
Background: Numbness is a complex sensor disease in legs, feet, lower parts of the body or entire body. Yet Medical professionals are facing the insufferable supplementing causes of numbness in an individual’s body as a very important global health issue since the 20th century. Objective: The study aims to evaluate the applications of the fluctuated and processed radio frequencies that affect limbs or other organs of the body within and around the individual’s body boundary at GPS locations. Everyone uses a mobile phone within a GPS location, but none can know its impact. Methods: This impact identifies through ISNAH Experiment on cat and dog through application of the processed wireless sensor networks at open activities eyes and GPS positions. Results: This study represents the numbness with sudden pain due to misuse of wireless sensor networks towards an individual’s body at a light and dark environment. The research also focuses on the more effective enlarging causes of numbness in dark than light environments according to diagnosis. These findings replicate the implication in numbness through operative treatment and recovery that the surgeons provide, which cannot improve efficiently due to abusing wireless sensor networks. The study also found that the digitized health systems are at risks to insecure advanced sensor technology. Conclusion: Systematic healthcare awareness is vital for management with modern technological devices but such awareness is still below par, which is alarming to individual’s good health. The study suggests future research trajectories of a new sophisticated alternative secure treatment approach to promote healthcare in the priority of Sustainable Development Goals 2030.
Background: The use of effective, consistent, and sensitive PCR assays is a foundation to truly identify the virus during this pandemic related to SARS-CoV-2. The SARS-COV-2 laboratory diagnosis depends highly on the RT-PCR technique. This study proposed a new modified protocol (fast) that describes a shorter time profile for the RealStar® SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR Kit. The study aimed to evaluate the performance of The RealStar® SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR Kit 1.0 under a shorter time protocol in terms of sensitivity and specificity. Methods: 200 nasopharyngeal SARS-COV-2 samples were subjected to RealStar® SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR Kit 1.0 test using two different protocols (original VS. fast). We assessed the performance of faster protocol on clinical samples of the RealStar® SARS-CoV-2 RT-PCR Kit for both the E gene and S gene in comparison with the kit's recommended profile. For analysis, the threshold cycle (CT) > 40 or no amplification was considered as negative, while the CT value < 40 with an S-shape amplification curve was considered positive. Results: The results demonstrated the specificity of 100%, sensitivity of 100% using both original and modified protocols. We found that modified protocol helps in getting the results within an hour and 10 minutes instead of two hours, which constitutes a fifty-minute difference. The overall agreement between the two protocols was 100% with negligible differences in the cycle threshold (CT) values for S and E genes. We also found a perfect correlation in the CT values with R2 of 0.98. Conclusions: The modified protocol provides promising results with better sensitivity and specificity in lesser time. Therefore, we suggest a testing strategy that can be done in lesser time and can be used to screen a larger number of individuals.
The developmental pathomorphological changes in the cerebral cortex and hippocampal tissue by introducing L-thyroxine and neuroprotectants into experimental hypothyroid-induced animals were studied in this research work. Treatment of hypothyroid animals with L-thyroxine for 10 days showed that perivascular and pericellular tumors remained in the cerebral cortex tissue, and colliquation foci appeared in some areas of the brain substance.
It is known that the physiological characteristics of a person, such as his structure, strength, speed, endurance and characteristics of the nervous system, are inherited individually and are determined genetically. The main advantage of molecular genetic methods is that a person’s behavioral activity is shown to be hereditary, and early diagnosis reveals a highly informative assessment of the possibility of physical development. A distinctive feature of this diagnosis is the ability to identify hereditary trends, the development of factors of occupational diseases, determining the physical performance of a person and reducing the quality of his life.
This study was carried out to detect the presence of HIV-1/2 antibodies among patients patronizing Healthwise laboratories in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Two hundred subjects (74 males and 126 females) were used in this study. Samples of blood were collected randomly from Healthwise Laboratories Limited, Port-Harcourt, Nigeria. The samples were collected and processed using standard laboratories procedures. Determine® HIV-1/2 Test cards, Global® HIV-1/2 kits and fourth-generation ELISA-based kits were used in a stepwise order for the detection of HIV-1 and HIV-2 in the blood. The overall prevalence rate of HIV-1/2 was 6.5%. Higher prevalence of HIV was found in the age group 10 years and above (6.6%) and in males (8.1%). Two risk factors (age and gender) relevant to the transmission of HIV were considered. None of the two risk factors seemed to be significantly associated (P > 0.05) with the prevalence of HIV-1/2 antibodies amongst the study population. The present study however, long-established the occurrence of HIV-1 and 2 antibodies in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. HIV can affect all age groups, both males and females. This calls for more concerted HIV prevention and awareness efforts in the state. Intensive health education campaigns and training on HIV prevention and control are advocated.
