
The article analyzes the influence of isolation layer height on structure and expounds three structural analysis models with different floors of isolation layer were established.The analysis results show that the influence caused by the change of isolation layer height in a certain range can not be considered in the design of superstructure,pillar and pier of isolation layer.

The medical waste management problems of Jiangyin People's Hospital were investigated through the PDCA cycle;the causes were analyzed by fishbone diagram,plans were formulated and improved from the aspects of people,machines,materials,methods,environment,and the effectiveness were summarized in a timely manner and continuous improved.The results show that after applying the PDCA cycle,the accuracy of medical waste disposal and the awareness rate of medical waste-related knowledge are increased,and the occupational exposure rate is reduced,and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).The use of PDCA cycle effectively improves the standardization of the entire process of medical waste management.
