In order to meet the people's demands for green energy, bio ethanol and clean energy conversion e-quipment, such as direct alcohol fuel cell ( DAFCs) has attracted the attention of more and more people, espe-cially in the design and development of effective anode catalytic materials.The RGO/TiO2 and RGO/TiO2/Pt electrocatalytic nanocomposites were prepared by solvothermal reduction and UV photoreduction technique, re-spectively.The morphologies and structures of the as-prepared nanocomposites were extensively investigated by scanning electron microscopy ( SEM) , X-ray diffraction ( XRD) and FT-IR.The characterization of morphol-ogy and nanostructure shows that the graphene oxide has been reduced to graphene and Pt nanoparticles were well dispersed in the interface between graphene and TiO2 .Cyclic voltammetric ( CV) and chronoamperometric ex-periments indicate that RGO/TiO2/Pt electrocatalysts have much higher activity and stability compared to con-ventional graphene supported Pt electrocatalysts.The results showed that RGO/TiO2/Pt electrocatalysts are promising for use in direct alcohol fuel cells ( DAFCs) .
Of all the influencing factors for regional industrial restructuring and upgrading,innovative human capital is a core element. In order to promote the transformation of the mode of economic development,investment on a new model of human capital and adjustments to the existing regional industry should be made and a model that suits China's regional industrial development should be explored. Structural equation model is used to effectively judge the impact and influence of innovative elements on industrial transformation. The empirical results show that innovative human capital may facilitate regional industrial transformation with varying degrees.Therefore,a dynamic management mode of the development of innovative human capital is put forward to guide China's regional industrial transformation and upgrading,which is of important theoretical and practical value.
The browser is an important entrance of the Internet .Its vulnerability directly affects users ’ data and property safety .Three kinds of common attack methods via web browser were presented and analyzed , i.e.Cross Site Scripting attack , Cross Site Request Forgery attack and Click -jacking attack .According to the attacker's attack mode , three corresponding methods of defending attacks were proposed so as to strengthen safety of the browser .The self-made browser was achieved by using the WebBrower control .Webpage script prefiltering and other related module were installed and loaded , the defense function was realized .Through related experiments , the systems using the proposed method can block attacks .The method effectively improves the browser safety and reduces the risk of network .
Cultural and creative industry is one of the emerging industries with creativity as the core under the background of economic globalization. As there are both similarities and differences in the development of cultural and creative industry between Taiwan and the mainland,it is significant to study how to carry out exchanges and cooperation to achieve a win- win situation of developing cultural soft power and producing economic benefits in contemporary times. By analyzing the current situation of the cooperative development of the cultural and creative industry of both sides,this paper proposes a series of feasible strategies for them to learn from each other and realize their joint development.

Body temperature is an important parameter which reflects human health .Long-term recording hu-man body temperature playas an important role in disease prevention and provides a lot of useful health data for further research of miners ’ health status.The MCU chip of STM32F103RBT6 is used as the main controller with MLX90615 infrared temperature sensor to realize measurement of body temperature .The temperature data is stored in Micro SD card with large capacity .The system is not only small in size and in power consumption , but also easy to install on helmet and operate for a long time .It’s cheap in cost, simple in operation, easy to popu-larize and promote .
Structural damage identification is the important aspect of the bridge structural health monitoring sys-tem;it is also a hot topic in international engineering field at present and it has very important engineering back-ground and practice value.Based on this, it was proposed that a combination of the reduced-order finite-ele-ment model and the adaptive quadratic sum-square error with unknown inputs method identifies the damage of linear and nonlinear structure, and the experimental data of the test is used to illustrate the performance of the proposed damage identification method.The experimental results showed that the proposed damage identification method is capable of identifying time-varying nonlinear parameters, including stiffness and strength degradations as well as the pinching effect, which provides an important value for engineering practice.
Han Dynasty mythology system fused by Kunlun mythology system and Penglai mythology has created a mortal fairyland.This binary cosmological view is widely reflected in the Han stone carving art of sacrifice in the Han dynasty tombs.Han portrait stones in southwestern Shangdong areas ( more specifically as Jining -Zaozhuang areas) are representative throughout the Han Dynasty.Moreover, gods’ images as a legacy of myth prototype of the ancient mythology appear repeatedly in Han portrait stones, the combination and division of which co-construct a binary cosmological view from the earth to the fairyland.The interpretation of this cosmol-ogy suggests the emotional features embodied in the dialogues between man and nature, and the Han people’ s approval of the real life and their return to eternal purity and bustle under this assumption of myth world view.
The talk about“language cancer” has quickly spread from Taiwan to the Mainland .However , dispute about “language cancer” in Taiwan contrasts sharply with blind acceptance of the term in the Mainland .The blindness of the mainland scholars mainly results from their ignorance of the details of the dispute , their lack of critical spirit, and their unwillingness to take a stance in the dispute .In Taiwan, the elites with superior social status have more discourse power but their arguments are lacking in convincingness ; oppositely , the grassroots heroes own less discourse power but their arguments accord with the common sense .Objectively speaking , the“language cancer” is only a category of faulty wording and the fear resulting from it seems to be exaggerated , but such a straightforward word is cautionary rather than frightening from the perspective of significance .

Taking the underdeveloped areas in Dabie mountains as the research object,this paper explores the problems and countermeasures in the governance there. On the one hand,the underdeveloped areas in Dabie mountains boast relatively abundant natural resources,yet due to the fragile natural environment,weak infrastructure and lower level of development,the local people rarely benefit from the rural construction and their life urges further improvement. On the other,the poor management of the economic,political and cultural resources makes their rural governance disordered and inefficient. Therefore,it is urgent to explore practical objects and formulate clear and effective countermeasures so as to optimize rural governance efficiency in underdeveloped areas in Dabie mountains.

By using such softwares as SATI3.2, SPSS19.0 and Ucinet6.0, this paper analyzes the hot topics in only child reasearch in China in the past decade .The findings show that the hot topics can be put in five catego-ries, namely, prenatal and postnatal care , pensions for the old in families with only one child , mental well-be-ing of the only child , comparative study of the socialization of the only child and the policies of only child and the willingness of giving birth .Pensions for the old , mental well-being and the willingness of giving birth shall be-come the frontiers in the future studies .
It is generally assumed that connectives realize the textual function in the discourse.This article argues that connectives can realize the evaluative function.Based on the appraisal system put forward by Martin and White and making use of the method of exemplification, this artical probes into the way how the connectives en-act the evaluative function from the three sub-systems of appraisal system——— Attitude, Engagement and Gradu-ation .Thus, it is pointed out that the choice of appropriate connectives in language communication is very impor-tant for writers /speakers to express their minds correctly.
The level of higher education and regional economic development are linked closely and the institutions of higher learning have an important influence on the regional human capital stock and the level of science and technology .Taking the statistical data of nine provinces in the middle and east of China as the research object and obtaining 104 samples, the paper explores the relationship between the GDP and the number of universities . Through path analysis and using SPSS statistical software , based on the empirical studies on the panel data from 2002 to 2013 in Anhui Province , the path diagram of the effect of the scale of institutions of higher learning on regional economy is generated which analyzes not only the direct but the indirect effects of colleges scale on re -gional economy by comparing the different levels of effect and contribution from different paths .Therefore this paper provides a new perspective for the improvement of regional economy ,and it is helpful to the sustainable de-velopment of regional economy .

Due to the remote passage of time, the meanings of some Chinese characters used in The Book of Songs have changed, so contemporary people can’ t even interpret these masterpieces.In The Book of Songs,“Jiajie” ( loaned characters) is a very typical kind of meaning transformation.A lot of scholars have annotated The Book of Songs, including the utilization of loan characters.But there is a contention of numerous schools of thought, so it is hard to reach an agreement.Some measures should be taken, i.e, refining loaned characters from grass-character-radical words in The Book of Songs and its annotations , comparing various claims,chec-king the information and analyzing carefully , determining their status of“Jiajie”, which can play a positive role in the standardization of the usage of ancient Chinese.
Shallow seam mining induces ecological deterioration on the surface, the root cause of shallow dive loss is the instability of water resisting groups which is caused by mining, in order to acquire the rational parameters of strip-filling, based on the geology of Yushenfu shallow seam in West China, developed Sand-based paste filling materials, tested the basic mechanical parameters of Sand-based paste filling materials and clays, devel-oped the similar materials of Sand-based paste filling materials and clays, studied on long wall strip-filling mining by physical simulation experiment, concluded the height law of the "upward crack"and "downward crack"under different filling-gap width and filling-body width, the movement law of Water Resisting Groups under different filling-gap width and filling-body width was obtained, which provides the technical support for strip-mining.
