Adopting a ROE model, this article analyzes the profitability of the state-owned commercial banks in China based on the data of the Bank of China and the Agricultural Bank of China. It proposes such measures of profitability as the banks' strengthening their financial innovation on the basis of stabilizing the existing profitability and decreasing the average cost levels by expanding the scale.
From discussing basic concepts of immigration, this article gave some reviews on employment problem of college graduates from the areas of immigration' concepts, causes, possible produced effects and so on. At last, the article discussed existing problems in study about college graduates' migrant and research field strengthened in the future, raised we should give. Through the empirical study for 150 employees in the field of commercial retail, the paper explores the relationship between self-efficacy and occupation burnout under the conflict of work and family. The research result shows: the relationship is negatively predictive, those staff with higher self-efficacy has lower occupation burnout, while those with lower self-efficacy, have higher occupation burnout. There is a positive relation between the conflict of work and family and occupation burnout, and self-efficacy has a moderating effect between them.

Currently mobile agent has changed from past theory research to practical use. Some development platforms and execution environments have appeared for the using of mobile agent, and these platforms and environments can be divided into three categories. One is based on traditional interpreted languages, another is based on Java language, and the third is based on CORBA platform. Today Java is the language for mobile agent frameworks and many books and articles have described in detail the architectural design and mobility features of these frameworks viz. Aglets, Concordia and Voyager, but how to specify mobile agent frameworks, which suits best for specific application is seldom described. So we have a qualitative comparison of these three frameworks in order to help people to have a wise selection of these mobile frameworks. At last we describe the use of mobile agent frameworks in e-commerce.
Edge detection is the first step for image segmentation in image processing. So far there are many algorithms for edge detection. In the paper, a novel algorithm about edge detection is based on the median filtering and Sobel operator. It has strong immunity of noise, edges exquisite and better recognition compared to ordinary sobel operator.

This paper calculated Changzhou's talent capital in 2001-2010 year by the method of number of years of education, and carried out the Changzhou's talent capital development prediction analysis to 2015 by a linear model, proposed the development task and put forward some suggestions for Changzhou's talent capital development.

In this paper, different factors affecting the development of Shipping Center were analyzed by using SPSS software. It is suggested that high-end service-oriented mode international shipping center must be further developed based on Hinterland development model. Some measures and strategy were proposed.
This article sets to analyze impacts of audit tenure on earning managing of companies under different governance-level. The result shows that corporate governance and earning managing degree are negatively related. In the high-level governance group, audit tenure is negatively related with earning managing degree while positively in the low-level group. Therefore, as for Audit Rotation System, it is suggested to be implemented selectively according to corporation governance of each company.

Effective leadership is one of the most important key factors for organization success and long-term development. The purpose of this paper is to provide a new perspective for improving leadership skills through analyzing charismatic leadership. It firstly introduces the concept of charismatic leadership, and then briefly reviews of Jobs and his leadership art in Apple ltd, based on the above, it makes an analysis of key elements of charismatic leadership. The finding of this study reveals that four primary excellence traits which distinguish these leaders from other ordinary ones: excellent eloquences, persistence, perfectionism pursuer and self-confidence. The findings of this study has significant contribution to the body of knowledge in leadership theory, as well as practical implication to the management of a small and medium sized company (SME) especially in the area of organizational leadership influences organizational performance a lot.
We propose the implementation method of the access control list (ACL) technology in the network. First, we introduce the working principle of the ACL, and outline the network topology structure of demonstration center. We finally implement ACL technology specificly by combining with the picture from the access control, baning or allowing some network services, forbidding access to the Internet at certain period of time, prevention of virus attacks and protection of special port, etc. Thus, improve the security of network.
By adopting the 2002-2030 dynamic CGE model of China, the paper constructs a "virtual" carbon tariff equation to discuss the possible dynamic effects of the carbon tariff of $30 per ton imposed by foreign countries on China's manufactured goods under the "Porter Hypothesis". The results suggest that, the carbon tariff on China's exports will largely influence their competitiveness and have varying degrees of dynamic effects on different types of goods. The "Potter Hypothesis" can reduce the negative effects of the carbon tariffs to some extent, while TFP growth and energy-saving technology progress exert different degrees of dynamic effects on China's export competitiveness.
Cultural algorithm simulates the cultural evolution process of human society, it uses double evolutionary mechanisms consisted of two parts: the belief space and population space. This algorithm has been used to solve many complex optimization problems successfully. In this paper, the principle and the implementation processes of cultural genetic algorithm are described. Research progress and application in recent years has been summarized. Finally, the future improvement and research possible directions of the algorithm are proposed.

Firstly it is pointed out that the difficulty in financing is due to without enough emphasis on Medium and Small Sized High-tech Enterprises, without sound targeted laws and regulations, the imperfect credit guarantee system, and corporate governance structure problem of the enterprise Then, according to the problems existing in the financing of China's Medium and Small Sized High-tech Enterprises, the assay put forward several countermeasures which have referential value.
Based on the method of Baker&Wurgler, we create a comprehensive investor sentiment indicator using the principal component analysis and aim to examine the relationships between investor sentiment and market return, stock portfolio returns and industry returns in Chinese A-share market. We draw the following conclusions: (1) Investor sentiment and market return mutually affect each other, but the degree of effect differs in different market periods, (2) We divide stocks into 5×5 SIZE-B/M portfolios and add investor sentiment into the original Fama-French three factor model, we find that returns of stock portfolios with small size and high B/M are vulnerable to investor sentiment, (3) Using ShenWan stylish indices, we find that stock returns of companies with small size, high PE, low PB, low price are more easily influenced by investor sentiment changes, (4) Investor sentiment will also affect returns of industries.
Empirical studies have shown that participating nodes in P2P networks are not equivalent. Some nodes, known as super peers, are more powerful and stable than the others. Such heterogeneity has been taken into account in the design of P2P networks. In this paper, we design a novel hierarchical REIK overlay network, which is an inverse Kautz based overlay network with Byzantine fault tolerance, by exploiting super peers, HREIK. It reduces REIK system maintenance overhead and provides high quality routing service. The results show that HREIK reduces the maintenance overhead while delivering much better routing performance, as compared to current structured P2P systems.
