In this article, we consider the quadratic singular perturbation problems with Nonmonotone Transition Layer Properties. Under certain conditions, solutions are shown to exhibit nonmonotone transition layer behavior at turning point t=0. The formal approximation of problems is constructed using composite expansions, and then approximation solutions of left and right sides at t=0 are joined by joint method which exhibits spike layer behavior and boundary layer behavior respectively. As a result, an approximate solution is formed which exhibits nonmonotone transition layer behavior. In addition, the existence and asymptotic behavior of solutions are proved by the theory of differential inequalities.
The recognition of visual shape in monkeys depends on a multi-layer pathway from primary visual cortex to lower temporal cortex. Visual stimulation is received by retina and then projected to the primary visual cortex VI region through lateral geniculate nucleus. There are a large number of neurons activated by linear stimulation such as short side and line segment. This paper mainly studies the ultrastructural observation of axon complex of epithelial cells after nerve implantation in monkey nerve loss fingers. Through the ultrastructural view of epithelial axon complex, we can master the changes of nerve regeneration function to skin cells and solve the problems caused by nerve defects, this paper mainly studies the method of nerve implantation, uses the neural interface model and the algorithm of nerve electrode, and compares the experiment with the monkey without nerve implantation, and then observe the synaptic ultrastructure under the electron microscope after the experiment to find that nerve implantation can promote the skin sensory organs. The results showed that the repair of sensory cells was faster than that of the skin sensory cells after nerve implantation in the ultrastructures of epithelial axon complex after nerve implantation in monkeys. 90% of the cells implanted with nerve were very fast to repair, which could provide useful information for the study of peripheral nerve regeneration in the nervous system. Nerve implantation regeneration has been a medical research the research focus of the topic, medical researchers hope to find an effective method of nerve implantation for skin cell repir.
Objectives: Through the investigation of tobacco development and tobacco sales, this paper studies the development and sales of tobacco cultural tourism products under the background of global tourism. Methods: Taking a scenic spot as an example, this paper takes the number of tourists received in 2019 and 2020 and the number of cigarette sales of retailers in the scenic spot as the original data. Correlation analysis is used to demonstrate the point of view. Results: The development efficiency of tobacco cultural tourism products is affected by sales volume. The increase in the number of tourists is in direct proportion to cigarette sales. When the number of tourists is large, the corresponding cigarette sales will be large. When the number of tourists is small, cigarette sales are also relatively small. Secondly, affected by some special activities and holidays, cigarette sales will also increase in a short time, but it has little to do with the change in the number of tourists. Conclusion: The development of tobacco cultural tourism products should be based on the sales volume and the cultural orientation of scenic spots. The large increase of tourists can bring considerable economic benefits to the scenic spot. Expanding publicity to attract tourists is an indispensable means for the development of the scenic spot. This is also the core concern of the development of tobacco cultural tourism products. When formulating relevant measures for the development and sales of tobacco cultural tourism products, managers should take into account the interests of all parties and achieve balanced development.
As we all know, tooth growth is very important for children. Whether it is the growth of new teeth or the loss of deciduous teeth, the residual roots of deciduous teeth will affect the physiological replacement of permanent teeth, and the repair of non-absorbable retention posts will also participate. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to explore the polylactic acid can absorb the bending resistance of the root canal pile after repairing the residual root. The method adopted in this paper is to randomly select 24 isolated mandibular premolars to ensure the morphological similarity of the sample as much as possible. After routine root canal treatment and filling, the crown is removed, and the sample is divided into 3 groups on average.. Respectively, polylactic acid absorbable root canal post, fiberglass post and composite resin short post retention, to perform post-core resin crown repair. Subsequently, the electronic universal material testing machine and formula were used to calculate the bending resistance of each material in the fracture mode, and then LSD two-sided inspection was used for comprehensive comparison. Corresponding conclusions are drawn through data comparison. The research results show that the bending strength of the polylactic acid absorbable root canal pile group is 1031.44±359.78N, the bending strength of the glass fiber pile group is 1121.34±193.50N, and the composite resin short pile The group was 1581.36±677.20N, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The three groups of samples in the experiment are all favorable tooth creases. Therefore, it can be concluded from the experimental results that the bending resistance of the polylactic acid absorbable root canal pile after restoring the residual root is lower than that of the composite resin short pile, which can also meet the clinical needs.

Objective. To explore the effect of different doses of propofol and nerve block combined with general anesthesia on the intraoperative anesthesia and postoperative awakening and cognitive function in elder patients with knee osteoarthritis (OA). Methods. According to the inclusion criteria for research object, we selected 98 elderly patients with knee OA who needed surgery and were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 for the study. Patients were divided into the low dose group (given 2 mg/kg propofol by pumping under constant speed during surgery) and the high dose group (given 4 mg/kg propofol by pumping during surgery) by the number table method to compare their indicators including the intraoperative anesthesia effect, with 49 cases in each group. Results. No between-group difference was shown in the anesthesia time and postoperative VAS scores, but the awakening time of the low dose group was significantly shorter than that of the high dose group (P<0.05); the differences in heart rate (HR) values at various time points between the two groups were not obvious, but the high dose group obtained significantly higher HR values at T4 than the low dose group; the mean arterial pressure (MAP) values of both groups were significantly reduced at Ti and then returned to the level before anesthesia (P>0.05); the bispectral index scores (BIS) of both groups experienced a marked drop at Ti and then recovered gradually, but failed to return to the level at T0 till the end, and a between-group difference in BIS indexes presented at Ti; the plasma corticosterone (CORT) concentration at Ti of both groups were significantly lowered and then returned to the level at T0, with no between-group difference; and compared with the low dose group, the high dose group achieved slightly lower mini-mental state examination (MMSE) scores at 24-72 h after surgery, with no significant difference between them (P>0.05). Conclusion. The therapy of different doses of propofol and nerve block combined with general anesthesia has no significant effect on the cognitive function in elderly knee OA patients after surgery. With the nerve block improving the analgesic effect, a low dose of propofol is good for the postoperative awakening of patients. Different doses of propofol inhibited the stress response to a different degree and produced good anesthesia outcomes in elderly patients, but comparatively speaking, a low-dose propofol ensures more smooth indexes and less effect on the intraoperative hemodynamics.
Objectives: Although technology-based language instruction has come to be seen as a panacea for all learning-related issues, technology-based language instruction offers a solution to the unsymmetrical entrance to learning resources and shifting to modern teacher-dominated learning approaches. Teachers’ expectations for new technologies to arbitrate unchanging teaching approaches have inhibited the most effective use of technology apps like instant messaging. Significant changes in teaching designs are required to integrate mobile instant messaging and deliver distributed cooperative/synergetic learning for students; this study chose a mobile converted classroom to restructure language training. At the same time, when compared to their peers, the difficulties faced by underprivileged English learners are numerous. By ’disadvantaged,’ we mean learners who have not had optimum linguistic, academic, social, and economic opportunities until they entered Majmaah University. The mobile converted classroom incorporated mobile platforms (such as WhatsApp) by physically scattered learners to collectively deal with content after illustrating IT notions and processes by the teacher. It turns out that mobile converted classrooms allowed English language learners to study at their own pace, increased their entry into distributed learning, boosted their cognitive processes, encouraged on-task activities, and encouraged informal replay of educational videos via WhatsApp (teacher-student and student-student). According to the findings, successful adoption and adaptation of new technologies necessitate consideration of students’ disciplinary knowledge, ability to collaborate, and continual commitment to participate in academically related tasks.

In order to solve the deficiency of Hermite interpolation spline with second-order elliptic variation in shape control and continuity, c-2 continuous cubic Hermite interpolation spline with second-order elliptic variation was designed. A set of cubic Hermite basis functions with two parameters was constructed. According to this set of basis functions, the three-order Hermite interpolation spline curves were defined in segments 02, and the parameter selection scheme was discussed. The corresponding cubic Hermite interpolation spline function was studied, and the method to determine the residual term and the best interpolation function was given. The results of an example show that when the interpolation conditions remain unchanged, the cubic Hermite interpolation spline curves not only reach 02 continuity, but also can use the parameters to control the shape of the curves locally or globally. By determining the best values of the parameters, the cubic Hermite interpolation spline function can get a better interpolation effect, and the smoothness of the interpolation spline curve is the best.
Aim: We aimed to study the protective effects of butylphthalide (NBP) on cerebral infarction induced by local ischemic injury and regulation mechanism of the PI3K/Akt/GSK-3β signaling pathway. Materials and methods: One hundred male Wistar rats aged 12-15 weeks were randomly divided into 5 groups (n=20). The middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) model was established. NBP, P13K specific inhibitor LY294002 and NBP plus LY294002 groups were intraperitoneally administered on the first day after modeling, once a day for 7 days. Sham operation (Sham) and model groups were intraperitoneally given equal amounts of normal saline. Modified neurological severity (mNS) was scored 30 min after administration on the 7th day, and cerebral infarction volume was measured by magnetic resonance imaging. Neuronal damage was detected by Nissl staining. Intact neurons were counted under light microscope. The protein expressions of Akt, P-Akt, GSK-3β and P-GSK-3β were detected by Western blotting. Results:The mNS score of NBP group decreased significantly compared with that of model group (P<0.05). Compared with model group, the cerebral infarction volume of NBP group significantly reduced (P<0.05). Compared with model group, the number of intact neurons in NBP group significantly increased (P<0.05). Compared with model group, the phosphorylation levels of Akt and GSK-3β in NBP group significantly increased (P<0.05). Conclusions: By activating the PI3K/Akt/GSK-3β signaling pathway, NBP relieves neurological function damage and protects against cerebral infarction induced by local ischemic injury.
