
Oil well metering data is the key parameter for dynamic analysis of oilfield production.The traditional three-stage station construction model is applied.Metering is followed after gas and liquid separated in the separator,which lead to high construction costs.Aiming at the problem,a three-phase flow metering system composed of electromagnetic tomography,Venturi and microwave detection technologies is proposed.The system achieves real-time and automatic collection of oil,gas,and water metering data without separation in single wells or production areas,thereby surface process is optimized.Accuracy and timeliness of production operation management and geological reservoir analysis are improved.Construction and operating costs are reduced.
Aiming at the problems of insufficient maintenance and high failure rate of instru-ment and control equipment,A new type of intelligent equipment management system,SAMS system has been introduced by a certain refining and chemical company.Relying on intelligent diagnosis,system integration and other technologies of instrument and control equipment,the system has expanded the application scope of predictive maintenance of instrument and control equipment,and promoted the transformation of operation and maintenance mode from post ma-intenance to proactive maintenance to improve operation and maintenance efficiency.A SAMS system based on FDT technology is introduced.Then it demonstrated the real-time monitoring function of instrument and control equipment through the SAMS system.The practical applica-tion of using ValveLink software for advanced diagnosis of regulating valves is explained.The application results show that the SAMS system can improve equipment utilization rate,reduce equipment maintenance costs,and reduce equipment failures,achieving cost reduction and effi-ciency improvement in factories.
With the continuous increase in oil/gas/water output and the complex and variable production characteristics,higher requirements have been placed on the accuracy and operation-al adaptability of flow measurement instruments.Based on the ground process design and on-site instrument type selection tests,optimized selection of oil/gas/water three-phase flow meas-urement instruments and tank oil-water level instruments has been conducted through test e-valuation and error analysis.The utilization rate of instruments has been improved.Good appli-cation results will be achieved if further improvements and refinements are being applied and perfected in later applications.

With the continuous increase of natural gas supply and the construction quantity of gathering and transportation network in Puguang gasfield,the long-term safe operation of gas transportation pipeline is becoming the primary issue.To further enhance the safety of monito-ring and protection system of Puguang gas field,the commonly used pipeline leakage detection methods and different optical fiber leakage monitoring methods are analyzed and compared.A distributed sound monitoring DAS system suitable for Puguang gas field is presented.Secondly,the optical fiber leakage monitoring scheme of Puguang gas field is arranged.5 sets of distribu-ted optical fiber acoustic wave monitoring systems are going to be adopted to carry out real-time online monitoring for typical events,such as leakage,manual excavation and mechanical operation.Finally,the main functions and indexes of the optical fiber acoustic wave monitoring system realization are given.The implementation of the scheme can realize the safe protection and pre-alarm of the protected area.The monitoring and pre-alarming capacity of the gathering and transportation system of Puguang gas-oil field will be improved effectively.
Based on the traditional analog signal metering management system is widely used,strong interference can cause the signal transmission abnormality during signal transmis-sion.Comparison and analysis are conducted for metering management systems based on tradi-tional analog signal and fieldbus respectively.The uncertainty calculation and comparison ex-periment are carried out.The comprehensive comparison indicates the fieldbus digital metering system is stable and reliable.It provides reference for the selection of metering management system.
Temperature is the core parameter for analyzing oil well production performance,evaluating injection steam indicators,and identifying inter well steam channeling interference in heavy oil stimulation development,which directly affects the development.The temperature data acquisition of early developed heavy oil block well pads mainly adopt manual recording,which has many shortcomings,such as large data collection workload,low accuracy,poor time-liness,and difficulty in timely detection of production abnormalities.In response to the problem that the traditional"RTU+instrument"single well automation construction mode cannot be widely promoted in heavy oil stimulation development blocks,a temperature measurement sys-tem design scheme that combines a non-intrusive temperature transmitter with remote auto-matic well selection measurement control to achieve automatic temperature collection and up-loading is proposed,to achieve abnormal modeling and analysis of heavy oil stimulation wells,and to effectively improve data collection frequency,to improve data quality,and to expand application scenarios,to develop a low-cost,easy to implement and high-performance tempera-ture monitoring construction model for heavy oil stimulation wells.
The classification and working principle of key analytical instruments in water treat-ment system of high sulfur content gas field are expounded.The influencing factors of instru-ment accuracy,and the application situation of different types of automatic analysis instruments in all links of water treatment are investigated.Combining the specific working conditions of water treatment in Yuanba gas field,reasonable optimization suggestions are put forward with focusing on the actual application of water quality analysis instruments such as pH value analy-zer,residual chlorine analyzer,COD analyzer,ORP detector,etc.
Combining the calibration technology requirements for oil-dispensing equipment,the technology of liquid level gauge on the upper part of a 2×103 L vehicle mounted liquid level compensated standard metal tank is studied.The installation location of the liquid level gauge and the technology parameters for liquid level gauge selection are determined.The blocking and deflating structure at the lower entrance is designed,and numerical simulation research is con-ducted,to ensure that the oil level rise does not impact on the liquid level gauge during unloa-ding,and to ensure high-precision,long-term,and high-frequency operation of the added liquid level gauge.

There are various safety risks associated with the extraction in high-sulfur content gas fields,such as natural disasters,corrosion,equipment failures and third-party damages.To effectively mitigate these risks,based on years of practical experience and exploration,a"three-in-one"intelligent control technology system is developed for the high-sulfur content oil-gas field gathering and transporting pipeline,comprising underground control,surface control,and aerial control.Comprehensive anti-corrosion techniques and corrosion monitoring technologies are proposed to address corrosion issues.A distributed fiber optic safety pre-warning system is constructed to detect leaking.A geological hazard assessment and monitoring system are estab-lished to tackle geological hazards.Furthermore,unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)technology is utilized for emergency response and inspection purposes.Through the implementation of these technologies,realtime control and early warning of leaking and unforeseen events can be achieved.The safety and stable operation capability of the pipelines are enhanced.
Because of the natural gas purification equipment of high-sulfur contained gas fields operating under high load for a long period of time,the equipment is aging gradually,the pipe-lines are being corroded.Traditional fixed hydrogen sulfide alarms cannot monitor new leaking point timely.The novel wireless monitoring technology is being widely used in high sulfur con-tained gas fields for its high efficiency of installation speed and low installation cost.A wireless hydrogen sulfide monitoring system based on wireless hydrogen sulfide alarms,wireless gate-ways,smart antennas,and GDS,is established in a natural gas purification plant.Real-time mo-nitoring of hydrogen sulfide leakage in high-risk areas is achieved.Long-term safe and stable production of the purification plant is guaranteed efficiently.
During the development of high-sulfur contained gas fields,such as Puguang gas field,Yuanba gas field and Luojiazhai gas field,damage to instrument caused by thunderstorms occurs frequently,which has made lightning protection more and more important.The lightning protection issues in high-sulfur contained gas fields are introduced in detail from the aspects of lightning introduction sources,analysis of existing problems in lightning protection systems,re-search on lightning protection countermeasures,detection content and indicators of lightning protection systems,and so on.Feasible preventive measures are formulated.It provides techni-cal support for safe and stable operation of high sulfur contained gas fields.
