基于多条高速公路实施项目,对基于大数据智慧建造技术在实施阶段中的应用进行了深入研究.文章分析了工程建设项目数据多源异构,多场景,跨阶段,标准难以统一等技术攻坚难点,给原本大数据应用水平低下的工程建设领域数据清洗、整合与分析挖掘形成技术屏障,如何在离散数据中定义结构化数据,形成预测性和智能化的决策,提出一套技术理论与智慧建造解决方案.
传统的地铁车站照明设计容易出现光通量不均匀的问题,对日常使用产生很大影响,尤其在绿色建筑、能耗计量以及智能控制等方面,利用采光照明分析软件对室内照明设计进行分析评价,能够提升照明设计质量.为发现地铁车站站台层和站厅层内布灯方式对照明的影响,本研究利用Ecotect照明仿真软件建立地铁车站的模型,对不同位置进行照明模拟.仿真结果表明,站厅的照明设计可适当降低照度要求,站台层可适当减少灯具数量,对灯具的位置做出适当调整后,同样能满足使用要求,同时达到节能的目的,提高整个地铁线路的车站运维管理水平.
The digital development of modern engineering is an inevitable trend.BIM technology has become a more scientific and effective technology in the field of building information.Its core is to provide a complete and consistent civil engineering database for the whole process of engineering construction through virtual 3D models.BIM has the characteristics of visualization,coordination,simulation,optimization,and convenient drawing.By applying 3D models,the information integration of construction projects has been significantly improved.Combining the advantages of BIM technology for dynamic visual monitoring of foundation pits,quickly predicting dangerous points and solving them in advance,is of great significance in improving project management level and ensuring construction safety.

建筑施工信息化是传统施工企业转型发展的主要方向,为了评价BIM技术给施工企业带来的效益,本研究采用改进的层次分析法(IAHP)对筛选的4个维度的8个效益指标的权重进行了确定,并采用模糊综合评价法(FCE)对某项目进行评价,得出相应结论,为今后施工企业BIM技术应用与推广提供了一定参考.

Aiming at the problem of too much energy consumption of old buildings in southern China,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of traditional thermal insulation modes such as "EPS board thin plastering thermal insulation system" and "thermal insulation mortar system".On this basis,the project applies "a new colored thermal insulation mortar called SCTIM",and analyzes the technical,economic and social benefits.It lays an important foundation for the promotion and application of SCTIM in the energy-saving transformation of old existing buildings.

With the rapid development of economy,the construction field is in full swing towards intelligent development.However,the monitoring and management of large equipment is still relatively scarce now.It is very important to monitor the working state of excavator which is asone of the most important and frequently used mechanical equipment in the construction site.Therefore,this paper proposes a working state recognition method of excavator based on deep learning.Firstly,the body and arm of excavator are recognized through target detection network Yolov3,then the tangent value of rotation angle in each frame image is calculated,and finally the working state of excavator is judged according to the relationship between the absolute value of the difference of rotation angle tangent value between adjacent frames and the threshold value.This method provides a new equipment state recognition method,which can monitor the working state of the excavator in real time and solve the problem of difficult equipment management on the construction site.
In view of the problems of data flow and interoperability in the whole process and cross-professional forward BIM application process,this paper tries to analyze and compare the forward BIM solution more suitable for China’s construction industry.It first points out the necessity to solve the problem of data circulation and interoperability,and analyzes the existing way of data exchange.Then,through the development of data sharing based on IFC standard,the evolution process of BIM application system in China is summarized,which points out that China has the cognition to realize data level information circulation and interuse at the present stage.Finally,the IFC data standard and the CDM data standard are compared and analyzed,and the CDM data standard will be a suitable and localized forward BIM solution in the future.
The output of construction waste in engineering construction is one of the basic data for predicting the quantity of whole construction waste and planning the recycling of construction waste.It also plays a guiding role in formulating the measures of construction waste minimization from source and compiling the relevant evaluation standards.The statistical analysis of the collected construction waste amount of 132 civil building projects shows that average quantity of construction waste per 10,000 square meters is about250 tons,which is not significantly different from the type of residential building,office building or other public building.It is suggested that in the compilation of relevant evaluation standards,as a general item,the quantity of construction waste per 10,000 square meters can be 300 tons,and the on-site recycling and reuse rate of construction waste is 35%.The extra item can be 200 tons and 65%,respectively.
本文通过对北京未来设计园区一期光伏系统的改造和利用,对光伏建筑的一体化、标准化、系统集成进行研究,探讨分布式光伏系统供给策略、柔性配电网应用场景、低压直流在园区、建筑层面的一体化应用等关键技术,形成适用于既有建筑光伏系统改造的规模化、一体化的应用策略和设计方法.
