
The process gas compressor unit of Line 2 in a plant of Zhongtian Hechuang Chemical Co.,Ltd.is driven by a steam turbine.The efcient and stable operation of the steam turbine is critical to ensuring the safe and stable production of the plant.Poor steam quality has caused fouling in the flow passage of the steam turbine,resulting in reduced flow area,increased chamber pressure,failure to maintain rated speed,and a significant drop in work efficiency.Traditional disassembling and descaling require unit shutdown,which is time-consuming,costly,and causes substantial production losses.This paper analyzes the causes of fouling in the K-3001 steam turbine and introduces a successful case of on-line cleaning without shutdown.
废弃矿井逐年增多,煤矿虽然停止生产,但甲烷释放并没完全停止,并通过多种途径释放到大气中,污染环境的同时还具有燃烧爆炸风险,因此设计了一种废弃煤矿煤层气地面抽采及销毁系统.文章首先介绍了系统构成,包括:抽采系统、火炬系统及监测监控系统;其次设计了针对高浓度煤层气抽采的干式罗茨泵+变频电机的可调流量式抽采系统;再者设计了地面火炬燃烧系统,燃烧火焰完全控制在防辐射隔热罩内,最大限度地减少热辐射、噪音对工作人员和周围设备的影响;最后设计了无线传输式监测监控系统.该系统基于现场总线及无线通信等技术,实现远程监测监控抽采系统及燃烧系统运行状态,对异常变化具有自动判识、报警并紧急处置功能,有效保障抽采煤层气安全销毁.
瓦斯发电提效旨在通过改善瓦斯浓度波动和瓦斯含水量实现提高发电站发电量的目的.为保障提效装置安全、稳定及可靠运行开展了监控系统设计,首先开展了监控系统功能设计,确立了PLC+IPC的监控模式,接着开展了硬件选型及软件设计,最后通过现场运行表明:进入发电机组的瓦斯其浓度波动控制在 2%/min以内,相对湿度<80%,且瓦斯中无液态水,发电机组发电效率提高 12%,提效装置运行良好.
