
We report the draft genome sequence of Enterobacter cloacae TG-C5.2 isolated from shrimp aquaculture water in Vietnam. The genome harbors multiple antimicrobial resistance genes, including blaCTX-M-15.
We report the genome sequence of a marine Rhodococcus ruber PCTR3 consisting of 5,754,741 bp (5,306 genes and GC: 70.34%), isolated from sediment from Cochin Port, India. This strain degraded 1,000 mg/L naphthalene within 72 h, and functional annotation indicated multiple xenobiotic degradation enzymes and production of important secondary metabolites.
Bacteriophage Shea, which infects the opportunistic pathogen Pseudomonas aeruginosa, likely has a non-canonical pseudolysogenic lifestyle. Here, we present its complete 43,333 bp genome sequence. This announcement will contribute to investigations of this underappreciated phage lifestyle.
We present the complete genome sequence of the goatpox virus vaccine isolate LRIGP01 from the Livestock Research Institute in Bangladesh. The genome is 150,342 nucleotides long and encodes 151 genes with a 25.3% GC content. Phylogenetically, the isolate clusters with several goatpox isolates from India.

We report the draft genome sequence of Psychrobacter sp. strain TPE 89C, isolated from Antarctic seawater (25 m depth). The 3.41-Mbp assembly (42.4% GC, 484× coverage) contains a putative Type I-F CRISPR-Cas system with 86 spacers. This resource supports future research on microbial defense and adaptation in extreme environments.
We report a draft genome sequence of Pseudomonas aeruginosa isolated from feces of cattle in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The 6.4 Mb genome, sequenced using Illumina NextSeq, contains 5,843 coding sequences, including putative antibiotic resistance genes.
The Fusarium oxysporum species complex (FOSC) includes agriculturally important pathogens and human-infecting isolates. Here, we report the genome sequence and assembly of a clinical isolate representing ST33. This genome will help with identification and characterization of how some FOSC isolates result in human infections.

Nutrient cycling genes were prevalent in these MAGs, which provide a resource for understanding the ecological role of Acidobacteriota in extreme environments.

Bacillus thuringiensis strain A1100, producing the selective cytocidal protein Parasporin-5Aa1, carries a 6,123,118-bp chromosome and a 137,009-bp plasmid. The genome was sequenced using Oxford Nanopore and Illumina platforms and assembled using a hybrid approach. This sequence provides a genetic basis for studying parasporin production and its selective cytocidal activity.
We report the complete genome sequence of Lactococcus garviae strain 20-1E, isolated from a Danish freshwater moat. The genome was generated using hybrid Oxford Nanopore and Illumina sequencing. Taxonomic identity was confirmed by GTDB-Tk and average nucleotide identity analysis, highlighting virulence and its potential as a free-living species in freshwater.

Mpox virus from Clade I exhibits high virulence and poses significant mortality risks, especially among children. We isolated a strain of the mpox virus (hMpxV/Uganda/MUWRP-H1922SL/2025) from an adult woman in Uganda. Using phylogenetic tree analysis and PoxServer evaluation, we determined that this strain belongs to Clade/Lineage Ib.

We report the draft genome sequences of Bartonella sp. nov., strains EBT8 and P12B, isolated from a rodent and a rodent flea in Laguna Verde, Chile. The genome assemblies showed values below the cutoffs for species definition (ANI values ≤ 95% and dDDH values ≤ 70%) against other Bartonella species, indicating that the strains represent a putative novel species of the genus Bartonella.
